"We had a great time. We were scheduled to have an ocean view room, but we were on the 1st floor and if you stood in the corner of the patio you could see the ocean view. Pretty disappointed about this. We had a view of the camp grounds, that was right next to us. We told 2 different office people and their reaction was, oh well we cant do anything about it. Sorry!. We also did not have a hair dryer in our room. Overall the room was good , bedrooms could have been a liitle bigger, but we probably would return if we had better rooms. Thanks"

"Overall I enjoyed the resort. The only problem I had was with my condo. First let me say, the owners of this condo should be ashamed of themselves for letting such a potentially nice piece of property suffer, and secondly, the resort should be ashamed for allowing this property to be in its pool of rented properties. Where should I start? The carpet that is throughout this condo looks as if it has been there since the property was first built. The carpet was not only old, but it had noticeable stains and something living in it considering the fact my mom and I both were bit by something on several different occassions. The AC also did not function properly, and the furniture and other finishings were dated. One of my family members who stayed in hit the jackpot with the updated condo she stayed in. Not only was it clean, but it had absolutely no carpet in it and had a clean feeling to it. Because of my son and I both suffer from allergies, you can imagine how this old dirty carpet bothered us. My advice to the owners is to never rent out your condo in such as condition, and my advice to the resort is to hold the owners accountable by enforcing better rental rules by having renting standards. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the pool, but I will never stay in the condo i had and do not suggest it to others."

"This was our first visit to this resort and definetely won't be our last. The kids were disappointed that the lazy river and kids pool area was not open as scheduled on April 1st. The Condo unit was not superbly cleaned and I had to resweep and mop the floors and clean down the bathrooms. Overall - The Family had a wonderful time. The staff friendliness and responsiveness which was excellent, made up for the few mishaps."
