Hotel including guest rooms was aged, looked like it needed maintenance, and did not appear very clean. As an example, the corners of the bath were filthy. No amenities offered. Asked for more than one coffee in the room. Was given one more decaf, but clerk said they were out of regular. Unable to plug coffee maker anywhere except the bathroom (cord did not reach an outlet). Furniture in guest room and front area was well used. Very disappointed in the stay.

Room was ok. Bedding was terrible. First night, had to ask for new pillow cases because they were dirty. Had stains on the comforter and was not changed until I actually took them off the bed. Noise level was terrible. Had no phone in the room had to call front desk off my cell phone. Price was reasonable for last minute booking.

Guest rooms much more compact than expected, perhaps that's a Microtel thing as I haven't stayed in one before. Everything adequate, but nothing special. Reasonably close to several things and convienient.

Overall not a bad stay, but the stairwell is not very well sound insulated and thus our room was fairly noisy from a number of patrons running up and down the stairs all night. They had the standard waffle options for breakfast, but otherwise it was fairly sparce. The room was great, comfortable beds, good sheets, nice bathroom.

I was being reunited with my family after 20 years and reserved a room. I live 10 hrs away. The hotel smelled horrible and I was put on the 1st floor. The desk chair in the room was so dirty and soiled that I had to just have it removed. The sheets looked questionable and the sinks were infested with either ants or termites. We never received fresh towels and when I asked for them the front lady argued about bringing them. I also told her about the bugs and she lied about coming to look. other g... Read more

I stay there weekly and we have this reservation thing to an art! These professionals are WONDERFUL! I get the same room at the end of the hall close to the exit where I may unload my truck and go straight into my room. No long bag drag, no muss, no fuss, no smoking, no mess, no confusion - just a nice, quiet clean place to stay, sleep and refresh for another busy night at work. I stayed at this location May 31st thru June 3rd 2016 for military basic training graduation. The location was great, conveniently located near all restaurant and shopping areas. 5 miles outside of post so the drive was easy. I didn't eat breakfast so I can't speak on it. I will definitely stay again. The room was very clean and presentable.

The property was situated off of the main highway. The staff there was very nice and helpful. The rooms were outdated and needed some cleaning. The bed linens were not white but dingy. The walls and carpet were not up to part and he breakfast was horrible.

I always stay at this hotel when traveling through but I was a little disappointed this time with my stay. I did not have an ironing board and was only told sorry that I didn't have one. I know it is Microtel but it was about $20 more on this trip and I guess my expectations were too high from the past. Also, the continental breakfast was quite scarce. I was traveling in the area and opted for a budget hotel. Given that my experiences with Wyndham have always been great, I thought their budget hotel would be great. Not at all. The rooms are cramped, the carpet is dirty, the beds are marginal, the sign-ins for wi-fi don't connect properly and the room setup requires you to use either super bright fluorescent lighting or total darkness, as all the light fixtures are built in. My first room smelled of stale cigarette, smoke and the built-in da... Read more

Easy to find and convenient from the interstate and the area we needed to be. Friendly night staff but lady working mornings was not very friendly. We had a single queen room and it was very very tight for 2 people. Room and property were clean but dark decor and furnishings made room seem even smaller. Bed was not comfortable for us but that is probably personal preference. With many choices in that area I would probably choose a different property for my comfort. It is fine and a good value if... The clerk didn't seem to have any idea of how to handle the situation. Finally, after looking at the security cameras and finding some adults wandering our floor, at the other end, her parents were located. Was not happy at all with our stay, first room was the size of a bedroom and smelt so bad of mold or wet that they moved us to the room next door which was better but still not good, it too started smelling on our second nite, fixtures were all falling apart, major black mold at shower head on wall, and we got charged an extra 20.00 for showing up early.

clean, reliable, functional. nice to have a fridge and micro. elevator (one small one for the entire three floor facility) was very slow. most bizarre issue - all the lighting in the room was blue/white fluorescent in long horizontal wall sconces. granted the d├ęcor leaned toward modern, but the lighting was more appropriate for an office than a bedroom and not much even for that. one small bedside lamp with a warm bulb could've solved the whole problem. weird, just weird.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The rooms have mini fridges and microwaves. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel manager let us use his computer to print our airline tickets when the hotel computer wasn't printing. He also was extremely helpful with suggestions for eating and arranged a shuttle to the Gamecock game. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to return the night before we flew out instead of staying closer to the airport.

Everything as usual was fine with the room and the trip to the stadium was under 20 minutes. The only problem is that the hotel does not get the SEC TV network or the Golf channel on their cable tier plan. So you can't see any of the game if you leave early or golf on TV before going to the game.

It was late and we were all tired; we have stayed in a couple of other Microtel's and while they have never been luxurious, at least they were clean. Very close to common restaurants. I was disappointed with breakfast. Usually I expect eggs, sausage, pancakes/waffles. This was waffles, cold cereal, bagels, muffin. Only a few miles from base.
