If you are heading for Amish country, this small motel will serve as a good base.It is near the main road (Route 30,the Lincoln Highway) for exploring the area and is clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. It is also in the village of Ronks, outside Lancaster, which has a large Amish presence and one Sunday,we saw dozens of Amish either walking or taking their charming buggys to a large Amish farmhouse behind the hotel. (The Amish don't have churches but instead take turns hosting services in ... Read more

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very simple, although adequate (yogurt would be an appreciated addition). The hotel is conveniently located with ample parking. We will return.

I was very pessimistic about staying here. I reserved the room then started researching and noticed some not so good reviews. We arrived kind of late the owner showed us our room. It may have been the cleanest room I have stayed in! Yes, it is dated and very minimal amenities - but we used this place as our resting spot. New flat screen tv's, no problems with wi-fi, and breakfast was doable. Motel is very quiet and I wold stay here again.

I highly recommend the Olde Amish Inn. I wanted a motel that was close to the American Music Theatre; however, I did not want to pay a fortune. The Olde Amish Inn was reasonably priced and the room was very clean and accommodating to someone who has knee issues. I did not have to climb a long set of stairs and I was able to get to my room quickly. The inside room accommodations were just as excellent. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and efficient. It is no frills, but then again, ... Read more

I chose this older motel for a recent stay over my usual haunt down the road because of more favorable pricing. I wasnâ??t disappointed at all. First of all, the location is ideal as a home base for getting around the area and avoiding the traffic on Route 30 by using Route 340 instead. Second, my room was immaculately clean with good water pressure, plenty of hot water, a large fridge & microwave and a new flat screen TV. The bathroom was clean as well. I found the room & bed comfortable and... Read more

No frills but clean. Very close to the sight and sound theater and less than a block from the Rockvale outlets. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice also. Two rooms with two double beds was a total of $186.00. Ive paid more than that for one room. Continental breakfast was coffee, donuts, and fruit. I only had the coffee. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this isn't it but, Id stay here again. Cant beat the price and location.

Nothing fancy as would be expected for an 88.00 stay the place is simple clean no extras the only thing not liked was the pillow top bed and mattress was very uncomfortable. the air condition was effective and we were comfortable with that the towels were small but did the job.

Great little hotel in the spot where you're close to almost anything that ones comes to see in the area train and shopping wise. Right next to two major outlets, one of which is in walking distance. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are dated, but very clean and relatively quiet.

We go to Lancaster often and decided to check out other Hotels. Because of the reviews on TripAdvisor we tried The Olde Amish Inn and were not disappointed. It had a decent continental breakfast, very clean and comfortable room and a very pleasant staff. For the price it was inexpensive and location was perfect.

Despite it's name, the inn is like any other motel, run by a friendly Indian family as a matter of fact. The facilities are fine and clean the morning breakfast is about par. The only issue I had was the wifi kept dropping out occasionally. Re-setting it fixed that.
