"We arrived early and asked when would the room be ready and the representative could not tell us anything. We left and came back the room that she gave us was awful. So we went to dinner and came back went to our room and could not get in. I went down to the front desk to ask what the problem was, and she says that my reservation is not scheduled until May 23. I asked her 'are you kidding me' I have a key what is the problem with the room and why can't I get in. I told her to check her computer again and fix my room. She then tells me that the clerk that checked us in made a mistake and checked us in wrong. I said ok, made the correction and give me a room. Then we had to move to another room, I asked to see the manager and another guest said we are all waiting to see the manager. He never showed up!"
