We had a great experience at this hotel. We would stay here again. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. We ate in the hotel restaurant and everything was so good! Can't wait to return!

This was not what I've come to expect from Radisson, beds didn't work. Ceiling in bathroom had rust bent up tiles. Air conditioning work when it wanted to. As for the Internet it had a connection mind of its own. The staff were kind but slow. I guess it's a southern thing.

I couldn't be more please with the entire staff. From check in to housekeeping to checkout. They were wonderful and so polite and pleasant. They treated me as if they truly cared about the experience I was having while in their hotel.

we used it was a stay before going on a cruise . Offed a package that include night stay breakfast parking (for time on cruise) and traspot to the dock and back the price was very good. thw cost of the package was a good vulce if had not done it the cost of parking at dock would have been $18.00 per day so for a 5 day cruise the price of whole parkage was not much more then just parking

Rooms must be furnished as designed and expected. 1) One of the two rooms, 412, I reserved was missing a refrigerator and hair dryer. I informed the front desk right after check in. It was noted on a list for maintenance or management. Next day there was no action. Then later the same day, I finally got some action. I booked through a 3rd party and my flight got changed so I was not going to make it to the hotel the first night. I called ahead to see if that meant they would give the room away. I was not asking for a refund, just wanted to make sure the room would still be there when I got there the next day. What a beautiful hotel , unfortunately it is understaffed and when one asks a question, staff should know the answer. Really wanted to utilize the pool area, but it was closed.saw many people leaving restaurant due to no one there to wait on them

I did check in a little early, however the front desk was able to give me a room. Within a couple of hours of settling into the room, somebody attempted to open the door with a key card. The night before our cruise, my granddaughter and I stayed at this hotel. By first appearance, you know it is an older venue. However, the entry is nice and we were hopeful! Room was large, CLEAN, renovated furnishings - bath was small but clean. The front desk clerk, Kendra, was extremely helpful and very nice. This hotel is not the best you'll ever stay at, but it is far from the worst. It is a good value for the money. Room was clean, employees were friendly and accommodating. Location is great for both getting to the nearby Air Force base as well as close to downtown Charleston. I would not recommend the breakfast, but the bar is good.

I had a great stay at this hotel, it's a little older but it is well kept and clean. The staff from the desk clerk to housekeeping was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. My room was clean and comfortable. Very good restaurant on site with a bar. Minutes from airport and downtown Charleston. Dozens of restaurant nearby as well as a mall for shopping. The outside needs some work. The lobby is very nice. Some floors need to drop the temperature. We had to change rooms because the first room had two Sleep Number beds that were not working. The staff changed us to a better room without Sleep Number bed. The airport shuttle runs every half hour.

The staff was very nice. Everyone tried to accommodate the crumbling building the best they could. There was black mold in our first room and our second room still had trash in it from the previous guests.

Weird hotel. Lovely lobby but when we got off elevator at our floor things started to go downhill. Our room 605 and the one next to it had no number on wall, our toilet was running and took two calls to maintenance to fix, our phone was so staticky you could not hear person on other end at front desk, sleep number bed controls didn't work although they were comfortable. The "Sleep Number" beds is their number one advertisement but the beds didn't work and the 8 of us didn't sleep well on them at all. The remotes would not work so we had to sleep in the position it was in - some sunken, some hard as a rock, some with huge lump in the middle, and some you both sunken and huge lump.

The only good things about the hotel was we were able to leave our car while we went on a cruise and they shuttled us to the port. The rooms need a renovation. Everything was kind of shabby, the a/c didn't work well.

My family and I had a nice stay for the weekend. We came in for a weekend for a wedding. I do wish there was a continental breakfast, but over all it was really nice. The price was pretty good for Charleston during the summer. We find this for a good orcs and nice stay.

I went to look and see if the Radisson hotel I booked in April had a shuttle bus and saw it was "permanently closed" via Google. I then went to read some reviews and got more concerned after how poor they had gotten, so I called and found out this hotel is no longer Radisson. It is now called Charleston Airport Hotel. We didn't even stay. I had reserved two nights to stay at this hotel and they cancelled one night BY EMAIL. I didn't even get a phone call. We were stranded for the first two hours we were in Charleston while Hotels.com to find us another hotel. Jerks! They had my reservation for more than a week and they blamed it on Expedia.
