"Rude, Rude, Rude front desk clerks, no toilet paper, one 1' x 2' bar of soap for 4 women, 2 1' tall shampoo/conditioner in one. one towel each. Booked a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, received a 3-bedroom, 3--bath with both doors locked and instructed not to go into those rooms! The TV in the living area had no cable TV, the one in the second bedroom lost sound after one hour, then picture. When we first arrived the elevator had splashed beer in it. Checked out Sunday April 21 and they still have my $100.00 in case of damage deposit. We left the room with the dirty towels on the floor and everything else as it was when we first entered the room. Would I suggest anyone stay there, No."

"We had a great experience from the moment we checked in to checking out. Our condo was on the 12th floor and was ocean view. Since it was off season there were not many guests so it was very quiet and plenty of parking. Condo was really clean, only problem with unit was the freezer was iced over so bad that the ice would not work, but since we were only there for 2 nights this was not really that big of a deal. I would love to go back again and stay in an ocean front unit."

"My family was very impressed with the overall space, the condo was a perfect size for my husband & two teenage sons. Having a full kitchen was a must for us, we were able to cook whatever meals we wanted. Another bonus was the washer & dryer, we stayed 5 days & did not have to take sandy, dirty laundry home. Also the secondary bedrooms had windows that are in the hallways of the building, with only mini blinds-there's not much privacy or relaxation from the hallway lights.
I was not impressed about the overall cleanliness of our place, upon arrival it smelled like cigarette smoke in our condo ( as soon as I entered the living room I found a cigarette butt on the floor) You would think the place would've been thoroughly cleaned prior to any arrivals. Also the master bedroom shower had some mold on the tiles. The kitchen floor could've also used a mopping. I did come prepared with Febreeze, Bathroom/Kitchen cleaner & wipes, so I put them to good use. Overall it was a pleasant experience for us & we would return"

"The only positive comment was it was a nice size condo. Our ocean view also consisted of the public beach access right next to the hotel. Extra traffic, people. Because of this the ocean property was filled with at least 20-30 blue chairs and umbrellas to rent so you could not enjoy the beach right in front of the property. Our room was close to (2) exit doors that you could start to hear slam at 7am every morning. We were in a conversion van that was suppose to have access to the bottom garage level but it was not enforced that small cars were to park in the upper levels. It was also not enforced that only residents of the condo could use facility. So we witnessed people driving in taking parking spaces on the level for bigger vehicles and using the pools. Woud not recommend or return to this property."

"Our vacation was wonderful. The view from the Balcony made you not want to leave, just sit and look at the ocean. The pool was very nice and set up differently then I have ever seen. At both ends it had a very shallow area of only like 4 inches of water for children. The room was very nice. We was in 608. Two of the rooms that were not on the beach side had small tv's and more light then I like came through the windows all night. It needs heavy curtains to block the light out. You will want to bring paper towels, dish soap for washing by hand and toilet paper. You might also want to bring bath soap, don't know if they furnish extra or not. They furnish you with powder for the dishwasher and for the washing machine and also, garbage bags, but you have to ask the maid when she comes by. There was 3 of us and each had her own bathroom which was really nice, but there are no hair dryers, so you will need to take one. Also, if you are late getting there, you have to go to the 5th floor and call a number to get your key out of the lockbox. I did not see a phone there, I had my cell phone. They also give you a hard key along with the door cards. You might want to carry this with you b/c there is no way to get into your room if you lose your keycard or leave it in the room other then with this key. Also, if you lose the hard key, they charge you $80. You park in an attached covered garage. Our stay was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and I would definitely go back."

"The hotel was great the 3 bedroom and 3 bath was nice and clean. I was very surprise how nice the hotel room was. The room we was booked for only slept 10 and we needed it to sleep 12. So we had to wait almost 2 hours before we could check into our room for the weekend. That was very stressful for a group that large. But the room we was placed in was a Penthouse that truly made up for the headache and stress of it all."

"The rooms were very big, clean, had lots of room in the common areas and were decorated very nicely. The pools and spas were very nice also. Only negetives were in bedrooms 2 and 3 the light from the hallways were so bright it was hard to get the rooms dark enough to sleep and you need to bring your own trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper, if you use more than the one that is supplied. Over all great trip and the tv's are huge. The beach area in front of the hotel is very nice also."

"This was absolutely wonderful!! We booked the 3 bedroom oceanfront condo and the condo was so clean. Hotel registration and parking were very easy to deal with and professional.
