Booked online cause of great reviews and I wasn't let down. Customer service was wonderful. Bathroom was spacious and kitchen area clean with all utensils and dishes clean as well. Bed very comfortable. We even rented a movie from the front desk one night which was very convenient. Candlewood Cupboard was well stocked with drinks and snacks and we could charge it to our room. Only complaint was that they were doing some renovations because of water damage so the gym was closed, which was a bumm... Read more

Super nice hotel. The room and entire hotel was very clean, had a very friendly staff, and great location. New and up to date. Beds were great and super comfortable. Couldn't be more happy. Easy to access and in a safe location with many shops and restaurants.

We mostly travel with a pet. This is a great pet friendly option in Greenville. Was warmly greeted at check in. This is a newer facility. Had a great, clean king suite. It is close to a mall and there are several attractive restaurants close by. Highly recommend.

Superb hotel, clean, new, and generally quiet. Suites are roomy and we'll laid out. Pets friendly yet doesn't smell nasty so housekeeping is excellent. Only weak point is the wifi is rather slow and spotty.

Stayed here for over a week, and was fairly comfortable with a few exceptions. Our floor was relatively quiet except for the Nutra loading dock across the street (trucks in and out all the time). Also because we were towards the end of the floor the cleaning staff would have their morning discussions outside our door at 7:30am. The customer base seems to be out of state transient guys doing work at local GVL businesses who like to hang outside all night and drink beer. I wouldn't bring a family... Read more

Wasn't expecting too much as this is a pet friendly hotel, which usually doesn't bode well when it comes to smell factor. Not the case. My stay was pleasant, front desk worker was exceptionally nice and accommodating, and best of all the place did not smell of dogs. And yes, there were plenty of dogs around. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and location was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again my next time in Greenville.

Nice facilities & lot of hotels, malls & even Target {shopping} is backside, just a 3 minute walk. Everything you need for your family is here, gym, pool, kitchen, free wifi unlimited is great offer. Will stay again. Pictures are exactly the same as given in website. I didn't give 5star because of the loud Noise the main door makes & as we also stayed in ground floor (room near front desk) people drink & throw bottles near the window of this room. Also they had a leakage issue & they fixed next day... Read more

Not a bad lace to stay - slightly older decor - comfortable. Desk staff was excellent. Didn't realize there was no complimentary breakfast till next morning - you can buy that in their store. Cooling system made sighing noise all night whenever it turned off. Also guest in room next to mine had alarm going off starting about 5 am. I called front desk and they checked and room was occupied. Alarm was turned off but came back on again.

I didn't have much anticipation but was pleasantly surprised. The facility nice, bright, and open. It's located not far from the interstate. There are a large variety of shops and eateries nearby. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. I would stay again

We have two large dogs. They accept pets and they r not expensive. The room was clean and smell good. I am a neat freak and the place was perfect. The night desk clerk was great and friendly. Nice kitchen and plenty of room. It is hard to find a hotel where you can take furry kids with you with no problem.

I had an unexpected delay and had to find a place to stay quickly. The staff at Candlewood Suites were very helpful and made my stay very pleasant after a stressful day traveling. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We only spent one night but were pleasantly surprised. The staff are very helpful and accommodating ... we needed an early check-in. The room is spacious and has a full kitchen so would be great for an extended stay. FYI...REALLY comfortable bed!!!

I recently spent a few nights here and although i was excited they accepted pets it was also a total turn off - we have poodles since everyone in the family is allergic to all other dogs/cats. This is where the displeasure occurred - the room looked clean but had tons of dog/cat hair in the carpets and couches which left 2 of the 3 of us coughing and sneezing the entire duration of the drip. The cleaning crew did show up on night 3 to vacuum to which you could really tell the difference but hav... Read more

First the positives: If you ask for a room on the poolside and higher up, you will have a relatively quiet stay. The rooms are roomy. The kitchen is a nice feature but there is no oven. Bathroom with plenty of storage space. The swivel TV and recliner chair were a nice feature. The front desk staff were generally helpful. Some minor negatives: The air conditioner is motion-sensor activated, so it would frequently allow the room to get too warm in the middle of the night. The flow on the shower h... Read more

Convenient location to I-385, shopping malls, entertainment, and restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly and has great finishes in the room. I loved the kitchenette with dishes and coffee maker. I would definitely stay again!
