The Paradise resort in Myrtle Beach is a great place to stay. Always clean and quiet. The pools are very enjoyable and clean. Breakfast by the pool is always nice and good choice of foods.. The staff are always polite and have a smile. Very nice location it's close to lots of things. They have parking inside and outside across the street.

This was my 2nd time staying at this property. We loved it. The rooms were nice and clean even the bathroom. From the time we walked in the door the staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the breakfast buffet at Sandals. It was a great way to start our day and added bonus that it came with the room. The free movies were a hit because after a day in the sun and at the pool we just wanted to relax in the room and we were able to view free movies. We will come back to this hotel with ... Read more

If you work for a Russian Car Dealer, don't ask why they pay more for cars at auction, then sell them for a lot less on the lot! It will get you into hot water at best! So my wife and I need to get out of town and the best way to hide in plain sight is to blend in to your surroundings, so we took off to Myrtle Beach for a few days and since it was Bike Week, we could blend in just by buying biker clothes and hanging out at the many events in town,. We have stayed at the Paradise Resort the last two years for the month of February. We have enjoyed our stay and the ease of getting to our room from the Garage. The staff is very friendly, the outdoor area is well maintained and housekeeping has always bee great. Our only complaint is furnishings need to be updated, the living room furniture was in need of replacement. The beds were new and were very comfortable and carpet was being replaced thru out the floor we were on. We will hopefull... Read more

We spent a week at paradise resort in an oceanfront King suite. This is our second year staying at this hotel and other than the not so great weather our experience was wonderful again this year. It was not very crowded and they were very accommodating by providing both trailer parking and having the first floor of parking garage reserved for motorcycles. Overall it was a great experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay. Very friendly staff. Nice accommodations. Hot breakfast everyday. Right on the beach. The pool area was clean and there was a tiki bar by the pool. Awesome and helpful bar tenders who gave us insights to good restaurants and places to visit. Also, close to the airport. We will definitely be back.

We had a nice getaway. Day one the pool was closed for hours. No ones fault though the ph was too high. Our room was like home. Full kitchen and very clean. No complaints at all about the room. Carlos, the pool attendant was awesome keeping us updated as to when the pool would open back up. Being closed is not the norm as we have stayed here before. The entertainment around the pool area was great too. Loved the DJ and The Fab 2. But, why are you so late opening the pool? One day it was close to eleven am before you got it open. We visited here for a weekend, the hotel is located towards the end of strip, but that was OK. Next door to our hotel was a restaurant that served a variation of martinis and other alcohol beverages. Inside of our hotel was a restaurant which made it very convenient to just go downstairs to eat. We had a great stay at Paradise. We had a three bedroom condo and it was well worth the money. Great ocean view and fun activities. Only downfall was express check-in which basically stunk. You still had to check in as usual. Stupid idea. So save the time and don't do the express check in. Room was spacious and had great ocean view. Once you left the room the facility became suspect. It was dirty! Hallway was dirty. Pool and lounge area was dirty. Beach area directly in front of residence was dirty. Pool had mold (?) on wall in one end of pool. Elevators were always wet (from pool/beach traffic). I know it was difficult to keep up with sloppy guests, but that is part of the job for resort staff.

I had serious concerns about this trip months before our arrival. After I had made my reservation, I had to call several times before I could get a confirmation email. I'm old school so I like paper in my hand. When we first arrived on Wednesday of last week, I was, frankly, disappointed. I had made a couple of reasonable requests - mid to upper floors, end unit. I wound up with unit 507 (on the fifth floor in a 20-story building) so I was a little upset. A staff member asked me if I wanted... Read more

Pull out bed was dirty, was not able to use. Couch cushions were sagging probably because of the pull out bed. Room was not the cleanest, water stains on ceilings, door was broken around handle, dryer was rusted and dirty and we had to call maintenance to get it to work. Room keys were deactivated twice while we were there which was a pain. Pool and restaurant were both nice. Parking garage was very tight spaces and often too full to park in.

Everything at this hotel was very nice. We had spacious, nice, very clean rooms. We all slept very comfortably, beds nice and clean with awesome pillows. The breakfast was the best that I have ever had at a hotel. Which is the main reason I am giving this 4 stars, it would have been 5 stars if the hot tubs were open, but unfortunately one was out of order and the other one the jets did not work. The hotel was very nice and clean the view and beach access was wonderful. The only complaints I have are about the elevator and the pool. Their were only 4 elevators for the entire place, you had to wait at least 20 mins to get on an elevator and sometimes you were riding the elevator shoulder to shoulder for an additional 20 mins before you reached your floor. The pool was very hot and murky. It closed the second day we were there, so I am assuming there was a problem.

I hated to come back home to our old mattress. Not only was the bed amazing, so were the pillows! We wanted to check and see what brand they were, but forgot. I slept so well while we were there. The whole hotel is always very clean. You constantly see hotel employees cleaning. Very impressive. We wouldn't ... Read more

The room was clean but you could obviously see the bed and night tables had not been moved is quite some time and it is outdated.. Bedspreads were old and there were no fitted mattress covers. The upholstered chairs had stains on them. Everything worked in the bathroom but its old and falling apart. Nice room, closet was in an unusual place ...was in bathroom, therefore it was difficult to get to. We enjoyed being on the 4th floor because the parking garage was outside out door. This level was the top level. Nice pool area. We ate the breakfast buffet, since we did not have coupons, we had to pay, it was $9.00, a bit expensive but was fairly nice. Thought eggs were col... The staff keep the entire property in beautiful condition..everyone is always working hard to keep the pool and surrounding areas clean and well maintained. Just need to have some better rates for people that like to come for 2 weeks or more.

Booked this place based on reviews and was about the only decent looking place that had a one bedroom oceanfront room. We really wanted a two bedroom but things were filing up fast at the end of August. It was a very nice place to stay because the view, location and pools were great. The pools did seem a bit cloudy though. The rooms were in nice shape and the full kitchen was great. The beds were super comfortable and the murphy bed was decent too. We had a relaxing, enjoyable time during our stay at the Paradise Resort. Apart from several glitches in our booking translating into actual check-in, the stay was very pleasant. The staff was attentive and responded quickly to our requests for minor adjustments to the room. The breakfast was good but unchanged the 4 days we were there. A bit of daily variety would have helped. Over all, our stay was very good. We like the location and the friendliness of the staff and management.

Very pleasant place to stay. There were lots of families with small children who were well behaved. We enjoyed watching them. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are not obtrusive. They are there if you need them. Parking is the only issue as the spaces are tight and not enough handicapped spaces. Prices were very reasonable.

I rarely stay somewhere twice and have an equally awesome experience both times. This one perhaps even more so because it was less crowded. The pools were amazing with the lighter crowds and still warm enough to swim outside. The breakfast included with the room is the best thing a hotel could do, not to mention it's delicious.
