Great place. Lovely people work at this hotel. They are always cheerful and friendly. Bathroom pipes tend to be a bit noisy at night. Would suggest keeping that door shut. Room service is super fast and the food is always good. it's my first choice when staying in Greenville for business. Love that it's right off a main thoroughfare and close to good restaurants. Makes it very easy to get to my accounts.

I travel a lot and stay at a lot of different hotels throughout the year and this hotel had all the bells and whistles. The staff was very accommodating and answered every question I had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Greenville area. The only slight downside was I was unable to use the pool due to the dirt build up on the sides and bottom. The pool seems to be a forgotten aspect of their hotel

It's everything you expect a Hilton to be. Rooms are fresh - bed is comfy - Towels and sheets are great - bathrooms a bit old. Lots of parking and close to airport - it's also about 15 minutes from down town Greenville. The cocktail bar is nice but stick with regular drinks as they're not trained to mix cocktails - we had a lousy Cosmo

Room 816 of this hotel may have been one of the worst rooms we've ever stayed in. We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton with the exception of the breakfast buffet. So bad that we did not go for our second morning. Scrambled eggs tasteless and overcooked, potatoes not edible, sausage ok, Don't understand why this high end hotel can't have a quality buffet.

Do a lot of traveling for my job. This is a good quality hotel. Food and drinks are a bit expensive but good quality. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are nice and very clean. Free lounge on executive floor is worth the extra charge.

I was in Greenville for a quick couple of days and wanted to be downtown, but those hotels were either sold out, or over $300 a night. So I stayed at the Hilton for less than half that and was only 5 miles from downtown. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great gym and decent pool area. Traffic around the hotel can be brutal at certain times. My last night I didn't feel like battling that traffic so I ate a burger at the bar that hit the spot. It's hard to bea... Read more

I attended the 4th Annual Marian Eucharistic Conference and it was wonderful! Great, dynamic speakers and a very well organized conference. Lovely accomodations and the meals were delicious all at the Hilton.

I always enjoy my stay here. Staff is always helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean. Would like another opportunity to have a bed that is not as firm. The breakfast buffet is of good quality and the bar area has a nice environment to spend time as well. Exercise facilities are better than most hotels you will stay at as well.

Ok hotel, it was too noisy for me, I stayed on the first floor, it might have been quieter on a higher floor? It was fairly clean and the staff was friendly though. Breakfast was just ok in my opinion, put for the price and location it was adequate.

My stay at the Hilton Greenville was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The phone in the room was the only thing that didn't work for me during my stay. You will love this hotel. The hotel is located across from the Haywood Plaza.

Great for business trips, shuttle service was superb; helpful staff, but rooms need a refresh. Conference facilities and amenities were ideal for local businesses. Front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and engaging.

I stayed at the Greenville Hilton for business over an extended period. I found this hotel to be one of the best values in Greenville for Executives. The Lounge access is very flexible, the staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast and evening snacks/drinks were a blessing on many days. The coffee machine is second only to a European cafe. The workout room has a number of options to get your exercise and I never found it to be overly crowded. The Lounge staff and Front Desk staff made my ... Read more

I was satisfied with my overall stay. Disappointed with the breakfast bar due to non pork meats. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was excellent. The food was very tasteful.

It's safe to say that I will NEVER stay at another Hilton again. A friend and I went to a convention there recently, and while the event itself was a blast, our experience with this hotel practically ruined our trip. For starters, the air quality was horrible. I don't know if there's mold here or if the ventilation system is dirty or what, but neither of us could breathe throughout our entire stay and stayed congested each night (this lifted when we actually left the hotel). The wait staff i... Read more

Stayed at this hotel while in town to attend a football game at Clemson. From the time we arrived until we checked out, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate and very close to several restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. Not to mention that it is only 45 minutes away from Clemson and very reasonably priced for a football weekend. The hotel had plenty of parking and I was able to pick my room through the H... I can sleep anywhere but did not sleep well knowing the lack of cleanliness. I was very disappointed because of the price point. The front desk personnel was not empowered to make the corrections so I just toughed it out and cut my stay short by only staying one night.

The Internet will not work properly . It would come and go . The hotel printer in the business area would not work either. I stayed on the exective floor 9th and restroom in my hotel room smelled like sewer gas.
