Great location off 95. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom was outdated. The caulking around the tub and walls looked like it was done by a first time amateur. The pool was closed and dirty looking.

Pet friendly, most guests had pets. Rooms clean & odor-free. No problems during stay. Restaurants within walking distance. Noticed other hotels close by ware also advertising "Pet Friendly"--guess they couldn't stand the competition!

Great stop off 95. Rooms are clean and never smell doggy. Bath is also fresh and towels white and fluffy. Pillows were the only sub par experience. Nice dog walk area in back of parking. Wish there were more restaurants in the area that delivered.

We traveled to FL to visit family and stayed at this hotel on the way there and back. The only issue was the noise of the single train that passed at night each time we stayed - minor is the big scheme of things. Hotel was average quality and reasonable for the price. Staff was super friendly.

Our stay at this LaQuinta was disappointing. Although the room was relatively clean, the carpets were very dirty and turned our socks black. That's a huge turnoff for me. We found the staff's friendliness to be hit or miss, just depending on who you met. We were left with a bad taste - apparently we made a mistake on our reservation and were booked a day less than we thought. Housekeeping was not overly nice when they came to ask when we'd be out of the room. Capping off a mediocre stay, it just... Read more

We stayed at La Quinta Inn last Wed night. It was a clean, comfortable room. It was quiet EXCEPT when the train comes through. It seemed to me to around 11PM or later. The train toots his horn around Florence and you definitely can't miss it! Except for that it is nice and quiet. I did notice that the two "walking" exercise machines were both out of order. The breakfast is adequate to good. I would have liked some granola but perhaps that is asking too much. The price of the hotel is rea... Read more

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good free breakfast. All you could ask for as an overnight stay while traveling. Very pet-friendly; I asked one of the ladies with two dogs if there was a dog show in the area but she said no, this hotel is just so nice about pets.

They allowed our pets, however, I have nothing else positive to say. The room was dirty. Included are pictures of hair on the comforter, the moldy shower head, the stains on the sham on the bed and the exposed wires on the ceiling from the missing smoke detector. Our check out time was stated as noon on our web booking receipt. Housekeeping pounded on the door at 10:00am. When I say pounded, I mean it. They did this again at 10:30am, so my husband asked them when check out was. They said 11:00am... Read more

This room was very clean ,very nice staff. There is so many places to eat around you can't go wrong. My biggest surprise was waking up to dogs barking in the hallways. Now I understand the service dog thing, but all the service dogs I have seen they don't bark like this.

In the past six months stayed at LaQuinta in the same room, the same issue occurred not hot WATER, Toilet did not flush. The staff at times were not very friendly, when I checked in there was not hello, welcome, etc. Not a good way to start my stay. Then I had to encounter the same issues that I had from before, when I confronted the front desk they said nothing could been done, how about another room! Then at check out took off $16 from my bill not happy!

Trivago rated this hotel a faded green (below average). My experience was above average. I would stay here again. The only issue is trying to go East out of the hotel, there is a lot of traffic. Plenty of choices for food also.

Suites are located at the front of the hotel where the road noise and a working train track are extremely noisy. Two trains blasted through over night and I'm sure it was heard all over the hotel. Maybe a room at the rear of the hotel would be OK.

We have stayed at this hotels several times traveling from NJ to Florida with our dogs. The area can get very busy and loud on the weekends especially with people partying at the hotel next door. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. It is nice enough for an overnight stay, The breakfast variety has gotten smaller over the last couple of years. I have stayed at La Quinta many times and over the past two years have become so disappointed in their ability to have clean rooms and update their tired decor. The inconsistency between franchises is so erratic that I am considering using another chain. I was traveling with an 80-year-old person, 12 hours in the car, and had to change my rooms two times in order to get one that was half decent. Then a cleaning person had to come in for an hour to meet basic expectations. This all occurred ... Read more

We were given a room that had just had the carpet shampooed and, as they told us, "it may be dry". It wasn't. Recent stay at this location involved an item left in the room that went undiscovered for several hours. A phone call to the front desk got the ball rolling.
