Easy access of of I-95. A/c was average, did not get as cold as I like. The rooms were clean and bathroom was very clean. The free Breakfast was terrible. Powdered eggs, cold imitation sausage, and not much more for an average adult.

We stayed 1 night... 5/12. Walked into our room, opened the bathroom light and were greeted by a big cockroach. Our room was in on the 3rd floor..I called the desk and was told I had to wait until they finished a check in. No other personnel were on duty. Desk clerk arrived with 2 fly swatters and a broom, only after I killed it myself. I've been staying at Hamptons and Hiltons for many years..this was very disappointing.

The hotel needs to pay closer attention to maintenance. Our bathroom has a broken toilet seat and a non-working shower that sprayed all over the bathroom. There was also a dripping sound on the ceiling all night.

Great hotel; great location; outstanding staff and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the room staff is very quick in getting your room ready. There are stores, businesses and a mall in close proximity. Despite a tropical storm that blew in, the staff was great with helping everyone that had to leave early. I will definitely stay here again! Outstanding!

When traveling the I-95 corridor there is no better place to stay in the South than the Manning, SC Hampton Inn. Friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms, great complimentary breakfast. Throughout my extended stay (three weeks) the staff always may feel at home. They were always very helpful with tips and recommendations for the area.

I went to a family reunion and a wedding party was at the hotel at the same time. Some of my family members wanted a late check 12 or 12:30 and were unable to get it. I was told there were too many people wanting a late check and the maid service had to be done by 2pm.

Wonderful staff and hotel. The staff worked with me to make a last minute adjustment to our room. The room was clean (especially the bathroom). The walls are a bit "thin" so we could hear the family with small children next to us (but that is nothing new in a hotel). The complimentary breakfast is always a treat. The bed was soft but comfortable.

This hotel had the usual Hampton friendly service and comfortable beds. Some of the clientelle were less than polite, creating noise and smoke ordors at the side door entry. It has a good location, near the interstate.

Excellent experience, the staff was the most accommodating and friendliest I have ever dealt with at a Hampton Inn or for that matter, any hotel. The rooms were always clean and neat when we returned. The breakfast was very adequate and tasty.

Good rooms, attentive staff. There's were some minor issues with room assignments and mechanical problems but they were addressed quickly and with a professional attitude. The food service was lacking. On two consecutive days at peak times, food items were completely empty and took a very long time to replenish. This caused issues with getting fed before needing to leave. Fix that and things would be great.

The hotel was quite nice, the front desk staff were kind and the one who checked us in even gave us a free discount. We were lucky to get this hotel room because the hotel was usually booked out and there was a conference in Florence so there were empty rooms. The rooms were similar to other Hampton Inn's with the white damask comforter and sheets. The breakfast had limited options and the waffle iron was hard to operate from what I heard with the people who were cooking breakfast having to expl... Read more

Great place to stay if traveling along the 95 route. Clean & comfy rooms. Staff is so helpful and very attentive!! Showers need updating. Wifi is complimentary but not very reliable. Breakfast was great, even grab and go bags available if you don't have time to sit for the items available (eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, oatmeal....) Also, cookies in lobby at night along with daily newspaper.

Traveling through the area with no intent on stopping, my vehicle decided it was done. With no one to work on it the next day, I had to await my trailer from home, over 5 hours away, to come get me, my wife, & the dead truck. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, even allowing us to hang in the lounge several hours past the late checkout time they were so generous to afford us. Everything was super clean and a smile on the face of every employee as they would greet you. Thank you Hampton Inn... Read more

I view reliable as a compliment! We are a travel-loving family of three. A long ride on 95 had us looking at hotels and Hamptons are usually at the top for our list. We encountered pleasant staff, a clean room and an outdoor pool that helped to take the wiggles out of our ten-year old. As commented on by another reviewer, Wi-Fi is available, but I too found it unreliable. The breakfast bar was nice and a pretty good selection of foods. I was happy to find fresh fruit available. My family and I needed to stop driving and get some rest. We have had good experiences with Hampton's before so we were looking for one. From the moment we walked into the lobby we were Paid Attention to. Smiles, expedience, curtesy and competence greeted us. The room was CLEAN and felt clean, not just perfumed. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly. We left rested and refreshed. Thank you Hampton Manning.

The cleanliness of the roomwas not all that great. The staff did not call me for my room, so I just set in my car until 2:30 pm for my room, then I asked her if the room was ready, she said let me check and I ask her about why she did call she said she forgot. O yeah someone was smoking Marijuana on the first floor of the hotel.

Clean and nice place to stay. There are restaurants close by which is nice. Breakfast is worth going to and staying open an extra half hour more than most hotels is a bonus should you over sleep. If I had anything to change it would be the position of the bed with the a/c air flow. When the fan is on, the air flow hits the ceiling and back wall and falls directly onto you when your laying in bed. However the way the room is set up, I guess its the only way the bed would fit giving the room more... Read more

We have traveled a lot in the last year - finding that Hampton Inn was a brand we could trust for a comfortable stay, friendly people, and at least a certain standard of quality. So - I am so very disappointed that this Hampton Inn did not come close to meeting these expectations. First - I grant that it was a very hot day (heat index 110). But to me ALL the more reason that the hotel would keep the hotel rooms already cooled; the lobby cool; the hallways cool. Unless you did not figure it out ... Read more

Great spot for an overnight stay in a State where there aren't many convenient to I-95. We hit weather and traffic returning to Virginia from Florida and needed a good nights rest after some stressful driving. This was a perfect spot. Surrounding properties are a bit run down, but this is an oasis in the middle of them.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Spent a couple nights during Labor Day Weekend! Hotel was clean and the rooms were pretty spacious. Not much to do in Manning, but the location is pretty much near everything that matters, like Walmart and various restaurants. A little on the pricey side with not very many amenities. For example, gym only has one treadmill. Nevertheless, I would likely stay again if by some chance I'm ever in that area again.

We chose this hotel, first, because of it's location on our vacation itenerary and, second, because of our membership in the Hilton Honors program. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Staff are rude and unfriendly, rooms are nasty, and the HVAC units do not work. Do not stay here at all. I have never stayed at any Hilton property with this terrible quality or that the staff were this unfriendly and unwillingness to help resolve any issues. They weren't even busy and still would not help to fix any issues. If this was my first experience with this brand I would never use it again.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn on Nov 1, 2016, and were assigned Room 300. This room, unfortunately, is at the end of the hotel facing the street and on the side of the motel facing a truck scales and fueling station. Truck traffic was heavy throughout the night.
