Friendly staff. The rooms were extremely clean. since it was my son's birthday we received complimentary breakfast buffet passes. They buffet had a nice spread. Saved me the expense of having to buy breakfast for the boysđ???

The hotel staff are terrific. The hotel is conveniently located. Overall, the hotel feels very worn. The floors in the room do not feel clean. The bathrooms feel old and not well kept. This said, housekeeping does a nice job with what they are given.

Great place. Lovely people work at this hotel. They are always cheerful and friendly. Bathroom pipes tend to be a bit noisy at night. Would suggest keeping that door shut. Room service is super fast and the food is always good. it's my first choice when staying in Greenville for business. Love that it's right off a main thoroughfare and close to good restaurants. Makes it very easy to get to my accounts.

Spent two nights here for business and was pleased overall. Staff is polite and helpful. Location is great if need to be all over greater Greeville/Spartanburg area. Ate in hotel restaurant both nights and everything was delicious.

The hotel, our room, and staff were excellent. We are Hilton Honor members, have always had problems with sign in at most Hiltons, and this one was vexing, too. Front desk finally had to troubleshoot, and we ultimately had to sign in with a special guest code.

Great location for our travel needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Arrived late in the day and wanted a recommendation for a quick meal non-fast food. After staying a night downtown we stayed at this Hilton and it was so much nicer! We had a very quiet room. Free breakfast and super friendly staff. Would reccommend to anyone visiting the area. It is very close to downtown

Grounds and lobby nice and welcoming. Room was okay but we were overlooking the air/heat units. Quiet enough, but room lighting was dim. We also got a handicapped accessible room which was difficult to use bath/vanity as we are not disabled.

We use the Hilton as our headquarters for a visit to the Gallabrae Highland Game. It was an easy drive to Furman university. The pool and hot tub were a welcome place to be after a tough day at the games

I travel a lot and stay at a lot of different hotels throughout the year and this hotel had all the bells and whistles. The staff was very accommodating and answered every question I had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Greenville area. The only slight downside was I was unable to use the pool due to the dirt build up on the sides and bottom. The pool seems to be a forgotten aspect of their hotel

It's everything you expect a Hilton to be. Rooms are fresh - bed is comfy - Towels and sheets are great - bathrooms a bit old. Lots of parking and close to airport - it's also about 15 minutes from down town Greenville. All of the staff at this Hilton are very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Our room was perfect and the breakfast has hot and fresh. Although we were only eating from the buffet, we were asked if we would like to have a made to order omelet and we were offered to-go beverages. We look forward to returning in two months!

This hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The pool area was very nice and actually warm so it felt good at the end of a long day. They have a shuttle that takes you downtown so you can avoid parking hassles and all travel together.

This Hilton is a nice place to stay and very convenient to shopping and downtown. The staff was all great--particularly the room service staff. I had a corner king room and it was very large. They have this wonderful process of putting a $50. incidental chg on your credit card even after you have checked out with a zero balance. the people i have met are outstanding. there is nothing they can individually do regarding this charge. i have stayed 9 times since sept 2015. i have battled with them every time. all i get is their sympathy. then you try to deal with the credit card people. it is as if you are talking to a merry go round. life is too short. there are other fine places to sta... The bedding was uncomfortable, the accessibility terrible, the food choices limited, the group breakfast offerings were inexcusably awful and the value certainly missing. I stayed at two different Country Inn and Suites during this trip and they were, by far, superior in every aspect.

I registered online at home, was given my room number and on arrival I only had to pick up my key. My request for a my room to be away from the Elevator was granted. I was there 2 nights and I slept as if I was home. The Restaurant was very clean and the wait people very friendly and eager to please.

We went to Greenville to celebrate our anniversary. Lots to do in Greenville! Anyways called and booked our room. Staff was very friendly on the phone. When we got there they were extremely helpful as well. Room was very nice and had a nice view. Overall we were very pleased with our decision to stay here. We plan to go back to try to enjoy more of what Greenville has to offer.

Excellent night's sleep in super comfortable bed with superior bedding. We always prefer hotels where all the bedding is washed and changed (hate the typical polyester bedspreads)! The beds were excellent, the room clean and orderly, and the breakfast was run by a wonderful, friendly staff keeping the food fresh, hot, and well-stocked. The property is beautiful, the only problem we have was that the room was cleaned very well. The bathroom had some type of stains on the wall next to the mirror. The doors were filthy, and the desk and lamp shade were not dusted. Also we liketo walk around in our socks and the carpet was filthy.

Room 816 of this hotel may have been one of the worst rooms we've ever stayed in. There were stains on the floor throughout the room, the shower head fixture was pulled out of the wall (fixed by maintenance) and the shower handle came off during my shower (fixed by maintenance). All issues were reported to the front desk and was told they will try to work a reimbursement but nothing was reimbursed or compensated...Very disappointing at the condition of this room.

Our family enjoyed a one night stay in an upgraded upper level floor room. The room was good sized and very clean. The bathroom was tight but had a very nice large shower. Outdoor pool area was nice and provided a refreshing late afternoon dip. Breakfast was good, but only a value since we get it for free due to our gold status with Hilton. This property is fine but my room, esp. the bathroom, needs an upgrade. Also, I presented my Hilton Honors card, but wasn't really treated like an Honors member - no water (had to ask for it later that night). Stayed here on business this week and was grateful to have a room but I've had cleaner rooms. The lobby/restaurant/bar areas looked nice and clean. I arrived late and there was security which made me feel good. He was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. Definitely not in the heart of the action, it seemed like Greenville had a fairly active nightlife, but certainly priced more moderately than any of the downtown hotels, which were on par with Chicago prices. Not far from Clemson, which doesn't seem to have a wide array of hotels.

Room was fantastic, staff were great. Was here for 3 weeks( not counting weekends). The gym and pool areas were always kept clean. After a long day of training the whirlpool was nice. Close to plenty of dining places, but since the hotel served good food, I seldom went out to eat. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Nice hotel, great staff, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast is very good and I look forward to my next stay at the Hilton. The room size was nice as well, huge TVs in the rooms, fluffy towels. Very nice fitness and pool area. They really have a great outdoor space near the pool for pinics.

After a wonderful check-in experience, we found our first room to be unacceptable. Wet spots on the bedspread that soaked through to the mattress. However, hotel staff were very helpful and immediately changed rooms for us. From check in, to check out, our stay was fantastic. Gyasi Jackson, at the front desk, was the best! He could not have been more accommodating, friendly and professional. I told him of my son's enrollment into the US Army and he personally showed us to our suite. He definitely made us fell like we were in a 5 star hotel. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfy. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The Shuttle was as needed and the driver was friendly. For the price the hotel seemed very nice. I got a king room which was clean, up to date, and spacious. The fitness center was a nice surprise. Along with the normal cardio equipment ; They had free weights, a pull up bar, and a couple other cable machines. Overall a great stay, I'll be back.

we only stayed 1 night and staff was very friendly & accommodating (we requested a late departure time). But the room was not very clean....A LOT of hair in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Also, we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and the cleaning staff came in anyways and cleaned the room.

Phone did not work in room. Which would've been very useful when calling guest services to have a filthy Iron replaced. However... Iron was replaced with an even more disgusting one. Which apparently was the only Iron available in this entire hotel. Spend 30 minutes scraping the iron with my car key and room key... It's simple folks, check the room equipment when you clean! I stay at this location 6-10 times a year. On the other hand the bar staff and food were great as always.

I really appreciate the staff of this hotel. Great people made a great stay. I will be back. Food was very good, room was fine service was just what I needed. I was working late and the dining area still accommodated me for dinner after 9. I have stayed at most of the Hilton brand hotels around Greenville even on the golf course. I like this hotel and the Garden Inn the best so far.

Overall my stay was good. Rooms need to have a final walk throug before a guest is checked in. I was offered to move to a different room but I had unpacked before noticing the large stains at the door.

Nothing is included on the prize of you stay no breakfast, no wifi included, you cant close your room curtains, so if you want to sleep a little late, put your sunglasses on, all else is average but why pay $70.00 dollars nore when across the street is a smaller Hotel with basics necesities provided includded in your room rate

Team travel for multiple teams in soccer club. Only disappointment was the breakfast that was provided to our group. It consisted of fresh fruit, cereal, juices, coffee and a "chef's choice hot selection" that consisted of frozen waffles and pancakes that were dried out. The only complaint of our entire stay.

I had problems with check-in and key use. I was sent to the wrong room and given no instruction on how to use the unusual key. It took 3 trips to the lobby to get everything straightened out. Finally, I was told that I needed to touch the key to a pad to unlock the door. To make up for my troubles, I was give a free breakfast buffet.

Loud door closings, loud motorcycle noise from the street chased shortly thereafter by loud police with sirens. Shades don't close sufficiently to block out light from the city. This is an old building and some of these things are probably mitigated with newer construction. So, take that into account. The room was clean and in good order overall. However, there was a distinct lack of outlets. The lamp in the corner of the room wasn't plugged in, the closest outlet was 4ft away and covered by the bed. The desk had a single outlet in the lamp base, and was somewhat loose. I will not stay at this hotel the next time I am in Greenville. The service was minimal, my room smelled like cigarette smoke, the hallway on my floor was dirty, the breakfast was mediocre. When I checked out, the two receptionist at the front desk decided to finish their personal conversation before helping me.

The Hilton Greenville was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the Hilton Greenville. The breakfast bar offers an excellent variety of good food choices.

Hotel is nothing above mediocre, sorry to say. Was not easy to check in because of the upfront buses (3), no bellmen and pouring down rain! Bad experience! for all involved! The buffet breakfast was uuk and for the price of a nights stay I do expect more!

Good location, clean rooms, pretty quiet helpful staff. Convenient to downtown Greenville SC with courtesy shuttle. All hotel staff members were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again in planning a trip to Greenville.

Nine family members attended a funeral, there were also six friends and five other family members who joined us at this hotel. All received excellent service, all staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and accessible. The food was great, the pool and hot tub too. Great food and wonderful waiters and waitresses. Definitely would recommend to all.

It may be an odd thing to note, but the beds, pillows, and sheets are really nice in this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel several times and usually always have a good experience. It is close to several nice restaurants as well.

Stayed here a week and it has to be said that the decor represents the outside of the hotel, well maintained, beige and austere! However, service was great with oodles of SC charm and helpfulness. The food was a bit stayed but great quality and affordable. The diamond at this hotel is the bar in the lobby, wonderful staff (Karen and Brittany deserve a special mention!), great diversity of drinks available and a more than welcoming atmosphere. Stayed at the Hilton in Greenville South Carolina this summer and it was great. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast the next morning. Wonderful food and atmosphere! The best server was at our breakfast in the morning. Wish I could remember her name. She has been in the hotel business for a number of years. Pleasantly surprised.

Black mold all around the shower and huge stain on the carpet. Bed was awful. Feet were higher than the head, mattress was worn out, slept in a hole. Lousy night sleep. Breakfast is a buffet that looks like a Days Inn "freebie" but it will cost you $12.95. Powdered eggs, precooked bacon, packaged yogurt. We visit Greenville often; we won't be staying here again.
