RCI should be ashamed to include this property in their exchange program. When my husband says we arent staying here, then you know it's bad. First time we never accepted a given resort. Yes, it's dated but that wasn't the problem. Carpet ripped and torn, bedcoverings were old and dirty. Turned around and left. It didn't fit the reviews posted. Very disappointed especially since it is right on the beach.

Just a quick getaway from Florida. Traded what we could find on Interval. We were able to get a one bedroom with a sofa bed. We travel with 2 teenagers. Very small, simple set up, dated decor but it was clean and we had a room by the pool, very tiny pool. Nearby are a variety of eating places, a grocery store, Walgreen's. There was a family amusement park, but we are here too early for the serious spring breakers (which was good for us) and it wasn't open yet.

This was a Time Share we borrowed, so we actually got s nice price considering what was available for Easter Weekend. This place was old and very small. Nice pool and view, but needed minor upkeep. I would go back only if the price was right and some extra cleaning took place!

Resort was rated a 4 or 4.5 by trip advisor, not sure which. It was maybe a 2. Resort is old. Desk staff is not very helpful although they are friendly. I must say the rest of the staff wants to be very helpful but they appear to have limited resources to do THE BEST job they can. If AFVC is going to rate there resorts this way now that Trip Advisor is there new advertiser, than I'm pretty sure AFVC will see a decline in customers. I have enjoyed AFVC for years and this experience was the worst.... Read more

Staff on Sunday were friendly. The master bedroom was dusty, and the room just seemed unattended, this place is an older property but that doesn't mean it needs to be unkept. Tried to let the front desk person know on Monday, but she more interested in what she was looking at then to pay attention to my comment, (she never made eye contact. Location was amazing but otherwise disappointing

Love going here every year!! Great staff and clean rooms!! Always very fun and affordable bc we own a time share!!! We will continue to go back every year. So many great places to visit nearby. Staff is always cleaning the pool and deck in the morning and making sure that everything looks great for guests

The location is great, right on the beach, but this is a time share so if you are expecting maid or room service this is not the place for you. While clean, the resort is old and can use updating. While the room had a full kitchen, there were no pots or pans provided to cook with. The parking lot is very tight. Worth the stay if you own a time share.

We have stayed at the Beach Club a few times since a family member has owned the time share for quite some time. They are located right on the beach which is great. The staff is very friendly. However, the property really could use some updates to the rooms especially the beds and linens. The pool is small but it is handicap accessible. They do have WiFi but the signal is not great. You can ask for a booster in the office

The building was very old and the people in the front office were not always available. The staff was nice however when you did get a hold of them. The particular unit we were in had decent furniture and they tried to make it as comfortable as possible for such an old unit. The AC units were very loud, the couch uncomfortable and the king mattress needs to be replaced. I slept on the twin bed and it was comfortable. It was a great price for being right on the beach.

Had a terrible experience the front desk person acted like we were jerks. Spotted roaches in room, she moved us to another room and we spotted them there. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing stay.

When you walk into a unit and you see a window fan on the floor blowing ,and its in the fall of the year, you know something is wrong. When you first walk in, the place was dark and old looking. the rooms had an odor that was not pleasant. I could go on and on but enough said. I must say that when I arrived, 2 other couples were walking away from this place. The whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
