Early flight form Raleigh to Philly. Arrived at HI at 9AM TIRED! Asked if an early check-in was available? Staff were understanding, courteous and compassionate. I got the early check-in, ate a better than expected breakfast, slept for four hours and arrived at my fiftieth high school reunion refreshed. I've been a Hilton Honors member for over thirty years. This particular experience went above and beyond but I've never had a bad experience with a Hilton family hotel.

My wife and I was trying to find a Hampton Inn thats close to Peddlers Village in Lahaska, PA. We found this hotel and were very pleased with our stay. Enjoyed the free cookies and especially the mini cheese omelette from the complimentary breakfast. We will always stay at the hotel when visiting Lahaska or New Hope, PA which is about 25 minutes away! The front desk and housekeeping were all very friendly!

I stay at several Hampton Inns and travel quite a bit for work. This is one of the nicest Hampton Inns I have ever stayed at. It was nicer than many other "upscale" hotels I have stayed at. The decor, cleanliness, and staff were excellent. Free internet access, parking, and breakfast is always a plus!

I stayed here on Memorial Day weekend. I was greeted by Tea and Ashley at the front desk. They are the friendliest people you'll ever meet. The hotel is about a 6 minute drive from Sesame place. We stayed here and went to a party nearby. It was great! Clearly, the hotel was full, but still quiet. The staff we encountered was delightful. The bed was comfortable; the amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) were top notch. The breakfast was crazy delicious! I ate too much, but the fresh fruit salad, the bagel topper (1/2 bagel topped with melted cheese & bacon bits) and the biscuit with sausage gravy were all excellent -- and I was able to justify it by kidding myself I wouldn't eat u... This is an okay hotel, but not great. The room was pleasant although we found the bed to be too soft and and the room smelled a bit musty. The killer for me was that the sink was clogged so that when we filled it, black gunk floated up. It took all night to drain. The staff was very helpful and the manager actually comped us for the night and was very responsive to our issues.

Have stayed at this inn for many years on approximately the same date for an annual event in the area. We have noticed the quality of the inn and its service declining in recent years but reached an all time low this year. 1. The age is starting to show in many areas. Maintenance has not kept up in general. 2. The AC unit in the living room of our suite had what sounded like a bearing squeak that was so bad we could not leave the unit on. Like many of you reading this review, we brought our 3 1/2 year old to Sesame Place. Unlike most of the other options in the area, the Hampton Inn is one of the few that offers "real" suites. Meaning, it has a bedroom separated from the living room by an actual door. Many other "suites" are just studios, slightly larger than normal rooms with no separation of rooms or just a sliding door that doesn't keep out noise. They also have just 1 TV. Since our son goes to sleep early, we need our own... Read more

Have stayed in this hotel 3 or 4 times, and is an okay place to stay given there are few other options in the area. Annoyances: no bathroom fan, thin walls with noise and conversations heard from adjacent rooms, both room keys stopped working after day 1, have to log in anew to their wifi every day, expensive when busy. The breakfast is very good, especially if you can avoid peak times when area is packed. Many Hampton Inns are better, but they are not located in Newtown / Yardley.

Hotel provided excellent service, was cordial in every way, and showed a quality of management that should rank it very high in its class of service, We will be glad to stay there again if we are inn the area and need accommodations.

Clean and comfortable. I have found all Hampton Inns throughout the continent to be reliable, consistent in good service and cleanliness. At the time of our stay, one of the elevators was not working.

This hotel is lovely! My husband booked it as a surprise getaway, when we arrived I looked at the reviews and had some concerns until we walked in. It overall was really clean and all the staff were pleasant. The hallway rugs could be updated but who cares if the rest is great! The breakfast was more than expected and when in the area would stay here. Finding it was rough, I would recommend a better sign out by the street.

Excellent hotel located in an office park, very convenient to I95 and US 1. Dunkin Donuts nearby is nice but with ample free breakfast, coffee is more important. Parking and security unquestioned. Would be nice if it was a little less expensive, but quality costs and this is worth it.

The staff was not friendly and the rooms were not as clean as we would have expected. we were there for a friends wedding and had such high expectations and were not even greeted properly. my boyfriend was treated as though he was not welcome there and it was an unkind experience.

I asked the hotel for a wake-up call and did not receive one. As a result I almost missed my fist appointment. Since the staff does not take this seriously I recommend bringing your own alsm clock if you stay at this hotel.

Nice room, plenty of space for two but not enough hot water. I didn't particularity care for the single cup coffee pot, but it did the job. There was no safe in the room either. Nice hot breakfast which was nice, adding value to your stay.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. Very convenient off of the highway and it was extremely quiet! Hotel was modern and the staff was very accommodating toward any request or just trying to make the stay the most enjoyable! Thanks a lot!!

Overall this place is decent. I give it a 7 of a 10 for this level hotel. The rooms could use a facelift and the complimentary breakfast is not good and needs to be upgraded. You want the first meal of the day to be good. They ran out of travel coffee cups so they purchased some cheap styrofoam cups and the lids would not fit so you were spilling your coffee as you walk. The lobby is nice and the staff was friendly. I have stayed here 3 times now. The reason I choose it is based on location... Read more

We have stayed in many different hotels around the area and like to try new ones so this time we chose the Hampton Inn & Suites in Yardley. Check in was quick and easy and our initial impression was good. The room was fine and the bed was great but the air/heat unit was loud and the mini frig was even louder. The second night there were people talking, yelling and go in and out of doors for hours until 1:00 am and staff did not stop it. On the plus side, their free breakfast was the largest I ha...
