"I was very pleased with the value and location of this hotel, however, the room was quite dated. There were holes in the walls and the bed wasn't very sturdy. My wife (who is a small woman) nearly flipped over the bed when she sat on the edge of it to put on her shoes. The bathroom was not very nice either. It looked as if the hotel staff had continually just kept painting over the old mildewed tiles instead of actually cleaning or replacing it. This hotel needs an overhaul in the worst way. I can't complain too much considering what we paid for our stay but it still doesn't excuse them from not taking care of this place a little better considering what im sure they make during the 'busy season'"

"I am handicapped,walk with a cane and when we checked in on Aug.2, the only parking was in lower level, a space big enough for a small car, I have a 2011 Jeep Compass. I had a pillar on one side and a moped parked at the edge of my space. I hit the pillar and now I have to get my left passenger door re-painted. Handicapped spaces on upper level were taken by NON-HANDICAPPED vehicles, desk manager said,' oh,well. First come,first served.' When we were ready to check out, there was not a luggage cart to be found,which meant I was trying to carry my bags to car in one hand,cane in the other. a family checked in and was told he had to park 5 blocks away,thats crazy. If I was told that, I would've demanded a refund. VERY disappointed."
