Nice room back off Woodruff Rd a couple blocks but you are only minutes away from many choices of dining and entertainment and a 20 cinema movie theater. Barnes and Noble book store I like a few minutes away where they have a Starbucks. Nice stretch of sidewalk out front to walk on during the daylight and fitness room inside. Rooms come with full sized refrigerator and a 4 burner cook top stove. Pot and pans and dishes furnished. I enjoyed and plan to go back soon!

The staff at this hotel is top notch. I am very impressed with their willingness to help, or just welcome you "home" after a long day. The rooms are well appointed and plenty big enough for that 3+ week stay. They have laundry on site. I do wish it was complementary instead of 1.50 a wash/dry. The breakfast are normal Hilton/Hampton Inn type breakfast. The coffee is not the greatest. I do not know if it's the brand or how they brew, but it's a little off. I do love the Monday- Thursday "social" ... Read more

Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. The check in process is excellent with the friendly staff. Especially Shia at the front and Debra in housekeeping to make sure I had everything I needed. My only complaint and why I gave a very good instead of excellent is the rude, dismissive manner of the kitchen staff during the complimentary meal service. Food was not filled in and guests were coming by to look and leaving. I asked for the bread to be refilled as it was 1 1/2 hrs until the end of meal... Read more

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to enjoy your stay is a good one. Since I stayed at this hotel for about 6 months, I am a living witness. Kayla's friendly personality makes you feel like one of the family; at one point or another, she, Tammy and Jennifer were very instrumental in helping to locate a room for me as a night worker and day sleeper. Mary gave superb and thorough room service on the days I requested room service. There were many others who made me feel right at home. ... Read more

Used to stay at this property extensively. I will not return. This morning I was awaken at 3:30am to boys not only playing basketball outside my window, but throwing the ball against the building. Tried for 30 minutes to call the front desk. When I complained to the front desk clerk this morning, he acted like he did not know anything about it. He was lying. How did I know. Because I saw a guy standing with a very light colored sports jacket watching them from afar. When the clerk left to... Read more

Besides the super friendly, helpful staff and great first impression of entrance to hotel lobby, our room was a welcome surprise! Not only was it huge, like a small apartment, but extremely clean and well decorated. Kitchen with full sized appliances and stocked with plates, glasses, mugs and utensils. We felt like we needed to stay longer to utilize all the amenities here! Plenty of amazing pillows and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was large too and included great Neutragena bath products, 2 ... This hotel sits out the outskirts of Greenville. It sits next to a Cracker Barrel and across the road from a couple of large strip malls. Trips to downtown can be made within 15 minutes during most parts of the day. As a Homewood Suite, the hotel features a suite set up with small kitchen, with all accoutrements needed, a full size fridge, micro, dishwasher, oven/stovetop and sink. You also have two rooms, one with the bed(s) and an adjoining room with a pull out couch. There is also a po... Read more

This is was a very nice hotel that I would definitely stay at again. My only reason for not rating it as "excellent" is that the air conditioner woke me up several times when it kicked on. I'm hoping this was an isolated incident, and that the unit just needs to be serviced. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, clean, great location, decent price, great breakfast. We originally tried to book with Hilton Garden Inn next door, but they were booked and they (as Homewood Suites is a sister hotel) made... Read more

overall the room quality and cleanliness is still very good, but the breakfast went down the hill. I use that hotel (in Grenville, SC) for business travel for years now and never had hot breakfast that bad. First day the egg bake (I am not really sure what it was...) was burned. Not just a little bit, the entire top of the bake was black! And no hard boiled eggs to find. I could have asked, but if you don't see the eggs - something is wrong. I often travel to SC on business, when in Greenville I stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton on Woodruff. The staff are great, friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile. This is close to shopping, dining and If you want to go out for a stroll in the evening there is a quiet sidewalk to walk for 30+ minutes.

We stayed as part of a block of wedding guests. There was trouble from the start, trying to make a reservation in the block, and the staff seemingly not knowing how to do this. Desk is often unattended, making it difficult to get service. Facilities were very clean, generally quiet aside from road noise. Breakfast had a very nice variety, but presentation and timeliness of service/refills varied among staff members. Only one ice machine for the entire hotel. Beds were comfortable, but the pull-o... We went for the weekend to visit Greenville and as Hilton members selected the Homewood Suites with the large fridge and kitchenette. The room was nice we were able to select the room we wanted before check-in. The breakfast was not so great but just ok we skipped the breakfast the next day. When at the pool my husband was stung by a wasp. Front desk said they told the staff to spray the nest that apparently they were aware was there. Note to management get rid of the nest.

The first Homewood Suites we ever stayed at was in Harrisburg, PA. Great people, room, and fresh-baked cookies in the evening. The food was decent. Now, here in Greenville, the people were helpful (even though one didn't check us in fully, meaning that the WiFi would not work and required another 15 mins of futzing and getting checked in for real), the mattress was Days Inn quality, the couch worse, and the food simply awful. Overall I thought the hotel was nice especially for the money. Very spacious. Location was great!! However the sofa bed was horrible. Please stop advertising it. It's not worth getting anyone excited about it. Also, my granddaughter couldn't be a kid because someone complained. She wasn't noisey. She played like a normal 3 year old. But nowhere near loud. this hotel was nice, the staff could have been friendlier especially front desk.. i mean if you dont like your job find one that is more satisfying.. they also need more travel luggage carts theres only 1-2 made available throughout the hotel. I dont understand the purpuse of having numerous washing machines when all of them are out of order for longer than 2 weeks. I think it would be a bit more helpful for there was a change machine present for coin availability to use the laundry room.

There is a reason we choose to stay at Homewood Suites is because of the service and accommodations. This was not the case this time. We were unable to get into our suite. We asked to change rooms.
