I came to this hotel to visit my daughter who is working in Rhode Island. I didn't have high standards, I was just looking for a decent hotel near the airport. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable and the staff was amazing. There was not one time that I passed an employee that didn't address me and make sure I was enjoying my stay. I will definitely return.

Hopefully the renovation will be over soon and these review concerns will be moot. I arrived well after 2am. They did send a shuttle bus to pick me up with no delay. That was a big plus. When I arrived the lobby was updated and welcoming. The front desk staff were fine. When I got to my room, I was really surprised at how outdated the furniture was. I am glad the hotel is under renovation and realized the need. The bathroom was clean, so I was relieved about that and just went to bed. I wanted t... Read more

We are return guests at this hotel and have always been very pleased with the 1 BR suite in the past. The suites have been "renovated" and are terrible now. The full kitchens have been eliminated and replaced with a mini-fridge and microwave, which is available in most budget hotels. The furniture provides NO adequate drawers for guests, but instead three small baskets, not sufficient for 2 guests' clothes for 5 days. The "dresser?" in the living area is too big and sticks out past the door fra... Read more

Although not as plush as the Hilton, the room had recently been remodeled and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and refreshed. Plenty of accessible outlets. What really stood out: the wonderfully helpful and nice staff. Only downside is the 7 mile drive to downtown Providence.

Had a couple missteps upon arrival, and I would be wary of the "king bed study with sofa bed." It is a tight fit. Otherwise, it is a newly renovated hotel, that is very nicely done. The staff is outstanding. I would definitely stay again, confident that I would have a quality stay.

This particular Hampton Inn is truly a hidden gem. The staff made us feel like we were at a five-star hotel, and the new rooms are very nice! The hot tub and pool area also boast new furniture and is a perfect place to relax for adults or have a great time for the kids.

This was a pleasant stay in right next to the airport. The room was quiet and clean. Decent sized pool and hot tub with a pretty good breakfast in the morning. The staff was always helpful and nice. I liked the set up of the lobby in 3 parts: Check in, breakfast area, and bar area for the evening. It would've been helpful for the bar to offer a small menu for those staying in.

Very clean, and a nice location boosted our rating, but we noted some major flaws that you should be aware of when booking. Our room with a king bed and pull out couch was the smallest chain room we've ever stayed in. By far. There weren't even dressers or a closet for clothes. And there was no extra blanket for the pull out couch, and our request for one with the front desk was disregarded. Next, the free breakfast was just dry and bad. The hotel was recently upgraded, and done nicely. Staff was very friendly. A welcome feature of this Hampton was a bar available for an evening drink. The room had a small makeshift closet behind the curtains for the window. Although small, it did serve it's purpose. The look is more added on, instead of built in. Stayed there while attending a family wedding. Very accomodating. The BEST breakfast!!! Lots of hot protein items each morning and they changed daily. Breads and pastries. Real hand cut tropical fruit mix with pineapple, mango, and papaya!!. Cereals, and great oatmeal with toppings. Lots of beverage choices. Modern and redone rooms and bathrooms. Great indoor pool!!!! Quiet hotel even though near the airport. The staff was great. Clean and neat. Would stay again.

Our room was ready when we arrived. We had chosen the room before arriving. We were flying out early in the morning so no breakfast, but the fruit was great upon arrival. It is a terrific location for flying. We found a wonderful restaurant just down the street within walking distance. The shuttle to the airport was ready when we arrived in the lobby around 5:15 a.m. The driver was so nice.

Enjoyed our stay near the Providence/Warwick Airport. Only wish we could've stayed in one close to our destination and where we stayed prior to going back to the airport. The staff was very friendly and was close to the airport. Enjoyed the shuttle to the airport as well. Would recommend it to anyone flying out of the Providence Airport in Warwick, RI.

We stayed overnight at this hotel and it was wonderful. The pleasant staff told us to drop off our luggage and come down because they had fresh baked cookies and coffee (very nice touch)! The front desk gave us a deck of cards to play while having coffee/cookies. They provide a free full buffet breakfast which had a lot of variety for the different tastes of my family! I re-visited the Hampton Inn & Suites Providence-Warwick Airport this past August and was just as impressed with the professional staff and warm welcome as I have been on previous visits! This staff should have a Hilton "Connie Award" in their lobby for their exemplary service! Whenever I travel to Rhode Island, I make this property my home whether it is just one night or a full week! The rooms and bathrooms are always very clean with a more than adequate supply of fresh towels in the bath. ... Read more

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn located in Warwick, RI. First is its location. I don't know about you, but after a long flight, I just want to get to my destination. This hotel is located minutes from the airport. I was a little concerned that it would feel as though we were sleeping in the tarmac listening to planes taking off and landing. This wasn't the case. As a matter of fact the room was exceptionally quiet. The lobby is spacious and clean. A gas fireplace welcomes you i... Read more

We stayed at this hotel before an early morning flight. The room decor was very nice and the front desk provided an early breakfast bag to go, which was nice. However, after we checked in we returned our rental car to the airport and were given a phone number to call for shuttle pick up by the car rental offices (which are farther from the main airport than the hotel is, strange as that sounds). Anyway, we called the given number and were told the shuttle would be there in a few minutes. T... Read more

We've stayed at this Hampton Inn several times due to its excellent location. This time, we were evidently in one of the "redone" rooms---and I can say that I liked the older style better. The breakfasts and staff are all excellent and we always have a pleasant stay. Here are a few of my complaints about the new style room. l. The lighting is poor. No overhead lighting but 3 table type lamps which don't give out a lot of light. And, the couch is placed beside the bed where only a small ... Read more

We stayed this past weekend (Oct 29th) and had a nice stay! I requested a renovated room on the first floor which I got. I asked for the first floor since we had our dog with us. The room was clean upon arrival. The only thing I would suggest for future guest is additional large towels for the shower. They only gave two in the room. Room was clean-ish. The sheets were clean the shower curtain was questionable (had hair that was definitely not mine). Bathroom amenities are also basic (shampoo conditioner and lotion + a soap - but no extras). Service was decent. Staff was quick to get you in and out without too much of a hassle. No bell boy to help take your bags to your room. Breakfast left a lot to be desired - eggs and toast + coffee with coffeemate. There was a waffle maker too but the line was huge.
