"Pro's: The staff was excellent. The ocean front one bedroom was ideal for a quick beach vacation getaway. The valet parking was a low-cost convenience. Complimentary tickets to putt-putt golf and water park was a great addition to the reservation.

Con's: The shower/tub was insufficiently cleaned upon arrival and housekeeping did not clean throughout the entire 3-day stay . The room had an awful smell upon arrival but soon left after spraying with disinfectant air freshener. There was a window to the hallway in the bedroom which I found strangely odd."

"I booked a two bedroom ocean front for 4 adults for two days. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable. I like to cook and the kitchen was WONDERFUL! It was large and had enough utensils and dinnerware to cook several meals. The only thing I would improve are the size of the TVs........they are quite small. I didn't go to Myrtle Beach to watch TV but that was my reasoning for giving the quality score a '4'."

"We were promised an oceanfront but book it lied, went to the front desk to ask to be moved to the room we paid 3,000 for but there were no rooms, so it was a horrible view, we looked at top of a building instead of the ocean, so unfair, we asked 4 different days."

"The Hotel was GREAT! Clean, nice staff, good amenities and a perfect view. Be prepared for parking garage being across the street unless you're willing to pay $10 per day for valet parking. Also, there's no continental breakfast but there is a restaurant directly across the street with good-enough food and reasonable prices."

"What an incredible experience! All three couples in our party thought this was the best extended weekend we've had in years thanks to the attentive, courteous staff and the clean, spacious rooms with the beautiful ocean views from the balcony. Everyone on staff made 100% sure that we were treated like royalty. When we return to Myrtle Beach we will stay at Anderson. Book-It.com's suggestion of this property was right on the mark. "From the minute I drove up to the hotel I felt I made a great choice

in choosing the Anderson Ocean Club and Spa. My check-in

was quick and friendly and my room (I had a studio) was more

than I could ask for. The room was clean and my queen bed

was very comfortable. The valet service offered was very good

and reasonable ($8/day).

The staff (Janice the front Manager) was very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant across the street was very good and convenient

as was the location of the hotel.

I hope to return my stay at Anderson Ocean Club & Spa in the

future and would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone

traveling to Myrtle Beach

"The Hotel is very nice and clean. Stayed in a partial ocean view suite. The corner balcony is made only for 2 people. Very small, but a great view. A lot a things are in walking distance. Had a really great weekend stay and will return to the Anderson Ocean Club if I visit Myrtle Beach again."

"I was amazed the minute I drove up to the hotel. The rooms are very

clean and comfortable. The front desk staff (Janice the manager)

checked me in and got me to my room immediately. I had a studio

which is the smallest unit but I certainly was not disapointed upon

entering the room. I also toured a 1 and 2 bedroom unit for a future

stay. The valet service is a great feature. Three elevators on

both sides of the building make getting to your room very quick

and easy. Many of the people I talked with said that this was

their 2nd or 3rd stay at this hotel. I defintely want to thank all

the staff members for their friendliness and helpful hints they

offered during my 4 day weekend. I will be back!"

"This is definately a great hotel to stay while visiting Myrtle Beach. It's one of the newer hotels on the Grand Strand. The staff keep the area and rooms clean which is a must for me. The rooms are comfortable, roomy and with many amenities, such as a washer and dryer in the room. That is a great feature especially after an outing at the beach. We had a balcony with a partial ocean front view. I was reluctant to take this view at first but was pleasantly satisfied upon arrival.
The pool area has several pools to choose from with two hot tubes as well. The pool bar is a nice touch.
The only draw back to the hotel is the lack of room service. They do have a deal with the restaurant across the street, but the menu is limited so we never used the service.
Overall a great Hotel and worth every penny."
