First of all; this hotel has a fabulous location at the beach, and has a great potential for having the best spot in all of North Myrtle Beach. Wonderful locations for our conference. The hotel is right on the beach and the view was gorgeous from our room. Very comfortable and clean, we received wonderful service from everyone who we came in contact with. The food was good and had a good variety. The weather wasn't as good as i hoped while we were there, but can't help that. Wish had more time to see the area, but business is business. overall good place to come back to.

We stayed in a lovely ocean front room and truly enjoyed being on our balcony and watching the ocean and listening to the waves. It was a wonderful experience! If possible, please try to get an ocean front room!

Beautiful views right from your balcony of the ocean. The pools were great and although only 1 of the 2 hot tubs were working, that was nice too. The employees of the restaurants, bar, pool area, valet, front desk are all extremely friendly and professional. My only but the biggest downfall was numerous housekeeping issues - ran out of toilet paper 2 times (no spare left in room), no shower curtain liner (so water went all over), no bath mat, sheets changed ONE time in 8 days, etc., etc. , etc... It was a great few days at the hotel. We still had a great view of the ocean from our room. The only complaint I have is the pool deck, it needs to be treated or something I got a few splinters in my foot from it. Staff was extremely nice, the servers at the pool was very attentive.

We were at the Beach Club Resort for a look at the time-share plan offered. My husband had bought into it a year ago when recovering from surgery. The hotel was very impressive and our room on the eleventh floor offered me a place to sit and read on it's balcony. Last summer, I stayed at the Kingston Plantation 4 times, but the Hilton Resort was booked on previous stays. I had booked 2 stays in May 2016, and finally stayed at the Hilton, the last week in May. Breakfast was awesome and best staff! Service was fine. Pool and access to water park but hotel did an awful job in telling us about attractions such as the "free" water park at embassy suites. If you want to be close to the boardwalk strip then do not choose this hotel as you needed ubers to get everywhere unless you rented a car. They do provide a shuttle but does not go very far.

The rooms at this hotel are very comfortable. I particularly like the fact that all rooms come with an ocean view. The staff is friendly, and there's a Starbucks plus sandwiches in the lobby, as well as a gift shop for incidentals. There is also a poolside bar that overlooks the beach. If you came to relax, this is your place.

I go every year with my wife and kids. It's a great resort, near everything but you secluded. The rooms are very nice, especially the Royal Palm, and the staff is excellent. The pools are ok, but need to be cleaned much more often because the bottom feels like sand far too often. The hot breakfast is great as well. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and each year, this is the place I choose!

The Hilton employees were all friendly and helpful. But the rooms are out dated, worn, and need care. Everything looked clean. The towels were raggedy. The carpets felt wet and a bit sandy. The pool areas needed attention. After 2 days, the remains of drinks (straws, orange slices, etc.) were still left around the pool side.

This is a beautiful property with the most amazing staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful, and the service is amazing. Everything is kept clean and beautiful, and the beach is literally right behind you. Virginia at the front desk was unbelievably helpful and accommodating, going out of her way to make our stay incredible. Cameron in the outdoor restaurant and bar was fun and playful, serving us a great lunch, providing great service and a warm smile. Do yourself a favor, visit this place!

The meeting space is great. Meeting rooms and food are both great. The hotel rooms are very small. They are not spacious. If I was on a family vacation I would not stay there, because of the rooms being too small.

Nice hotel, could use a little updating but overall very nice. About $10 a day to park, $15 if you use valet. A few of the front desk staff were not very helpful, others were very nice and welcoming. Resort has all a family can ask for. Very convenient. Lots to offer. Sand bottom pool is awesome as well as the water park for kiddos. Breakfast buffet is a must do. One of the best bargains of North Myrtle.

This is a gorgeous hotel right on the beach and the views from the rooms are magnificent as you look out over the ocean. All food was really great. The spa could have been larger and offer more options, but was adequate. Staff was always polite. Grounds were very pretty. Only bad part of beach was the water drains that took away from the overall look of the beach.

This hotel is beautiful as well as elegant. I had a room that was considered partial oceanview and the view was oceanview. It was quiet and serene and the room was clean, fresh smelling, and quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the service was great. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a get away or a vacation. Perfect place for a perfect stay!

Have stayed here before since we use hilton honors points. Love the location but it's time to update this hilton. Rooms are a little dated and it appears that the queen size beds are full size. I requested maintenance to change the dirty air filter for the A/C. the date of 4-1-15 was written on it. I hope they got the year wrong. We came back after dinner and it was done.

Being our first trip to myrtle beach we decided to stay at the Hilton. The value was very comparable to other hotels in the area. We chose to do an upgrade before we left, the best decision we could have made. For a small price increase we received a full condo on the 22floor with a great ocean view. Could not have picked a better place to stay

Old and out dated rooms. Have to Pay 8.95 to park your own car. Small beds and old sheets and bedding. Pool area is very nice with entertainment. Over all would not stay again. Food was so so. I don't think fresh as menu states. Store was way to expensive. 3.00 for a plastic 20. Oz coke.

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton for our 17th wedding anniversary. We had a great time. The room we had was on the 11th floor was a Deluxe with Ocean view. King size bed, nice balcony. The Hilton has a great location in north Myrtle Beach located conveniently to all shopping and entertainment locations. The property has multiple pools which are ocean front. They also have a great pool and ocean side tiki bar that serves food as well. Always a pleasure to stay at the HIlton!

Stayed here for July 4th weekend. It's a great location. Hotel is old and carpeting in the rooms shows that. Restaurants were great but room service is sub-par. First 2 days were a disaster with no one cleaning until I screamed for it. They did make it right for the rest of our stay.

The hotel is nice and well maintained. The hotel has 4 elevators to service 24 floors. I waited 15 minutes to get from the 23rd floor to the lobby....what a joke! I won't take my family back to this hotel until they fix the elevator situation. I don't go on vacation to spend my day waiting on elevators.

The hotel is definitely older, but in good condition from what I could tell. We enjoyed our stay and used the pools available. We really enjoyed the access to the beach, steps away from the back door of the hotel.

I would give this hotel 3.5 stars if I could. The reason for the lower rating is the rooms are desperately in need of remodeling...certainly not up to the Hilton name. The furniture is dated and scarred and the ceiling paint near the balcony sliding door was peeling, no doubt due to the humid weather. I have had a wonderful time staying at Hiltons, but the Hilton in down town Jackson Miss was the greatest Serbian I have ever received. All have been good, but Jackson Miss was the best. Now I have one complaint. Some one hiked my room asking for personal information. They said they were calling from the switchboard and their system had crashed and they needed to up grade my information back in their system. That was a lie. Someone hiked into Hiltons switchboard.

My child had an accident on our bed and I needed sheets. I was originally apologetic and asked for new sheets. I made the first call at 4 PM and then went out. Came back at 645 and nothing had been done. Called again for service and then went out to dinner at 7 PM. Got back at 930 and nothing had been done. Nice hotel in an awesome location. Located right on the beach with numerous pools. Awesome resort atmosphere. Rooms could be cleaner, there was a damp, mildew smell in the bathroom. Some staff are nicer than others. Expect a wait to check in and check out. Overall, it's a great location and nice place for a family.

This Hilton has a great location with a beautiful view and beach access. However, I was disappointed in our room. The mattress was soft, there was mildew in the shower and our room had a musty odor. I realize that the humidity in this area is high, but there are ways to prevent mildew. The hotel provides a shuttle to nearby restaurants and shopping centers. We stayed 4 nights in July 2016. We went one whole day with no housekeeping - even though we asked them to clean the room. My wife had to go to the front desk to demand towels so we had clean towels. The whole experience was very average.

My family and I stayed for 1 week. The first night I was there, housekeeping stole my Oil of Olay facial cleanser. I made the front desk immediately aware. Contrary to the sign they have posted on the front desk, they do not make things right for you if you are unhappy. Could of been so much better if the room maids did not expect a tip for towels, or shampoo. I guess those things are extra on a $200 + room. Mouse was eating the fruit at the conference. That was special. But I guess it happens. Really ticked off at the maid service so things just could of been so much better. I hate having to complain, usually find good in all situations. Hotel a bit pricey for the lack of amenities and the wear and tear. Mold in the bathroom. One of the pillows had blood on it and the comforter was all torn. Requested additional blankets and they felt disgusting. They were hard and crusty. One night, apparently someone got sick in the elevator and from then on you could smell it. Great place to stay right on the ocean! The ocean view room was spectacular! We could see the ocean from our bed. The only complaints I have are that the drinks at the Wet Whistle pool bar are very overpriced even for a resort, and they were mediocre in taste. The grounds are nice, staff is friendly, but resort cleanliness and food quality keeps this property from being a four or five. This is a resort. Don't expect to walk to off-property restaurants or shopping. The outdoor bar was ok, but food needed freshness.

The resort itself is fabulous. So much to do, great beach location and great pools. However, the room itself is very outdated. The lock did not work on our door and the refrigerator was broken! There was no microwave which would have been nice. Also, if you have small children, please do not let them go on the balcony. After our hotel from .... Stay at another resort I called them and booked a last minute room during July and got right in! It was 10am and when I told them my story about the issues at the other place they told me to come immediately and they would find a room! So we didn't have to wait for 4pm check in! We have stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, but this one was the most disappointing. The air conditioner did not work unless you opened and closed the balcony door each time it went off. Housekeeping was the worst. We had to ask for toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, and soap, and the room was not clean. Also, the elevators smelled like vomit. The only plus was the view of the ocean from our room and being so close to the beach.

My husband and I stayed here back in November of 2015 on a business meeting. When you walk in to the hilton it was beautiful. We got settled in and went to our room which was nice. We had a great view to the beach but nothing compared to the view in the dining room which was stunning. Staff was excellent.... We didn't use the pool but it was nice and clean and plenty of setting to go around for anyone who like to lay out in the sun during the warmer seasons. We would definitely go back.

Checked in on Thursday early afternoon. Check in was smooth. Lobby is beautiful. I had a King room on 15 (top floor) but what they didn't tell me was that it was a mile from the elevators. Room required attention at check in. Clogged bathroom sink which took to calls to get corrected. Coffee maker had "stuff" floating in it. Beach has "City" umbrellas and chairs that you have to sit behind if you have your own umbrella all in front of it. Front desk is nice and helpful. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel is adequate. It's right on the beach which is great. The rooms are definitely older and not at all luxurious but it's a beach place so it's about what should be expected. This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are very clean, which is typical of the Hilton brand. When you first arrive, the atrium of the hotel seems to be newly renovated. It is gorgeous. Stayed here on the basis that I had stayed before, the prices were reasonable, and it is far enough away from the majority of the Myrtle Beach traffic to not feel like you are overwhelmed with tourists. The hotel seems to have had a few cosmetic upgrades, but nothing major since my last stay 2 years ago. All of the staff was very friendly, and the bar on site is very convenient. Did not use the shuttle this go round.

Booked this long weekend trip a year ago with hilton grand vacations, this was a timeshare sell, so was required to attend the 2 hr timeshare presentation. Recently stayed here for 3 nights for an annual work conference. We also stayed here last year and this years visit was much improved. Older hotel but well kept. Excellent oceanfront views. King suite is very roomy with two separate bathrooms and balconies. Good for a family of 4. Easy access to the beach. Nice swimming pools on site and check-in/out was easy. They offer digital key room entry which is nice. Will stay again when we go back.

The hotel is located on the beach os the location is perfect for a beach holiday. In addition to the beach the two swimming pools and pool side bars make for a relaxing vacation spot. The hotel is very modern and upto date.

Friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. I attended a conference here just after Hurricane Matthew and everything was good. The room air conditioner wouldn't go as low as I like it, but it was not too bad. The rooms come with a mini-fridge and that the usual coffee pot and hair dryer, but no microwave. Other property was closed due to hurricane so we were upgraded here. Really nice and full service. Preferred food offsite but was convenient when arrived. Great view of sunrise. Did have exterior entrance to room which was different and sometimes a bit noisy.

room and exterior very clean, lobby has been redecorated and is very clean and inviting, beds is very soft and comfy and everyone is very attentive to your needs. hot tub is very relaxing after a long day of meetings and is very clean

Overall good but the restroom areas in the guest room need repair and maintenance. Very nice location. Generally everyone is helpful, when asked directly for assistance. Otherwise, there are very or no one offering assistance to the guests. Seems that the focus is Weddings and Corporate events. The staff at Breakfast are awesome.

The Hilton Myrtle Beach is a true respite for the weary traveler as well as a great destination for the vacationer! Off the main traffic patterns, quiet serene setting and everything you need to make a one night or two week stay rewarding. We were once again at this Hilton for a conference. I have over 25 years experience with conferences and, usually, this hotel gets 5 stars on all levels. But, I feel that I should share this information with you. The female hostess who was there at breakfast and lunch (wears glasses) was just plain rude and unprofessional. I was actually surprised. The trip reviews had me afraid to go there because of the bad reviews. The rooms can use some updating. The location was fine for me, because we wanted to be isolated. The building is old and it needs to be updated, but I don't think they have to tear the building down because the lobby looks good. However, although the rooms look good, the bathrooms needs the tile in the bathroom replaced. It had black moldy looking spots on it.

Second visit to this resort in the month of October. Love staying here! Definitely recommend any room with 19' on the end. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable. Shuttle available, several onsite food options. Snack bar/store in lobby with many options. Convention center for large gatherings. Large pool and deck area beachfront with outdoor bar.

I've been coming to this hotel for a number of years for conferences. This is a good hotel; the staff has always been professional and welcoming and the facility is on the beach! The views are lovely. The main reason why I haven't given this hotel a 5 star rating is mainly due to cleanliness. The hotel is very glamorous, but the service is HORRIBLE! Everything is a wait and they rarely answer the phone. Neisha, one of the managers ended up giving me a gift shop credit to use at the end of my stay to purchase something for the bad service. It almost made up for it and she was very polite. I may now consider staying there again.

The location of this hotel is great! Views are nice, even so I had to request a different room since the original one had views of the ocean, a big dumpster, hotel cooling towers,and the smell from the kitchen exhaust made it impossible to keep the window open. Great location right on the beach. Lobby is very nice and new but the rooms need remodeled. The rooms reminded me of a trashed spring break room. The pool was very cold but may be this time of year. The wood decks around pool area seemed old and worn. The tiki/beach bar looked fun and you could watch football outside right by the pool. Really lacked any security to get into the facility. The beach was AWESOME and George in the restaurant was over the top great!!!

This resort hotel is in a great setting. Most rooms have a decent view of the oceanfront. The room itself was nice but the "kitchen" area is dated and crowded. The bathroom was tiny and needed to be updated. The pools and the beach area are very nice. We really enjoyed walking the quiet beach. We did experience an issue during our stay. Loved the N Myrtle Beach area and view from hotel...Staff at check in were Great, as I checked in late and the parking staff were so friendly, even at the time of night! Front desk lady was so personable and gave me maps and all kinds of information.

Off season stay with "C" team staff equals poor service. We had the worst room. Had to walk by food service dishes left outside a room down the hall for three days. Loud HVAC unit and thermostat. Old room, not up to Hilton standards. No waste basket in bathroom.

I stayed here a couple days ago and it was a great mini get away. The view was lovely, the room was very nice and spacious. Had a bat for drinks and coffee. The bed was comfy (which is very likely for Hilton hotels). I digitally checked on on my HHonors app, used the digital key. The only complain that I really had was that I paid 20 dollars for just two eggs, a bagel and a small pot of coffee. Other than that this hotel experience was excellent! I will be returning again!

We just recently stayed for a work event with 500+ people. The staff was very friendly and event space was plenty large enough and accommodating for our team. The hotel location was great right on the beach and close to near by shopping (we drove, not close enough to walk) the free parking garage was a plus. Our room was clean but needs to be remodeled. Set off away from the touristy downtown, this is reached though a woodsy neighborhood. Our room had a kitchenette and an ocean view with a little balcony. The lobby was stylish, but we didn't spend much time there, because our tower was right next to the convenient parking deck (free) and had its own entrance. I loved strolling through the lush gardens to the multiple outdoor pools and hot tubs, connected to a cute tiki bar for light lunch and drinks, right down on the beach.

Stay here and eat here. No reason to fight crowds for dinner. Ask for one of George's tables by the window. Digital key means you park and walk to the room without having to go by the front desk. Can also select room on Hilton app.

This is a great hotel for couples or business in North Myrtle beach, SC. The motel is 30 years old, but has been completely remodeled like new. All rooms face the ocean. An award winning design. A very secure compound for peace of mind. They have shuttle service to points of interest nearby.

I am a regular traveler to Myrtle Beach. I find the staff helpful and always available. They are willing to make each stay exceptional and are accommodating on room upgrades and selection. At many times of the year the rate is unbeatable for a full service property.

This hotel is ok, on this stay I had to request my room to be cleaned. The only think they did was to make the bed and clean the shower. I know this because there was trash in the trash cans that was not removed.

I really like the property. We booked the bed and breakfast rate. The hotel is quiet and seclude. The price is ok for the value. Able to get a wonderful view. Had a nice full breakfast. Drink prices and food high but liked just being able to park and stay in one place. There is a shuttle and the resort view is high 17.99 a day. Overall clean rooms. Small bathrooms only one person. Happy with our stay. Loved having a fridge in the room.

I was only in town for one night. When I arrived late, we(other guests) had to wait for about 5-7 minutes before anyone came out from the back to greet and help us. There was no bell to ring for someone either. Once I arrived in my room, I opened the balcony door to see outside. I closed, locked and put the security bar up on the balcony doors. Front desk staff rude on checkout because there was an error on their part as our room was paid for through hotels.com yet they tried to charge us again stating that it was never paid for. Manager called and shockingly we were correct that our room was already paid for yet no apology was offered for the mistake and inconvenience or the rudeness. For being a hilton I expected more but was sadly disappointed when are room was dirty with stains on our sheets. Staff was very nice and quickly changed us to a clean room. Breakfast was amazing! Amenities in the hotel are great!

Stayed two nights at this location and had two rooms for family. Each room experienced backed up toilets on opposite days and for the entire stay both rooms television service prompted no signal available when often turned on or when channel was turned. Front desk remedy for this was to turn off the television for about two minutes then turn back on. Minor infraction but such an inconvenience for a hotel chain as such. Overall the breakfast was very good.

We LOVE the Hilton properties. Diamond and Gold members here. It's our home away from home. Myrtle Beach was a very last minute trip and a welcome needed change. We were offered a choice of a few places by the Hilton Grand Vacations, (went there to take their tour), and chose this one because it was waterfront.
