Room was clean and spacious. Location is fair. Construction and construction workers at hotel is not preferable.

Room was run down. Cable was fuzzy, phone did not work, clock did not work, our children found prescription pills and used lotion bottles under the bed and I find that alone totally unacceptable. When I told the general manager about finding the prescription pills his response was, " I'm very sorry, but you housekeeping can't check every little thing". Well, you expect me to pay every red cent of my pill, so I expect housekeeping to check and clean every nook and cranny of the room.

The hotel is reasonably priced and in a safe area. Close to interstate, restaurants, and grocery stores. Rooms are well maintained and always clean. Pet friendly hotel. Management and other employees are very nice. Highly recommend as I always come back as a guest.

The room was clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is the exercise room and equipment were in sad condition. No air conditioning in 97 degree heat, the weights were cracked and broken on the universal machine rendering it virtually useless. Tv didn't work either.

I was a little worried when we first got there. We checked in and went to the room and the door was open, we were told they didn't have it ready yet. We made a trip to the grocery and came back an hour later and the door was still open. It was almost 100 degrees out so it made the room very uncomfortable. We waited while the room was cleaned then went inside and tried to cool down. It wasn't cooling down much so we decided to go buy a fan. By the next morning, between the a/c and fan, it w... We pulled up to this days inn around 1:30 after driving 5.5 hours. I had made a reservation on line and was trying to show the woman behind the counter my confirmation number and info, but she kept insisting we didn't have a reservation. Over and over. FINALLY she took my confirmation number, and saw that another co worker had checked us in HOURS before we arrived, and our keys/receipt were sitting on the counter. Really annoying, especially so late after a long drive. Then came the room. I am ... Read more

We checked in late room was great, very clean, great bed, and location was good for me. I thought check out was 12PM. AND maid knocked on door at 11:05 and before we could get to the door she opened it ,we were not dressed, very awkward. Then the manager came up we were trying to get dress to leave. She also just opened the door at which time I was standing still unclothed at the bathroom door clothes in hand and told her we were leaving.. then before we could get out she called on the phone as... We were coming to stay at this hotel for a night, leave for a few days at the beach and then come back for 2 nights. The night before our arrival my husband called and asked when check in was because we were ahead of our schedule. They said don't worry about it. We will clean your room as soon as the person checks out by 11 and you can check right in. Well, when we arrived, the front desk people knew nothing about that and we had to wait to check in. We asked before we left if we could get ... Read more

Very pleased with updates completed to older building. Still in the process of upgrades. Some things like painting and trim needed to be completed in the room we stayed in but overall nice. Room was clean with new bedspread and linens. What needs some work is the breakfast area. Juice machine and coffee ran out . No fresh fruit and only diet yogurt.

This Days Inn is clean and comfortable, with few frills. A small outdoor pool and adjacent workout room are next to the dog run (pets accepted for $10 extra). Signage is a bit harsh throughout (ex., Give us your tag number or sleep elsewhere), but the staff are warm and welcoming. Breakfast included a make-your-own waffle and a cute little warm-it-up egg and cheese omelet. We'd do it again.

We had no problems with this hotel. Our room appeared to have been renovated recently. There was a strange smell (think a smoker stayed in a non smoking room). Hard for the management to control this. I don't think they smoked in the room just the smell left on clothes etc. When I mentioned it on checkout management stated they wish I had told them upon noticing it and they would have gladly moved me. They also were going to check last guest in room to make sure that they were not a regula... Read more

New carpet and fresh paint. Room clean. Furniture needs to be replaced. Bed comfortable. Questionable guests. Construction crews living there during week. Better get up early if you want something other than cereal for breakfast.Police were parked in front of my room when I returned one afternoon. Grounds/landscaping need attention. Staff extremely nice from management on down. I would not recommend this location for families for any extended stay. Not able to take breakfast items to room. No ta... Read more

They beds are very small and not comfortable . The rooms could use some repair. The location is good . The staff was friendly . It's quiet and we found no safety issues. That said, we probably wouldn't stay again unless we were in a serious pinch.

This hotel is located about 10 minutes from downtown Spartanburg. Our room was in good condition and was very clean when we arrived. The room did smell like that the last occupant had smoked inside but I think that is a problem at any hotel you go to. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I can't think of a more economical place to stay if you are in the Spartanburg area.

We stayed one night at this Days Inn on our way up I85. We were exhausted and this hotel was a great deal, had restaurants nearby and was clean. AND, it was pet friendly (we have an 8 yr old lab)! Yes, the rooms are dated and we did not eat the continental breakfast so I cannot comment on it. The woman at the desk was the sweetest and very helpful. The price was RIGHT! I would recommend if you need to take a break after a long drive.
