Mostly a great stay. Saw some dust around the fireplace shelves and counters in the breakfast area and the Internet lines had been cut by construction in the area. Otherwise had a great stay at the Hampton in Clinton, South Carolina.

while the staff is very accomodating, the accomodations leave alot to be desired. Felt very dirty to me. Decor shabby. Don't be fooled by where the picture shows a lovely room and fireplace - even says fireplace when you hit show room description. The fireplace room is more money.

This was probably the worst Hilton brand hotel we have ever stayed at. After being out all day, we came back around 8pm to a room that had not been made up. The bed wasn't made, no clean towels, no soap. After reporting this to the front desk and going out to get dinner, we were handed a plastic bag with towels and soaps and told they couldn't find anyone to clean the room.

First time I've ever stayed here. It was the best experience I've had in the lodging industry. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The room's were the cleanest I've been in anywhere. And sleep wise the bed's were extremely accommodating. Slept like a baby. Recommended it all my friends and family.

Though I did not see any other lodging options around, this property would still be my selection and I would stay here again if in the area. The front desk staff was very inviting and helpful with questions I had. Housekeeping did seem a bit behind, leaving trash in common areas for an extended period. However, my room was nicely reset as needed. Breakfast was fresh and consistent. The exercise room was a bit small but at least all of the equipment was in working order.

Good location, right off Rt. 26, friendly staff, eager to help, rooms clean, good dining nearby, kids enjoyed the pool. Was there several days for a funeral, needed to extend stay, was done seamlessly. We came and went at odd hours visiting family. Never an issue to get in. Very safe.

Traveling to Charleston and ran out of daylight, decided to stop here. Hotel is clean and staff was very friendly, no offense, but Clinton is kind of in the middle of no where, not much choices for eating other than fast food and a Fatz Cafe(which wasn't bad). Nothing bad to say about our stay, great if your passing through and need a nice clean (large) room

I made a late night, unplanned stop here after having a horrible experience with a hotel room I'd booked in the Asheville area on a cross-country drive. After were asked if the indoor pool doors to the balcony could be opened, there was more than enough room for seating and socializing and still watch the kids swim. Standard Hampton Inn, rooms and breakfast ok. The usual offer of coffee and cookies was topped by fresh lemonade, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately their guest laundry was out of order, obviously for some time already, which was inconvenient for us, as we were counting on it. Really annoying was, that the front desk staff did not know about this and had no other solution for us except for "there is a public laundry a few streets away".
