This property will be our regular stopping point when traveling South. We were delighted to see Austin at the front desk again! She is awesome!! The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty with extremely friendly service.

It's graduation weekend and we booked a room for 2 nights. We had endless activities. When we returned to the room in the afternoon it was not cleaned. We called the front desk and asked for it to be cleaned. They never cleaned it. What a disappointment to return at 11:00 pm to a unmade room! They didn't offer any reduction in price. Not very customer service oriented.

The staff at this very pleasant hotel are absolutely wonderful! Professional, warm and friendly, very accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location off I-26 with nearby shopping and restaurants. We use Hub City for room delivery of dinner. Nice pool and spa area. Great value for the price. This chain has a generous loyalty program. The best part? Austin and Bridget at the front desk. Highly recommended... we'll be back.

Somehow in the few minutes it took for me to leave and return to my computer to check on something else, the window had refreshed itself, and advanced my check in date by 1 day. I took for granted that something like this wouldn't happen, and just booked the reservation upon sitting back down. Luckily, the person I sent my itinerary to caught it about a week before I was supposed to travel. I called Priceline to for help, and sat on hold for 45 min before giving up, and I checked t... Left Nashville later than we should have and ended up driving through the mountains in the dark and snow! Couldn't wait to stop for the night, and what a welcoming haven we found at the Comfort Suites/Westgate Mall! Prompt check in, late at night. Gave us a discount for using a coupon in a travelers guide we picked up at a rest stop.Free internet/computers in the lobby worked well. Room was very clean, and great breakfast the next morning.

My wife and I were traveling from Indiana to Charleston to see family. We stopped in Spartanburg for the night and chose to stay at this Comfort Suites. It is located just off I-26 and was fairly easy to get to. The location is good for either a stopover and even for someone staying for a while since there are restaurants and shopping all around. It is far enough off the interstate that road noise was not a problem. Check-in was very fast and the young lady at the desk was nice and helpful. ... Read more

On our way through the Carolinas, we became too tired to drive farther. Being Memorial Day weekend, there were no standard rooms available in the area except in very sketchy hotels. We called this hotel and rented 2 King suites. The desk clerk at the hotel worked with us to give us the best possible rate. She also gave us a coupon for a local steakhouse. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was varied and even had some Gluten free items. Would definitely stay her... Read more

Sorry, our hotel experience here was "boring" in the sense that there was nothing to complain about, everything was fine. Evening front desk lady was helpful. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. The hotel is maintained which is not an easy task. Free parking, free WiFi that worked very well. We have not eaten breakfast. I surveyed the fitness room before going to bed, there were no water cups, so I asked front desk to provide them. Upon visiting it at dawn, there were cups.

I had no huge expectations for this trip...and I wasn't disappointed. We chose this site by default-needed the location and everywhere else was booked. The room was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. The sleeper sofa that my kids slept on, however, had seen better days! We had the unfortunate room placement on the first floor by the door to the parking lot. While this was convenient, the door did not have a 'quiet close' feature and started slamming around 5:30 on a Saturday morn... Read more

I stayed here on my way to Myrtle Beach when I paid for the room I thought the price was a little high but I have to say that it was a very nice room very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was prepared for us was the best hot continental breakfast that I have had so hats off to these guys and gals it was worth the extra dough

Checking in took too long only because there was one person at the desk while there were several people in line. The room was was very clean except a dark mark on the entry wall. The pillows were EXCELLENT. Very comfortable. There should be better light in the shower, though. The breakfast needs some attention. The sausage gravy was very thin and the orange juice was watered down too much. Coffee was good. Upon checkout, the person behind the desk never smiled, merely took our room cards, but d... Read more

The front desk staff were remarkably helpful and friendly. The rooms were updated, very clean, and quiet. It is located in a desirable area with food choices and a mall down the road 100 yards. I would recommend this Comfort Suites to anyone!

Our family nickname for Austin is "Awesome Austin". We had been driving all day from Nashville, Tennessee and stopped in Spartanburg to spend the night so we could finish our trip home to Myrtle Beach the next day. Austin greeted us with a smile and displayed a great attitude as we checked in and answered all of our questions. The room was clean and the property is conveniently located.

My family and I stayed here one night on our way to the mountains. We did not have a reservation. We had no problem getting a room. The parking lot was full so we were worried at first. The lady working the desk at 1030 pm wasn't friendly at all. She was on her cell phone and wasn't very helpful. The night shift lady was super nice and friendly as was the lady at check out the next morning. Rooms were very clean and it was a nice quiet stay.

Stayed here for three nights. Room was very Clean. Pool area great, only drawback, was no shade to be found anywhere. Free breakfast was good. Loved the chocolate chip cookies and the two beers provided to each guest. Margarita at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel very comfortable. Other staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had to stay in Spartanburg for some family emergency business for three nights. Our hotel manager, Austin Comeau, was wonderful-gave us some flexibility is reserving and holding rooms while there remained some uncertainty about her plans. Was pleasant and helpful in every way with requests and extra time in the pool. Breakfast support person, Sophie Moreau was wonderful, supportive as we t/a our family situation issues and spoke w French with us to help distract us during stress times. Very p... Read more

We stayed here last night, pleasantly surprised. We normally stay at Hilton Gardens. The bed was very comfy , had a good night sleep. I guess if I would have to say any negative. The room next door woke us with tv going early. The walls maybe a little thin.

When making reservations we specifically asked if the hotel had a certain television channel because we wanted to watch the football game. We were told yes they had it, however, when we arrived, we discovered that the channel was not available. The breakfast was not the best....there was no bread for toast, the sweet rolls were prepackaged, and the bagels were old. The breakfast room staff was not friendly and took her time replenishing the items so that we had to stand back and wait for her ... Read more

If you need a quiet room with a comfy bed, then this is the place for you. This was probably the quietest room I have ever slept in. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast room was clean with your average breakfast choices. I would definitely stay here again.
