"Our room was cold. Temperature set at 65. Finally found override and moved temp. to 70. We turned everything back to original when we left room. Tub in bathroom would not allow you to take a tub bath. Staff made only minimum cleaning in room. Bed never fully made. Sheets never straightened on bed. Did all this ourselves. Had silverfish in pots and pans. Need to have inspections for bugs. Floors needed cleaning. Sorry to be such a downer. Have always had great success with bookit.com. Never go to Ocean Creek again."

"It was a great place to stay during Easter weekend. The outdoor pools were still out of season but the indoor pool was nice. Small but was nice and warm. The room was comfy and comfortable. It was in a good location at the resort even without the ocean view. The resturnat was right outside the door and one of the outdoor pools was behind it. The people were friendly and helpful. I had a friend that was going to the Medieval times show with us and needed a place to stay for one night without having to spend too much. We called the resort to ask how much it would be to add someone for one and they said that our room held room for 3 people so no extra charge and his parking pass would be at the security gate. That was easy and wonderful and I don't know many places that would do that. I would recommend this place to anyone. It also has a wonderful access to the beach. The breakfast buffet is very much worth the extra couple of bucks."

"The resort is beautiful and the staff was great. A friend and I went in desperate need of R & R. It would have been so nice had it been advertised that they had CONSTANT, ONGOING construction. There wasn't any peace to be had. I would love to try again because it is such a nice place but not so sure I want to take the chance of being out a mini vacation and the money just to listen to hammering, drilling and such all weekend!!!"
