"Check in was effortless. Asked for a Queen instead of twin beds but didn't get it and didn't know it until we got to the room. One of the twin beds was broken and tiltled to the side. The TV's in each of the bedrooms had a lot of static and were not clear on the picture. For the location the noise was minimal; entry to the condo was very secure and that was a plus. Parking can be a bear at times but overall, not sure the price was worth the accomidations. Not sure that I'd stay there again, just because of the lack of things to do other than shop. If you're a bunch of girls going for just that, then it's a great, safe place to stay."

"This place was super clean and very nice to have a washer and dryer in the room. The only thing that could have made this trip better was a pool after coming back from the beach. Great having a supermarket and eateries so close by. There is a Public bus to go to the beach, the 15S and the downtown area, the fare is only a $1.50 each way which is a bargain and there is a free connecting bus that goes all the way to the Boardwalk shops and Ripley Aquarium. Try the Hippo Nacho by the Commons it was delish and not pricey at all. The only complaint is that the bed could have been a little more comfy in the studio.The whole commons area is well kept and great for families with the movies close by and local activities. We will be back. to the commons."

"The customer service at this hotel is absolutely horrible. The location is great and the suites are nice for adults traveling together or families. The shopping and restaurants are great and directly downstairs which is wonderful.

We checked in on a Thurs. night at 9 pm after a 7 hour roadtrip. We were given a code to unlock the suite door and drove over to the room. Once we opened the door, we were shocked to find luggage and personal stuff already in the room. The staff has no attention to detail and, as a result, sent us into a room that was already occupied. We had to wait another 30 minutes for our new room assignment. The new room was vacant, but there was old food in the fridge. When we complained in the morning about our horrible experience, the manager simply said 'I'm sorry to hear that.' They are obviously too busy booking rooms to actually take care of customers. If you book at The Suites just hope that you don't need assistance from the staff and that they don't send someone else into your room while you're out enjoying dinner."
