Stayed for 3 nights. Reception welcoming. We had a problem but was sorted by reception staff. Compensated at checkout. Hotel good value for money. Clean room and public spaces. Breakfast staff continually cleaning and re stocking. Close to shopping malls, restaurants and road links. Good place to stay for travelling links on business trip.

Very pleased with accommodations, clean and perfect for a wkend getaway The breakfast was lacking eggs which I appreciate and served french toast but adequate. I have stayed here in the past and when asked for a King size bed was given a full size in the back and though displeased, accepted it. The housekeeing was very good and asked if we needed extra towels and found that very nice.

Entire facility is very clean and staff is extremely courteous. Meriam and Denise both did a great job to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast hours worked well with my schedule. Breakfast was always well stocked and kept clean. Problems were resolved instantly.

We recently stayed at this hotel for the first time, and will return again in June. The location can't be beat, and the hotel was just fine for our needs. We had a king bed room on the first floor (our choice), which was clean and well equipped. The room was a bit worn, but nothing too major. The included breakfast was satisfactory; I would have appreciated some muffins or Danish. The breakfast room is quite tight, and the number of tables makes it a bit difficult to get around. I felt the... Read more

Stayed here for three nights departing on 2 June. Overall - a perfect stay. This is not the newest, most modern hotel available in the area, but for the price it can't be beat. Clean rooms, decent basic breakfast service, plenty of hot water, etc..... Will stay here again when I'm back in town!

The hotel was very nice and comfy. Continental was awesome. The area was surrounded by stores and that is what like, shopping. Rooms were a nice size and bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

I was only in town for one night. I only needed a place with a clean room, clean bathroom, and clean sheets. This place more than fits the bill. The morning breakfast was good and so was the coffee. What more could you ask for?

This hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean, comfortable and up-to-date. I judged the value for the dollar to be excellent. The complementary breakfast was good but lacking in hot items. Our room was on the top floor on the front side. The traffic noise was noticeable. Leaving the parking lot was difficult due to traffic from the mall and the entrance ramp to the expressway.

We stayed there one night to attend an antique show nearby. We were greeted by a pleasant but harried rep who was on duty by herself during a busy time for check ins. The hotel manager had gone home. We had to wait awhile but finally checked in. Stayed on the 4th floor in a king room. The room was spacious and mostly clean except housekeeping forgot to move the ottoman to clean and there was food under it. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. The refrigerator worked though we never did try th... Read more

We arrived to check in around 12 30am or so. Upon enetting the lobby which had I'd estimate 10 guest sitting/standing around most having been waiting at least an hour along with a local police officer. I was informed of the fact the front desk clerk was no where to be found. Turns out our room key cards had been activated prior to the individual leaving the premise. No apologies were offered at check out almost like the morning person expected something like this to happen just didn't give a car... Read more

We were able to check in a little earlier. The person at the front desk was friendly. I booked two rooms. One had a musty smell. The other was just fine. We found bed bugs in the stinky room and they were on the bed closest to the window. Not a good thing. We were offered another room that was much better but knowing we almost slept with bed bugs led to us not having a restful night

Issues - 1) Driveway / entrance to hotel poorly planned. One entrance / exit, where it is deadly to make a left turn to leave. 2) Breakfast - It alternates, what looks to be prefab eggs one day and pancakes the next. Other choices are toast or waffles. No bagels or fresh fruit, just a few yogurts which are snapped up immediately. I will say the coffee and OJ are good. Overall not very appetizing, but of course some people can't get enough of it! 3) Dumpsters look like they are permanently parked... Read more

This is the second and last time we will stay at this location. Our greeting was rather rude at check in. They were very careful to firmly state that the hotel was non-smoking. When we got to our room, got a strong smell of smoke as soon as we opened the door. We reported this right away when we went back down to go find some dinner and only as an afterthought was a room change offered. For a recently renovated section of the hotel the room and bathroom were awkwardly organized and not very ... Read more

We had stayed at this Days Inn several years ago, and it has gone down hill since then. The breakfast was minimal, and the equipment in the fitness room did not work. The sink in the room was outside the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The room was clean, however, as was the corridor and hallway. The location is good with restaurants and shopping nearby. It was OK for one night, and the price was certainly reasonable., .

We are the Lamps-We spent a few days shopping in Reading, we stayed at the Days Inn at Wyomissing. We were very impressed with the Housekeeping staff (Emily. I've stayed at this property many times and usually have a good experience but this last stay was not good. To top it off, my credit card was charged twice

The days in in Reading Wyomissing the staff was friendly and a room clean room with no funny smells. The furniture looked on the newer end and well maintained and the mattress was cumfy. The ac did its job in hot & humid August but it was far from quite. The tv was of modern flat screen of fair size but the programming was not HD. So the picture looked bad if set to fill the screen . I would have liked HD programming on a HD tv.

We have stayed at many hotels/suites even more upscale than the Days Inn. However I would say that for the price, this is a very comfortable hotel. We were there with a large group for a weekend convention, but the staff was still very accommodating and friendly. The room was always clean and the breakfast was good. If our JW convention is in Reading again next year, we will be back to the Days Inn!

On the surface this hotel appears to be ok, and the staff was very courteous and accommodating. However, a closer look tells the real story. My daughter & I were booked for 3 nights 4 days. The staff was very good. I had a small issue in the room and was moved to a new room right away. I would have given it a better rating, except for one thing. The sink was outside of the bathroom, which is fine, but as I was standing at the sink getting ready in the morning, I dropped an item on the floor. The item had some velcro on it. This is the second time I have stayed there. It's quiet and no one bothers me. You don't have maids knocking on the door trying to get you out. They basically leave you alone and you can sleep in. Check out is 12:00 NOON. The room is clean and you have everything you need. Microwave, alarm clock, hair dryer, refrigerator etc.
