The jacuzzi was cold.. The pool was dirty, the breakfast was horrible the rooms were too small and the elevator was out of service for half our trip. They were extremely over booked, the parking was horrible.. Just wasn't what I expected at all not from a Hilton establishment.

The hotel is a little tired, but I will say that the staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. I can not say the same however about the staff in the restaurant in the AM. Seemed totally indifferent to guests questions or needs. Nice location though and a god hotel overall for families

Stayed for one night when my daughter's high school marching band was playing in Philly. Although it's a bit of a drive during traffic, this hotel is a wonderful welcome. We've never been disappointed with a Hilton property. Room service was very good with fair prices (9.95 for a burger plate, 5.95 for deserts). The only things I would say negatively are: 1. the table in front of the pull-out sofa was SO HEAVY it was very hard to move out of the way for someone with back issues, and had to have ... Read more

That gives enough time to get up and eat, instead of feeling rushed! The pool was fun and clean! The dining area was very spacious. Overall very relaxing, comfortable, and clean ,

The hotel is very conveniently located right off the highway. Plenty of parking. Well kept gardens. Buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room. Outstanding. Everything and even more. The bar was pleasant with an attentive, nice staff. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk were the only negative factor. One or two were smiley and friendly but for the most part the others were grumpy, acted as though they were doing us a favor and just overall not nice. Too bad....

You can't go wrong when you stay at an Embassy suites and are traveling with a family. They take great care of you- Craig the manager- was just a joy to work with from check in to check out. They have a great breakfast- made to order omlettes and hot food choices and a little 2 hour happy hour with chips and salsa and a few adult beverages. The more you tip your bar person the happier and more accommodating she will be. The rooms are a little smaller than normal and only offered king size beds. ... Read more

We stayed at Embassy Suites for the Devon Horse Show. The front desk staff was amazing! When we checked in the night manager mentioned the amenities such as breakfast and the manager's reception, being a diamond member my husband joked hey can you open up the breakfast earlier we have to get to the show. The night manager told us with a chuckle, we have a great little store where you can get some breakfast items, but be sure to make it back for the reception. We told him we likely wouldn't ma... We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and it seems to get better each time. We love the Embassy Suites brand because of the arrangement of the guest suites and the high quality complimentary breakfast. During a three-night stay, I was extremely disappointed with the inability of the hotel to address some problems in our room. The room was clean. The furnishings were fine. The staff was friendly. But things don't get done and I suspect that the problem is at the management level. The bathroom sink failed to drain properly in our room. This made it unusable. I stayed in this hotel about 4 x's in the last 1 1/2 years. Everything about the hotel is good. The layout of the suite, w/ a separate living room & a separate bedroom, both w/ TVs & of course wi-if- is very comfortable & nicely done. The staff is good & helpful. The swimming pool is nicer than in most of the suite hotels in this area. This is a really good location. Close enough to the KoP Mall & all of the good restaurants but still w/ a suburban feel. I sleep late so I can't comment on th... Read more

Location- Great- right off the expressway and approx. 20-30 minutes from many colleges. Super close to King of Prussia Mall. Staff- wow- the front desk manager Craig McClond was amazing! We checked in our room and noticed it smelled like cigarette smoke. Within minutes he moved us to another room and proceeded to remember our names every time we walked by the desk. Kudos to the great service Room- Nice room. Comfortable beds, good linens. We had a 2 king beds/non suite room. Not sure why it's ... Read more

When we checked in and went to our room the blanket had dried blood on it. Not a great first impression. We were promptly given a new room that was acceptable. It appears that the property is need of an update/renovation. However, the staff was great and the included breakfast was good. It is a great location and was well priced.

Overall this is a Great hotel, it just needs a little upgrade. The carpets in the hall way looked old and worn, and there were scuff marks on the walls, some of the furniture in the room were dinged up. I know I am knitpicking. The staff were very friendly, and the cook to order breakfast was great. The bed was very comfortable, and very close to King Of Prussia. I have already booked a second stay here.

We usually don't find ourselves in an Embassy Suites so the extra spacious room was a real treat. Checked in around 5pm. The front desk manager noticed the room wasn't ready and immediatly radiod housekeeping to make it right. There was no wait and we were warmly directed to our room. The room was spacious and featured a big flatscreen and other suitable furniture. Unfortunately, I really had to slam the door hard to get it to close. So much so that we would be disturbing our neighbors. When we ... Read more

We stayed at the Embassy Suites during a tournament for my son's travel hockey team. We got a great rate for the hotel - the free breakfast and free happy hour were a great bonus. The staff was friendly and the rooms spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to staying at this hotel and other ES's in the future!

We had a wonderful time at the Valley Forge Embassy Suites. It's a great location. Tucked away from the highways with great views of Valley Firge NHP. The staff is excellent and service is outstanding. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. We really liked the locally inspired artwork that decorated the rooms.

What can I say....it doesn't have the bow down service of a five star hotel but was clean and the staff pleasant. I enjoyed my stay and would go back if doing business in the area again. The rooms were fine but I didn't spend much time in them.... Breakfast was what I have come to expect from this type of hotel... everything that is needed... The hotel is near major roads so very convent. The area is wooded and pleasant.. thank you!

Great price. Great location, easy on and off of highway. Friendly and helpful front desk. Awesome full breakfast. Rooms showed a bit of their age. Inconsistent housekeeping. Barkeeps needed a little prompting to be friendly. But, having said that, we would return.

Stayed here for work trip this week, and I must say the staff, from front-desk to restaurant to housekeeping was fantastic -- very friendly, efficient, and helpful. I didn't use the health club/gym or pool so I can't speak to that. I did find the restaurant fair, though not remarkable, which perhaps for a breakfast-included in rate hotel should somewhat be expected. While the selection of items in the breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant atmosphere and service were great, I felt the ... Read more

I was expecting the high quality of the Embassy suites experience, but was left disappointed. The breakfast was mediochre, the pool was unattended (puddles and no towels) and no one cleaned our room the first day (someone knocked at 7:30pm while we were getting ready for dinner). The restaurant was decent and reception was nice enough though.

Id recommend this place-plenty of free parking, nice two room suites with cooking facilities in the room. The managers evening snacks and drinks were a nice little touch. Each evening some snacks (crisps, dips, carrot sticks etc) would be laid out along with a bar serving beer, wine and a few cocktails. The housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, we waited a long time one day for the room the be cleaned.

The staff at this hotel make it well worth it. From the moment you arrive they treat you like you are the most important person they will make sure you are taken care of. I arrived during this past stay and had a bad head cold...they immediately helped me get some medication from their supply and directed me to the closest drugstore for help. Their rooms are clean and I have never had any issues with this. Great job - thank you staff!!!

This hotel was nice but since they had a leaky roof problem there was a moldy smell on the top floor. The staff and complimentary happy hour made up for that though. I want to give a shout out to Bang, Craig, Nancy and Melissa. Sometimes the staff is what makes a place great.

Very nice in the restaurant at breakfast. The hotel itself was just ok. My first room smelled of smoke and they moved me immediately (again great front desk staff). We stayed here last Saturday night while in the area. Embassy Suites is a standard brand but this particular one was a little lacking overall. When I booked the room I got an email asking if I had any special requests. So I requested two additional pillows, two additional bath towels and two extra blankets. I did this because we have a 9 and 13 year old who steal all the pillows and blankets and use all the towels. So we arrived and checked in and of course no additional pillows, towels or... Read more

My husband and I were here for two nights and had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and the suite is very spacious with a separate spacious living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable, though the pillows were very squishy so someone who likes a firm pillow would not be pleased. While it did not take away from our experience, the suite is worn; the paint is scuffed in several places for example. It would use a little facelift and update to fresh... Read more

Found the Embassy Suites for a last minute weekend getaway to help celebrate my sisters birthday. Room is ok at best but Brenda, my bartender/waitress was the reason I came downstairs for dinner each night vs. Going out to eat. Brenda is funny, professional and personable and an asset to the Embassy Suites. She remembered my name, which caring for dozens of guests, is a feat! If you stay here, sit at the bar area for dinner and/or drinks when Brenda is working so you too will have a friendly face welcome you home after a long day!

Suites were very nice, the beds were comfy, rooms were large. Two tv's, sofa, chair and desk, microwave and refrigerator and coffee Maker and sink in the kitchen area. Nice bathroom. Large bar off the lobby. Food was good and available late. I stay here for anything between 4 and 8 trips a year on business and in general nothing changes. Same friendly staff, same bar food menu, same rooms. The hotel could always do with a freshen up and maybe a new menu, but the one reason I keep going back beyond the convenience of being close to the office is that the beds are really comfy and I always get a good nights sleep, even if jet-lagged. Embassy Suites are usually a known product. When I pulled up at the Embassy Suites at Philadelphia - Valley Forge - my intuition went oh my. Inconvenient parking, hilly, curb ramps few and far between. And then there was the inside. The room/suite was a typical Embassy delivery however, this one had been roughly touched up from a paint, tile and carpet perspective.
