Room was a bit small for two queen beds. The beds were very comfortable and they provided plenty of towels. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to the highway and shopping. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location. Great staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable and spacious room. I graded it down a notch for two reasons: One, I had to call maintenance to get the refrigerator turned (Actually it was unplugged), and, humor me, the toilet paper is sub-standard - you could see through it. Come on, whose brilliant idea was this? Do you think I didn't have to use 4 times as much to get the job done? Other than those couple of tweaks, I will come back.

The staff was friendly, cleanliness was below average, sleep quality was good. Just maybe needs remodel, as the others I have stayed have been. The hotel has great location, near waffle house and Mexican restaurant.

A+ for the helpful and friendly front desk staff, cleanliness of the rooms, comfy beds and overall hotel condition! We will be staying again! The breakfast offerings were extensive, the complimentary cookies and free water bottles a nice touch. The only issue was loudly slamming heavy room doors which were an issue early one morning when sport team children entered and exited the neighboring room.

Nothing to complain about. Our two rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. The breakfast was clean and well-stocked. Also, we booked this at a fantastic price. It was a great value considering the quality of the hotel. We were very happy!

I stayed here with my son on the way back from Charlotte to Atlanta and the hotel is very nice and the staff is fantastic! I had a great experience with the front desk staff before I even arrived, they were able to handle an issue with my reservation and have it resolved before i arrived. I loved the staff! They where great at check-in and check-out. I would give them five stars but the price was the most I have paid for HI in the last years!

I stayed here instead of driving to Clemson (my destination) or the Hampton at exit 19. I am glad I did. It was very clean and up to date (and I was checking corners and tile, etc. just so I could write an honest review)! The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I will make this one of my go-to hotels for the area!! For some reason I have had good luck with my recent travels- I don't always review so kindly.

I've been Staying at Hampton hotel only since 2008. I've always been treated with kindness and prompt friendly service. I have used every amenity that this hotel brand has to offer and every facility is always clean and serviced. I will always look for a Hampton brand hotel every time I am out of town because of how well they treat me and how well the facility is maintained.

Our plans changed and called to cancel. Assistant mgr flatly refused and hid behind Corporate policy, despite Corporate asking for consideration on our behalf. We are 35+ year Hilton Honors members, but that has now changed! There are too many other options!

The location of the hotel has great lighting. It was right off the expressway for an easy exit and teen try. I felt safe stopping in late at night without a reservation. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel in SC.

Traveling all day usually means a rough night of sleep but once we hit the bed; wow relaxation. Bed was delightfully comfortable. All employees were friendly and tried to assist us in anyway that they could. Breakfast was enjoyable, as usual. Hotel was a treat.

My family stayed here again this year on our way home from the Florida Gulf Coast. It is a beautiful Hampton Inn and the staff is great. Charles was extremely welcoming and fun to talk to. He made great suggestions for dinner and welcomed us when we returned. The rooms are clean and extremely quiet! At first I was worried because we were by the elevator and hotel was full. But I had a great night's rest and look forward to staying here again!

Clean very comfortable beds. Breakfast was probably the worst Hampton inn breakfast we've had. Usually they're top notch but this one was just OK. No laundry option and that was a major bummer bc we needed to dry our swim clothes. Pool was nice and clean. This hotel is clean with generally friendly staff. You will be able to likely count on a good night's sleep here. Chris is very friendly. The hotel is in an easy to reach location with a reasonable free breakfast offering.

We stopped at this hotel during a trip rom Virginia, and saw it on the road sign, and since we all have good experiences with Hilton Properties, we stopped there, and were extremely pleased with the reception we had at front desk, the room was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked great, and we really had a good experience with the breakfast staff. I strongly recommend this hotel for the traveler who does not have an advanced reservation.

Traveling on business & this is really nice run hotel service was outstanding! Bed was very comfortable had really good nights sleep! Enjoyed room so much we order dinner-in! We always stay here when we take our daughter to Anderson University or visit her there! The customer service is excellent and rooms are always immaculate! Extra touches like beverages and cookies in the lobby make you feel at home & the offer of a bottled water when leaving was extra special.

Have stayed at this property previously and was completely satisfied as usual. Room was clean and comfortable breakfast was good and staff could not have been nicer. Only thing I wish they supplied more that two was clothes and two towels.

From the moment I checked in I received friendly professional, service from all the staff. Joe and most especially Chris at the front desk went out of their way to accommodate my requests. I've stayed at other hotels in the area and have found that I always sleep better at this one.

This is a very nice hotel (one of the newer Hamptons) and the staff is very friendly. We have stayed here several times and have always had a good experience. We highly recommend this Hampton Inn and stay here every time that we are in the Anderson / Greenville area.

We like to stay at Hampton Inns when we travel, as they are consistently clean, the staff are friendly, and the beds are very comfortable. This Hampton Inn raises the bar! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the decor of the lobby and public/breakfast area was comfortable and inviting, and the breakfast was very, very nice. We'll be staying here whenever we're in this area in the future.

Housekeeping did not clean our room. Didn't take out trash or replenished shampoo etc. Breakfast was scarce. They didn't have craisins for oatmeal on our 1st day, 2nd and 3rd. I can't believe this is a Hampton Inn!

Our room was comfortable, clean and we loved the shower! Our family stayed in 3 of the rooms and all of us slept well and enjoyed having the space available each morning to share breakfast together - enough variety to satisfy everyone!

We couldn't have been happier with this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully appointed, the bed and pillows comfortable, the environmentals quiet and efficient. Breakfast consisted of an array of high-quality baked goods, fruit, omelets, sausage, cereals, juice, waffles...all presented beautifully in spacious, tastefully decorated surroundings. Stayed here while visiting my son at Clemson. A little bit of a drive, but the value was worth it. Rooms were nicely arranged, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping went out of their way to ensure our room met our expectations.

Right off the interstate, but quite a drive if you need to be downtown. Our room didn't have an ironing board, so we pressed our items in our sons' room. McDonald's next door closed early, so we ate at the waffle house instead. Room and breakfast were fine.

From 2010 through 2014 my wife and I stayed at this location several times and we were never disappointed every time. The location ,people are all very good. We were one of the very first guest here when it opened, the management/ownership has changed however the quality of high standards has not changed.

The staff could not have been better. I have been fortunate to stay at 5 Star Resorts (both in US and outside the US) i.e. Kiawah Island, The Broadmore, Four Seasons, Bampf Springs, Grove Park Inn - just to name a few.
