People are great and helpful! Property needs a complete refurbishment. Terrible hallway smell on Saturday and moldy smell from HVAC in room. Carpet in main hallway is past worn out. Property not nearly up to the rates they charge here.

I have never had a bad experience here in the years I've stayed here. I have been staying here for 3 years now as a matter of fact all of my teams are staying here also. It has become our meeting place after work.

It's everything and more that you would expect from an Hampton Inn. Their breakfast staff is wonderful, she goes out of her way to make sure you are completely satisfied, we made sure to give her an extra tip because of how she blessed everyone with her service and food.

On the way to our room we noted the 1st floor halls were littered with air blowers, apparently attempting to dry the carpets. I don't know if it was from rain or carpet cleaning. I'm leaning to rain since the carpets didn't look very clean. It was difficult to get our suitcases around the equipment. The hotel is in a terrible location in that you can not walk to the local restaurants without walking on an active roadway. It felt very unsafe in the evening. I was told by reception that the airp... Read more

The hotel is a great deal if you're looking to visit Charleston. It is right by the highway and is a very smooth drive to all of the action in downtown Charleston. The staff was pleasant, and the room was clean. Parking was not difficult.

As the only airport in the area that provides flights by Southwest Air, I use the facility often when I travel. Because of the distance from my home, I like to spend at least one night in Charleston per trip. Leaving my car at the property off sets the cost of parking at the Charleston Airport and hauling my bags a distance to check in.

Hotel staff was great. Property was clean but very outdated. No fridge. Room small and cramped for four people. A few items in room needed repair due mostly to the overall space needing to be updated. Ample parking.

2nd time we've stayed at this hotel before flying out of Charleston the next morning. It's clean and comfortable, but best is its easy access off of I-26, yet also only 8 minutes to airport. This makes it easy to enjoy a night out in downtown Charleston with an endless selection of great restaurants and the trip back to hotel is a quick trip up highway. Also, great value!

I was booked by my company in a different hotel but had to change suddenly because the hot water was not working. Naturally, I chose the Hampton Inn! They were able to accommodate me. It's a great brand and value. I'm never disappointed and love the clean comfy rooms!
