My son graduated from Coastal Carolina University this past Saturday. I needed a hotel that was close to the school and the Hampton Inn was the closest hotel that was not booked. I was reluctant to stay due to the high price but I gave it a shot. We were greeted by the friendliest staff, we were able to pick our room online prior to check-in, spotless hotel and pool area and delicious free breakfast. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable for a hotel. I would like to especially th... Read more

I have stayed at this specific hotel many times in the past. I have rated it on Trip Adviser and gave it an excellent rating. With this stay, I booked three rooms. Two of the rooms were filthy in the bathroom, clearly having a very poor cleaning. The furniture in our over sized king was stained to the point that we could not sit on the chair, and the tables were so old and worn they looked like someone had carved into them with a knife. I will rate this hotel with Trip Adviser again, and "Correc... Read more

We stayed here for my daughter's college graduation. We booked oversized room, which was great for gathering with family members. The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms and hallways were clean and inviting.

Definitely not five star, but clean and comfortable with quick check-in, decent-size rooms, comfortable beds, and very nice breakfast buffet. No in-room safe, shower water pressure not great, exercise room very small, far from beach and attractions - practically in Conway.

Upon arriving, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall beauty of this hotel. The hotel is nestled just off 501 and couldn't have been a more perfect spot - across the street from Tanger Outlets and less than a 5 minute drive to my work location. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the room was always refreshed when I returned from the office. Will be staying there more frequently.

Room and hotel very clean! Friendly staff, complementary breakfast good for a quick and easy morning. Location good for Conway and MB activities. Close to 31 which is great for getting up and down MB without getting on busy 17.

I would highly reccommend this hotel. Adjacent to Tanger Outlets. Restaurants are nearby, 6 miles to the beach, theaters, entertainment and "Broadway at the Beach." Good family hotel. Quiet and, as always,a great Hampton Inn breakfast.

You always know what you will get with a Hampton Inn and this one did not disappoint. The staff was professional and helpful. The location was convenient to the shopping which was the main reason for our trip.

Everything was excellent, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. My only regret was not getting up in time for the breakfast! Staying here makes me want to stay at other Hampton Inns.

Good experience.... great location and not far from the beach and Broadway and shopping. Me and my wife loved it. Everything is either 5-10 minutes away from the hotel and there's a lot to do in the area

Left a necklace and called a few hours later and was told it was not recovered. I know someone is wearing it and if the staff actually cleaned the room after we left there is no way it was not visible. Sad people are dishonest. Be careful.

Upon arrival we had to wait over 10 minutes before we were taken care of. The front desk was not attended. Other than that the Hampton Inn is my choice when traveling. This hotel is well located and easy in and out in a very high traffic area. Close to the beach and restaurants. Our room was fresh and clean. The rest of the hotel was also well done.

Stay here if you need a clean room, don't mind slow-ish internet, and like to watch Fox News over breakfast. Pretty convenient to both Conway and Myrtle Beach. Easy access at traffic for travel in both directions.

Room was clean. Nice tv, microwave and refrigerator in room. Electronics charging station at bedside table. Large gap under room door let in noise. Internet was down entire stay due to storm. Room AC was quiet and efficient. Bathroom sink area was extremely small, and counter appeared to be white plastic--no granite. Clock in room did not work to tell time. Bathroom door stuck and was difficult to open or close. Tub had damaged paint most likely from install, and there were globs of paint dabbed... Read more

Pleasant stay and pleasing staff when we needed something or had questions. Our arrives were later than planned and was met with smiles and helping jester and actions. Good eating close to motel, parking was plentiful and well lighted for safe feeling. Was able to park both of my vehicles in sight from the room and the staff accommodated me with the ground level room for convencance.

We came back in town to a broken air conditioning unit at our home. We called up explained to the attendant and she immediately was empathetic and began to tell us what the hotel had available. We thought that we would only need a one night stay; but it ended up being another night. The staff was more than willing to work with us.

We have never had anything other than an excellent experience at any Hilton property that we have stayed in and this Hampton Inn was no exception. The staff - Richie (at the front desk) was very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. The services were excellent (internet speed was fast) and our room was very clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast offered a great variety of hot and cold foods and the freshly brewed coffee was robust! Excellent value - we will definitely return!!

As usual this Hampton Inn met all the standards set by other Hamptons I gave stayed at. Breakfasts, both hot and cold were greatly appreciated as was the all day coffee and afternoon warm cookies. The outdoor pool was clean and very much enjoyed. The one downside was the lack of large towel poolside. Small hand towels available in the fitness centre weren't very helpful. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and the AC kept the room cold. Somewhat off of the main Myrtle Beach paths, which is a plus. Nice breakfast and they kept fresh coffee available all day. Great pace to stay for a reasonable price. The hotel is not too far from the beach if that is your reason for coming.

We went to Myrtle Beach for two days. This hotel is not on Myrtle Beach or the entertainment strip itself, but within a very short driving distance. We were directly across the street from the Tanger Outlet. I preferred this location because I wanted to avoid the chaos of the other weekend travelers.

Be alarmed! Stayed two nights and the smoke alarm in my room started chirping making it difficult to get any rest. After mentioning it to the front desk, the same thing happened the second night. There was also an alarm that went off the second night from a room across the hall that had some carpet fans running (flood dry out?) that took them more than half an hour to remedy. Usually I have been satisfied with Hampton Inns. This one not!

We booked @ Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach West on the recommendation of friends who have stayed there before. For the most part, this property lived up to the Hampton Inn's standard of excellence ... with a couple minor exceptions. The in-room thermostat proved difficult to regulate the temperature of the room. To get the unit to come on to cool the room, the setting had to be lowered all the way down to sixty degrees. Calibration off, maybe? Also, the continental breakfast was lacking compared to... Read more

Stayed one night after attending an event, the room wasn't clean. In the middle of renovations and was never told about them. As a gold member, the front desk was rude as well as no maintenance for a clogged toilet. Also the bathroom is small and toilet space is a cubby hole. Much better Hampton hotels nearby.
