My visit began with rude front desk service and further declined with poor conditions of the room. Room was clean but had old water damage in the bathroom. Customer appreciation night was disappointing with only nachos and salsa for snacks and very limited choices for drinks. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful with a decent selection available. Parking is poor. Have to pay to have internet that is faster than dialup. I will go back to staying at the Holiday Inn down the street.

Parking is tight. Don't stay for the breakfast, it's not very good, unless you like waffles every morning. Second morning there was no meat, only sausage gravy for some awful looking biscuits. No fitness area on site.

We stayed here while visiting family and were in a king size room with a kitchenette, specifically Rm 400, next to the stairs. It was a great room. It was very big and the bed was one of the better hotel beds we've slept in. It was also a quiet room as it was away from the elevator and next to the stairwell. The breakfasts were good and the hotel staff was very helpful. We will stay here again when in town.

Internet does not work well with Windows 10 computers, staff did nothing except that it is working otherwise. Fixtures are dated, needs a face-lift in the rooms, bathroom especially. Great location near many restaurants, just be prepared to go to them, as many within 2 miles will not deliver to this address for some reason.

Parking is far and away the worst attribute of this Hilton property. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly. However, I was disappointed when I checked in because of the distance that I had to walk just to get to the front desk for check in. Once you have your room key, there is a side door that puts you out at the main parking lot. There are very few spots that are available near the front door, but half of those are reserved for either diamond club members or for... Read more

Hotel is ok but I booked to use pool after a long day outside at work .Pool was closed for no apparent reason and no excuse given. It looked fine but was told it was not within regulations. Whatever that means- Did it mean we just don't want to provide pool towels?

The quality of the service was excellent, folks where so nice and helpful, really stood out and they should be proud. It is not that it is dirty or anything , just time to update and spruce up. Example is stuff like caulk is looking old, small nic;s in the baseboards, and towel rack coming out of the wall. One thing to definitely change is the marble around the shower... it has black flecks in it and at first I thought it was dirt specks until I looked closer... odd to create something that look... Great place to stay, fantastic breakfast buffets with a variety of foods hot and cold each morning. Warm cookies in the evening. Free wine socials Monday thru Wednesday. Staff was very friendly at the front desk and the dining area. Check in was quick, and expedient. Checkout bill was slipped under the door when you awoke the morning of checkout, making checkout a breeze. Rooms were clean and organized, and very spacious.

We stayed here one night passing through, with a recommendation from family. We have always had good experiences at Hilton properties, including Hampton Inns. This was another good experience. Great staff, clean room, and good continental breakfast. We visited the dam at Lake Murray before getting back on the road. That was nice place to walk and learn a little local history.

WiFi at this location does not work. Very frustrating. Tickets to ensure you only have 2 drinks at the manager's reception? I get it but it just feels cheap. Had to move from my first room because of the overwhelming smoke smell. AC unit was not vey good. Parking lot is incredibly small and inconvenient.

room was clean, bed was comfortable. there was a problem with the toilet seat but the hotel staff fixed it promptly. curtains would not close. we did not ask that to be fixed as we were on an upper floor and didn't matter. The guest pool outside was really inviting on a 103 degree day. We wish we had time to enjoy. Full Hot and cold breakfast buffet was adequate for most needs. We will stay again.

We stayed for two nights and rested very comfortably and peaceful. The rooms were clean, neat and spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable and bathroom clean and fully stocked. Free breakfast was served each day from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM with a nice selection of food and drink. Easy access to surrounding restaurants with Applebee's and Wendy's just across the lot. Even though I only stayed for a short amount of time, what is inspired me to write this review is the excellent customer service and care that front desk agent Bailey exhibited.
