We stayed here a couple of weeks ago while visiting a family member at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Although basic and old, it is very convenient to the hospital campus and our initial stay was OK; basic but clean room; everything worked. Tonight we checked in and once we went to our room, immediately requested a room change due to gangsta types in the room next to ours. We moved to another floor into a room that was missing the closet clothes rod and shelf (ripped out), and several fist punch... Read more

My family and I visited Greenville, SC for a dance competition and stayed at the hotel. The overall look of the building is very modern and the surrounding area appears to be safe and quiet. It is located directly beside a Taco Bell so if you get hungry, you can run to the boarder. Check in was seamless and quick as I booked through Expedia. We reserved a double queen for 1 night. The room was nice, clean and smelled like it was indeed cleaned prior to our arrival. The shower could have used a ... Read more

My wife and I had an overnight stay at the Quality Inn at 10 Mills Ave. in Greenville on April 23, 2016 that turned into an unpleasant experience. When we first arrived we noticed the TV wouldnâ??t change channels so we contacted the front desk and the clerk quickly came to our room to try and reprogram the remote. When that didnâ??t work she decided to move us to another room. We understood that these type of things can happen and didnâ??t seem to alarmed considering the accommodating nature o... Read more

Please look at my record of reviews - i travel a lot and as you'll see, almost all of them are positive. This one is not. The hotel itself really wasnt that bad, once we got into our room. The issue was the first room we were given was clearly occupied. We opened the door and a man's clothes were scattered around. Fortunately for the 2nd room, the clerk went and checked because it also ended up being used. So we got "upgraded" to a "suite." It had two beds an a small living area, again, i... Read more

The room was perfect, a lot of high temp water, shower filled in as ought to! The spouse couldn't work the bathtub plane wash highlight. Breakfast was extraordinary! A staff was exceptionally wonderful and obliging. Will stay again when in Greenwood!

Great spot to stay and neighborly staff in addition to advantageous area. We have a few rooms saved for a memorial service. A good breakfast was served and the spot was perfect. That is all I need to say however i prescribe more change in your hotel. Much obliged

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It's not been a pleasant place to stay either time. I do not normally write bad reviews but I do try and give an honest opinion on every review. I'll start with the good... The pillows and beds are comfy The hotel is, for the most, part clean Cleaning service was good Some employees are personable The bad.... Some of the employees are horrible No coke machines work on the premises. The ice machines weren't working One Front desk employee co... Read more

Do not waste your money here! The place is run down and dirty, it has quite a few questionable people constantly going in and out of the building to the point that my wife questioned our safety, and the front desk person was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with when I tried to bring up concerns. I even asked to speak to the on dut manager and the attendant said they weren't even in town and I would have to deal with them.

Don't let the low price suck you in. This hotel is not a "Quality" place to stay and is not a good value. Though the staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be, they can't be blamed for poor maintenance of the facility. From the moment the clunky, hot elevator door slammed shut and slowly made it's way up 4 floors, we were on our way to disappointment. I must say, the rooms were very clean but that didn't help when trying to relax and watch a little TV at the end of a long day only... Read more

The reviews scared me on this one but I was relieved. I stay in hotels a lot so I might be less picky than some. I've stayed in Hiltons, Marriotts, and even the Ritz Carlton in NYC. I have stayed in Quality inns and this by no means was a bad hotel. All staff very friendly and cordial. Rooms clean, Bed comfortable, Only downside was that they forgot to include soap but I carry my own for these instances. The hotel sits next to a Taco Bell so this can create noise at night. Get an odd num... Read more

Stayed twice within last month. Rooms, lobby, hallways and outside were clean. Staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out was super quick. Rooms were quiet and we felt safe. The only feature that I could have asked for improvement was that rooms need more electrical outlets. With all the electronic devices we carry these days (cell phones, laptops, tablets, MP3 players, etc) that need overnight charging, easily accessible outlets are a necessity. Lamps have outlets but some were used for... Read more
