The hotel was very clean & the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was in trying to access the parking lot. In what appeared to be an attempt to prevent cut through (non-guest) traffic, the entrance from the side road into the parking lot was chained off to prevent entrance to the parking lot. The hotel was VERY nice. Currently undergoing a remodel, there was no evidence of chaos. The floors were clean and shiny. Our room was spacious and the bed was very large. There was a lingering odor of paint in the hallways, but there were also industrial fans to disperse said smell. Staff very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, they are very small. Not much space to walk between the bed and furniture (desk, chair, TV) on the opposite side. Very narrow. For two people not much option on placing luggage, had to use the other bed for it. We reserved 3 non-smoking rooms adjacent to each other and were very pleased with the rooms. The rooms were well insulated against inter-room noise (two rooms were connected) and no noise could be heard with a loud tv in one room with even one door closed and the other open. Needed a last minute room on our wedding night. Had to take room with two double beds which left very little room to move around. A small window with no view that let very little sun in the morning. Felt really claustrophobic. No special treatment for honeymooners.luckily the rest of our vacation improved on to the next leg of our journey.

The front desk attendant was out side smoking when I pulled up. Both days the daytime front attendant dress was not the best choice. She was barely friendly to us as guest in a new city & state. Our room was very small and the air condition not the best.

Overall, the price for this hotel was very good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower was older, and the shower head was too low for me. I am 6'2, and I had to crouch down to shower my face and head. The room was also too small for the amount of furniture in it, and the refrigerator and the AC unit ran a bit loudly (but this did not disrupt my sleep). Overall, though, for the price paid, this is a good deal.

Very clean, great pool, close to everything we needed to get to. Just off the interstate but no road noise. Staff was very helpful and the whole experience was great. Stay here if you want value, cleanliness and a restful night.

The room was very clean and a little small but wasn't an issue for us. The bed was on the firmer side and I order a soft bed so I tossed and turned all night but other than that, my experience was good! Would definitely stay again!

I have to say when I was making the turn onto Zimalcrest Dr. from the main road to get to the Hotel I thought my GPS took me to the wrong place (looked like a pretty "sketchy" area". I asked for clean sheets on my 2nd day an the cleaning lady only made the bed and didn't clean. Very disappointed. My reservation wasn't ready when I got there either. Not good experience.

Room was clean and linens fresh. A lot of furniture in the room made it a bit cramped. Comfy beds, refrigerator and microwave included. Pool was clean and inviting with pool towels available, Free wifi & TV, Breakfast was plentiful but was pretty much cleaned out of food by 9:30 with breakfast being available until 11:00, a bit disappointing!

The room was to be HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. The only area of the room that was the bathroom. Very little to no ACCOMMADATION for my POWERED WHEELCHAIR. Each time either of us moved in the bed, the headboard SLAMMED against THE WALL PROHIBITING A PEACEFUL NIGHT SLEEP.

Very nice. Location is great. Wifi speed was awesome! Breakfast was very good. Room and campus both in and out was clean and presentable. I encounter one incident with an unprofessional housekeeper; however, after speaking with hotel administration, the issue was addressed and resolved to my satisfactory. Overvall, this was a great experience. I recommend for both pleasure and business. You will not regret staying at this location!

After staying at multiple Baymont Inn & Suites as a Wyndham Rewards member, I was very pleasantly surprised! The hotel is kept up to date, very clean and the rooms were perfect for my quick stay in Greenville. The beds and pillows were very plush and comfortable, the room had a refrigerator and microwave, which is always useful. Lastly, the customer service from the front desk was wonderful both at check in and check out. Breakfast was the standard continental and they had enough options.

Very clean, comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the breakfast spread and remodeled lobby area. Great value for the money. Location to BJU and downtown Greenville were a huge plus.

I was in Greenville, SC for a wedding and needed a cheaper option. This hotel offered nice rooms with about a 10 minute trip to downtown. Everything was just as clean as a 4-star hotel and also some amenities were given that I didn't expect! Beds were made up every day and the front desk staff were helpful. The free breakfast wasn't bad either!

When our air conditioning broke in late July the Baymont Inn took great care of us. They honored our online rate for 5 nights and let us wait until 11am each day to tell them if we were checking out that day or not while we dealt with the repair company. Having the outdoor pool was great for the kids. Also the breakfast was hot and fresh each day. Having a microwave and refrigerator helped with the long stay.

The hotel is in a nice area, through a shopping center, but behind it and next to houses, not next to the busy interstate. It was nice and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located for the business or family traveler. The reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were adequate with comfortable beds and a refrigerator. Overall the hotel is pretty. I booked an employee rate and I felt like because the rate was cheaper than the normal rate for the night I got put in the worst room the hotel has to have. I was put in room right next the exit for the pool, right in front of the pool and directly in front of the only elevators the hotel has. The room was an average sized hotel room with the usual amenities. The bed was very firm. Almost like sleeping on a board covered with a layer of foam, but the pillows were very soft. The room we had was right across from the elevators. It was very noisy. The door did not block any noise at all. Between an uncomfortable hard mattress and the noise from the hall I would not stay in this room again.

Very clean, updated rooms with comfy bed! AC has a constant fan option which I love. But they ran out of a lot of stuff at breakfast, which was otherwise good, and did not restock, and there were no pool towels by the pool. Overall this place was very, very nice and I would definitely stay there again!

Since our last stay here, they have renovated the breakfast area. It was a negative renovation! The tables are crowded together and the food area is crowded into a corner where everybody is in somebody elses way. I was also disappointed by the absence of a daily newspaper. That should be a given.

I have stayed for the past three years with this Baymont frequently on business. I personally appreciate all of the updates, while affordability remains. Proffesional staff along with new and improved housekeeping continue to make stays enjoyable! Comfortable bedding is important, and has been addressed with their many new additions!

No surprises here. We were in town for a soccer tournament, the hotel was conveniently located between the soccer fields and downtown Greenville. There was a Cheese Cake Factory across the road as well. I give this hotel four stars because the breakfast was just so-so. We didn't starve, but nothing stood out. I would stay again.

Typically we are pleased with our stay. However during our last stay we had an item (gold necklace) disappear from our room. I talked with the housekeeping ladies and nobody saw anything. I talked with the front desk and they said they had to speak to housekeeping. 1 week later and I haven't heard a thing. I was highly disappointed. I don't like a theif.

This hotel was ok for the price. We got gouged because it was a Clemson home game weekend, although we were not in town for the game. The room itself was nice and I would give them a thumbs up on the renovations mentioned by others. I was impressed by the size of the mini fridge and it was nice to have a microwave. When a hotel is priced at about half the cost of other hotels in the area, it tends to attract a certain (party-prone) crowd. And that's what we had. Bikers on Harleys, party girls who were up all night, and two soccer teams. The second night in this hotel, I saw every hour except 6:00 and 7:00 on the alarm clock. 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8. Not good.

I am hoping we just had bad luck....Pulled down the sheets to find pubic hairs in sheets. I pulled them off and noticed blood spots on them as well. We were given new sheets, but after them charging my debit three times at check-in, having to wait 24 hours to get it adjusted plus the sheets...all I got was an "I'm sorry this happened". Seriously should have comped the room.

Stayed one night for a business trip.... First floor, room was ok however it seemed like the walls were very thin I could here everything, wake up and there is no hot water!! Terrible customer service. This hotel very nicely cancelled my reservation over the phone. But, still charged my credit card and would NOT credit my account!! Beware of this hotel!! Spoke with the hotel manager - very poor customer service. There are quite a few hotels in Greenville. Make your reservations elsewhere!!

Room was a tad small for 2 beds but that shouldn't be a big problem unless you plan to spend a ton of time in the room (and who does?) Everything was fine. The beds were comfy. Clean and modern rooms. Great lighting in the bathroom! Important to note king size bed was very very firm. Limited ventilation in bathroom, so the room steams up, not a big deal, but the room had a very slight musty smell. Walls pretty thin and could hear elevator and people above and around us.

The front desk clerk was not very pleasant. The king size room was small. You could hear noise from other rooms, the hallways were loud too. Pick the hotel because it had 3 to 4 stars but wasn't the case for my visit and this is just my personal experience but I would not recommend it.

This motel was not as nice as I had hoped. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like they had water damage and did not properly repair it. The breakfast was good though. It was well stocked and had good selections. When we got back from breakfast there was a large spider in the bathroom. I probably would not stay there again if I am in the area.
