"I would stay here again .. no questions asked. The staff was awesome! Very polite, on the ball and attentive. We had an issue with the bathroom, they sent someone within 10 minutes and it was fixed in less than a half hour. The room was great, we had an ocean view on the 6th floor. Loved having the balcony to watch the sunrise and seeing the ocean. I'd love to go back!! :)"

"Our Vacation at Hotel Blue was horrible. The first part of the week was ok if you overlooked the debri by the pool and hot tube. Our last two days we had a pipe burst in the kitchen so they moved us to the floor above. The staff did not offer any help. It took 4 hours. Our whole day was ruined. Our room on the top floor had the big flood light at our balcony. We could not sit on the balcony without being blinded. When we checked out we were never asked about our stay. I will not go back......"

"The hotel itself was wonderful. Great views of the ocean from even the Ocean View rooms. The rooms were decently sized for our family of 5. The pool outside and the swim up bar are probably the best parts of the hotel. The lazy river inside just looks poorly kept. The housekeeping was the absolute WORST! We left to go to Captains Quarters for the free game of bowling (which was nice) and the maid was down the hall from our room. I explained the kids had gotten crumbs on the floor from doughnuts and I didnt want them to get ants. We came back almost 2 hours later, and she was STILL in the same room. We didnt get towels the entire time we were there. It was overall just an OK experience. Not sure I would recommend OR return."

"Basically my trip was bad. They were only allowing 1 parking place per room. Regardless if you have 2 or 12 people staying in a room! So upon arrival ( in 2 vehicles) we were told that we only could have one parking place and the other vehicle would have to pay for public parking. We returned inside to check it to our Ocean View Suite. We get our room keys and head to the room to find that it is an Ocean View Efficiency not a suite like I booked. My husband went back down to the office with the paperwork in had to show that we were supposed to have a Suite. Luckily the manager still had a suite open and allowed us to move to that suite. We finally got into the correct room at 11:45 pm . We arrived at the hotel at 8:45pm. Horribel experience!!"

"I went for a weekend getaway with my husband and some family. We had a wonderful time and loved the hotel. While the weather wasn't great they had plenty of indoor activities (lazy river, bowling, bar). I will be returning and staying here again. The only negative comment is that I would have liked to go to the pool for a late night swim and they close the pool at 11:00pm. I will definitely be returning to this hotel."
