Nice place to stay. Clean and up to date. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was very busy but the staff handled well. The breakfast was better than most free breakfast. The hotel is right in the middle of many retail stores and restaurants. Very convenient to all major highways.

The staff is considerate and professional without the frills. As seniors, my wife and I spent a restful night at the hotel without knowledge that two collegiate baseball teams were in residence. I assume the staff realized separate floors were required for different guests. Accommodations were clean and adequate. Good value for the price.

There was absolutely no staff attention paid to the youngsters "ruining through the lobby and halls",when adults and elderly were trying to navigate their way through the lobby, in my opinion there was a quite good possibility for injury.

I pick Hampton Inns since I am rarely disappointed in a high quality night at a reasonable price. The room is always clean and the beds, carpets, bathroom, etc show signs of being new, never frayed or old. I always look for a Hampton Inn first.

The hotel is a little worn in some areas (e.g. Hall carpet, entry into lobby, etc.). Rooms were acceptable although bed too firm for me. Breakfast was sub par and just tolerable. I was surprised to see the cleaning staff shooting the bull around the coffee area in the breakfast area in the morning before 8, it was kinda strange to see. I come back to Reading often, but not sure I will return.

We have stayed here before and always found it to be a pleasant experience. Room was clean and spacious. We stayed the weekend of June 18th as a surprise getaway for my husband for Father's Day. We were going in the pool and my son kicked his foot back on the stairs and cut his foot on the pipe coming into the pool (which was quite rusty). I went to the emergency medical box on the wall in the pool area and it was empty. I went to the front desk to request an antiseptic spray and bandages. ... Read more

At check in the clerk seemed annoyed I asked for water. Gave us one bottle for two of us. I guess we were supposed to share? Upon asking for a second bottle for my wife the clerk reluctantly complied. The beds were absolutely heaven. The sink drain was plugged and the desk clerk didn't seem surprised. The breakfast was among the worst of any hotel. The eggs were uneatable and the fruit was spoiled. Coffee was good.

I always stay in Hiltons because I can trust the brand and this was no exception. The hotel is in a nice area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself is a bit old in my opinion and could use a few guests room updates, especially the bathrooms and carpets. However, breakfast was nice and Brenda, the breakfast attendant was awesome.
