We've stayed at the inn twice now and the second stay just confirmed that this is the place to stay in Charleston. Nice room. The breakfast on the outdoor deck is great. You can walk everywhere easily. Very helpful front desk and valet people. Can't wait to go back!

Pros: great location, helpful, friendly staff, comfortable bed, adequate seating in room, coffee, cold water and lemon drink in lobby, complimentary breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese. Cons: street cleaning truck in pre-dawn hour, expensive valet parking, limited bathroom space, some dust on fixtures, limited seating for complimentary breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese.

Located within 1 block of the City Market and 2 blocks from downtown. The room was exactly as advertised, comfortable, clean, and very well maintained for a historic building, The continental breakfast was well prepared and very nicely presented. The staff provided excellent service.

The Andrew Pinckney Inn is charming. It had been at least 8 years since I had stayed there and am happy we selected it for a return visit. Nice amenities - very clean and very good service. They serve breakfast on the top floor veranda which has a nice view of the city. It is great to be in the middle of the historic district and not need to drive anywhere. I'd definitely recommend it.
