I've stayed here a few times and never had any issues until my last stay. All in all it was ok, the room and hotel are always clean and comfortable but what is up with the maid systematically walking down the entire floor beating the hell out of every door? I happened to be in town doing a software upgrade for one of my customers and didn't get back to the room until about 4 AM. Placed the "Do not Disturb" on room 229 only to be awoken at 8:45-9:00 AM by the maid beating on the door several do... Read more

We highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location. All staff very kind and professional. Rooms clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast area and food better than anticipated. Located in very short walking distance to Outback, Copper River Grill, Golden Corral. We highly recommend asking front desk staff for directions to get to stop light for safer way to get on Hwy 123 - it doesn't take long and is well worth the effort - the turn in & out in front of the hotel is very dangerous. Stayed in room 301. Room smelled like a old pool hall. Toilet would not flush. The hotel came and fixed toilet and gave me some air freshener for the smoke smell. Bed was broke down on left side. Air conditioner made a lot of noise when it would cycle on.

We did not spend a lot of time in our room because we were visiting family nearby. Loved that it was clean and everything we needed was available. Our king sized bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast which had a waffle maker as well as scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, fruit, yogurt, pastries, cereal, juice, coffee, hard boiled eggs, and more.

Where did all of this go wrong? Let's start with one of the biggest problems I had: late checkout. As a HH rewards member this is something I greatly enjoy using on my trips because I am a pyro technician and working late at night and early mornings don't mix well. This is the only Hampton I've ever been to that the maid bangs on the door at 10AM to wake you up and hour before regular checkout! I even had my sign on the door that let staff know I was "resting" I'm not sure if the desk staff didn... Read more

My husband and I stayed here 2 nites on the 3rd floor in a double queen room. The decor in this Hampton Inn is lovely and our room was in a quiet location overlooking the pool. The bathroom is spacious but found that the outside bottom edge of the bathtub needed cleaning. The clerk checking us in had a somewhat neutral personality - the clerk checking us out was more outgoing and helpful. We liked that this inn was back off Hwy. 123 and near 153 that takes you to I-85. There are an Outback, Gold... Read more
