This is one of the most beautiful boutique hotels. The service is beyond belief. The "butlers" are there to assist you at every turn - from driving you wherever you need to go at SeaPines to taking care of your every need. They are extremely friendly and tipping is not even expected. The inn is beautiful and well appointed and every thing is at your finger tips - pool, hot tub, tennis, golf etc. The individual "butlers" as they are called are exceptional. The Inn & Club at Harbour Town - Sea Pines Resort is a beautiful resort in Sea Pines and is only a short walk to the many restaurants and shops at Harbour Town. It was a thoroughly relaxing place to spend a few days. The entire staff is dedicated to making your stay the best it can be. We had a golf view room which was beautiful. The heated pool was very nice with comfortable seating and umbrellas. We rode bikes to the beach where we had complimentary beach towels, water, chairs, umbrella, ... Read more

Feeling of exclusive experience in this preserved area were the park is 30% of the Island. The Inn is in the park at walking distance of the harbour. Very good service and paradise for golfers and tennismen.

Attended a business meeting requiring a two night stay. Accommodations were top-notch and service was outstanding. From our courteous professional check-in process with young interns from foreign countries to maid service and evening turn downs...everything was perfect. It seemed liked whenever I returned to room, it had been straightened up as well as replenished with clean towels. Pricey but worth it. Also played golf at Harbour Town (on site) which was a treat...our fore caddy, Rick, en... Read more

If you want to have a first class stay and be treated like royalty look no further. Very nice small hotel with a great and very quiet pool overlooking the first tee at Harbour Town. I would spring for the extra money and get a room facing the golf course rather than the "resort view" but otherwise there are no complaints about this hotel. The staff all addressed us by name every time we entered the building. They remembered what we had been doing and always asked how we were enjoying the day. Fr... Read more

Ate dinner at the Sea Pines Ocean Club on two different occasions. Good view of the ocean and the indoor Ocean Club Restaurant has a good jazz trio on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. There is also live music on the deck each evening. Good food.

Service was wonderful and the room beautiful. The only disappointment was that we thought each room had a private patio and ours did not. Beds were super comfortable and loved the spacious bathroom. Shuttle service was top rate and all staff was eager to please!

6 star service and accommodations! Phenomenal location and awesome beach club. The butlers make you feel like you are the only guest at the Inn. The sea pines resort has something for the foodie, the nautical enthusiast, the golfer, and the sun worshipper. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we can not wait to come back next year.

From the moment you enter the staff is available, friendly and doing to make sure that your stay was perfect. They should be commended for the attitude and responsiveness. The clum facilities were good for dining and I was able to do so outside. Good meal and good wine to go with it.

I have always been such a huge fan of this place! My parents stay when they are in town from Virginia and they love it! Very comfortable and helpful staff, it's great to have an establishment that isn't looking like another beach town hotel. We stay here for fun and we live in town!

My sisters and I visited Marriott's Inn & Club at Harbour Town for our first Sisters Trip. Before we arrived, I got a taste of the experience to come when Rachel contacted me to go over pre-arrival instructions. I surprised my older sister with a small sister celebration in honor of her 50th birthday. She had no clue! And Rachel hooked up a little surprise in the room for her! She loved it! The property is beyond lovely. It was quiet and relaxing, exactly what we needed. There are seve... Read more

Spent 4 nights here for a break while traveling. Very enjoyable with excellent golf facilities and tennis if that's your thing. The inn is parrot a very large private complex that covers approx ?? of the whole island. The best way for getting around are bikes that are free to Inn residents. We had one issue with a noisy bunch of revelers but it was properly resolved by management. In particular Dan and Eni were very helpful as was Zed and all of the front line staff. Bed linens and bath towels are of very good quality and the Molton Brown toiletries are a nice touch. There is a relaxation pool for guests which is very peaceful and quiet. A Nepresso coffee maker is in each room for that needed first cup in the morning. The staff is very personable and always ready to assist. The only negative is I wish we had a b... Read more

We recently stayed 3 nights at the Inn and Club at Harbour Town. It was absolutely fantastic. The lobby, rooms and grounds are just beautiful. The impeccable décor and top notch service made our stay one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Every detail is attended to by the staff. We had complementary transportation, bikes and fresh drinks were always available in the lobby.

Stayed at the Inn in early June. Really fabulous trip. The Inn is super quiet (probably not a great place for kids) and is ideal for couples who want to get away and relax for a few days. There is super easy parking out front that is free. There are bikes available to use at any time so you can bike to the beach or other locations throughout Sea Pines (the whole resort is covered in bike trails). My wife and I stayed at this hotel (part of the Sea Pines Resort) on June 19 2016 and received 5 star treatment. Incredible rooms, beds and amenities. The resort restaurants, Links American Grill and the SeaPines Beach club were all superb. Check in was very personable and they focus on one guest at a time, so they invite you to sit down in front a large desk and ask you if you would like something to drink, while checking in. Everything was amazing about this place. First of all, it was great being treated as an individual with an agent where you sit at their desk as you check in as opposed to the ubiquitous counter. They offered drinks and champagne and actually took us up to our room to show us all the features. I would probably give the place a 5 but for a few minor things. Rooms are wonderful and well stocked. Small army of concierge help with check in, show you around, and help with food and facility arrangements. Various staff make sure you're taken care of in the lobby and by the pool. The Inn at Harbor Town was was superb. The room was quite nice and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and in a gorgeous setting. My only complaint was at checkout. We traveled to Hilton Head with our two children ages 13 and 10. From the previous reviews I will say that I expected top notch service from the staff. We did not receive it. For example, when we tried to order lunch at the pool, we asked one of the staff who very grudgingly took our order. We made it clear we would be happy to go inside and get it ourselves. Went with friends as part of a trip for some chill time. Unusually in the US most of the staff seem to be from Europe. A lot of young graduates on a years work experience in the US. They were great. Without exception they were friendly, efficient and exceeded expectations. When they said they would do something they did it. Lovely rooms and lovely views over the golf course. Even for a non golfer. Although the hotel and setting are great the team there were truly excellent.

If you like Harbor Town, this is the place for you. They run a shuttle to the beach, so no worries there, but you could not stay anyplace more enticing in Sea Pines. The golf course surrounds the property on three sides and from the front porch you can see (and walk) a direct line to the H.T. lighthouse. The decor is in excellent taste and the staff is amazing.
