Excellent choice of lodging in Charleston! Location was perfect- walking distance to EVERYTHING! Room was spacious and elegant, with a large closet. The bathroom was upscale, with an excellent shower head, water pressure, and plenty of hot water. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and afternoon wine & cheese- a nice surprise treat! Would stay here again for sure!!

Stayed at this hotel because it is in a great location in Charleston. It was just ok; not great, as we had expected from the price and marketing. Wine and cheese hour in afternoon a good idea, but it was so do wine, cheese and server. Breakfast could have been good, with great coffee, and delicious croissants. Coffee tepid, croissants were great though; same "tepid " server! Bed was comfortable! Walls thin, so we heard conversations in hall, street sweeper outside, people upstairs , et al Vale... Read more

I was in room 201. A beautiful room with restored wood floors. The bed was extremely comfortable. Every employee was helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel. It is centrally located and only a short walk to the waterfront. Many restaurants are within walking distance. The valet service was excellent any time I needed my car.

The hotel stay was quite enjoyable. There was a leak in our room and we were not able to change the thermostat temperature. I also wish there was an airport shuttle. The staff was really nice and accommodating and I was glad they had a computer we were able to print our plane tickets out from. The continental breakfast and wine and cheese was a. Ice touch. Overall I would recommend this hotel in the heart of Downtown Charleston.

My wife and I chose this inn for our honeymoon. There was absolutely nothing lacking here. Our room was clean and comfortable. The 24 hour concierge was beyond helpful. The maid and food service employed some very friendly people. The view from the breakfast area (a balcony overlooking Charleston Harbor) was amazing. The location couldn't be beat- right by the City Market, Hyman's Seafood, King Street, and within comfortable walking distance of Waterfront Park and the Aquarium. I would re... Read more

We stayed at this beautiful little property the night before boarding our cruise. It was absolutely gorgeous! Close walking distance to shopping & eating. Great valet service. Delicious rooftop breakfast with views of our cruise ship in port. Would love to return for a longer visit one day.

The Inn was centrally located, comfortable, and reasonably priced. We would recommend this to our family and friends if they were visiting Charleston. Having breakfast and wine and cheese on the veranda is a big plus.

Decided rather last minute to spend a day in Charleston. Located this hotel online and decided to try it out. We loved our 2 story suite. Very comfortable and roomy. The rooftop terrace offered nice views and a decent glass of wine. Excellent liocation. Once you arrive, you can leave your car parked for the remainder of your stay. My only complaint is the maids could have been a little better at preparing our room for our stay. There was a straw on floor in front of the refrigerator,... Read more
