The room was clean, it was comfortable. The pool looked well maintained (I didn't try it though - too cold still). The breakfast was good, but, I still don't know why Hampton Inns don't make Biscuits and Gravy part of every locations breakfast. The only issue was the light in the bathroom above the mirror was not functioning and the bathrooms were the smallest I had ever seen at a Hampton Inn. For the Hampton Inn price, I do expect something better than a bathroom that is so small that you ca... Read more

Room was fine except for strong smell probably from cleaning materials. I would stay there again just to see if it was a one time thing. Everything else about the stay was great. Check-in/out etc. The French toast was pretty tough that was on the breakfast bar.

We stopped her for the night while traveling to Florida. I booked the room in advance and felt reassured with all of the positive reviews. Our room was t horrible but it certainly was just average and not even what I would normally expect from Hampton Inn. My shoes stuck to the carpet as I walked, almost as if it were wet. The wallpaper in the bathroom was dirty with stuff running down it. Bed was comfortable but the duvets that they use are slick on the backside and slide off the bed. Room seem... Read more

Wonderful hotel, GREAT location. Next to the Outlet, Outback Steak House, Cracker Barrel, Limestone College and a HUGE kids amusement station that will keep them busy while you shop. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel. You don't need your car at all. This will be a great place to stop with family and friends. It's right off Interstate 85, so you can't help but see it from the highway.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the staff is almost invisible. The housekeeping staff are wonderful and friendly. The frontdesk staff are hard to find. Just be patient when you get to the front desk. Drop keys on counter or cough loudly a few times. They will get poff their phones or pause the DVR and come around (most times). We have stayed at this hotel for years and each year the rate increased. This year when I was told the rate was $160 a night, I decided to make a change. We stayed across the sreet at the Sleep Inn where the rooms started at half the price of Hampton Inn, $80. The rooms weren't as large or plush but they were clean and beds/pillows were very comfy. They are renovating so I am sure it will only get better. Amy at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. I will wait and pay the higher rate when I ... Read more

The location of the Hampton Inn for shoppers at the outlet mall is good but the price for the location and what you get is a little high. The room was a little small for the price. With four adults it was tight. Two people would still be a little tight. Overall our stay was just okay. The beds really weren't very comfortable, and the breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were lukewarm. Since we primarily use a hotel to sleep and grab a quick breakfast, the bed and breakfast portion of our stay is most important to us.
