I stayed here for two nights on business. The price was reasonable and the staff were very pleasant. and they gave me a 10% discount for the restaurant next door, which was tasty. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints.

Never have I been better treated. Sarka at the front desk was an absolute joy to work with. Rooms were very clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. If you are on-tour I highly recommend this place. Sarka had our keys ready upon arrival, there is plenty of parking for a bus pulling a trailer, and late check out was no problem. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use; hotel is nice, quiet and relaxing. And the internet works great. Thank you Sarka!

This hotel is so nice we would stay there just to get away from it all. The area has anything you may need but the hotel has a coffee, tea, hot chocolate set up all day. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was so completely accommodating when a early check in was requested and delivered!

This inn sits in a fairly new development on some former farmland just outside Quakertown by the turnpike exit. A Holiday Inn Express and Springhill Suites sit just across the street. We chose this one because the price was a hair lower and I'm familiar with Hamptons. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable, though I didn't care for the too-squishy pillows. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. There is a Dunkin Donuts across the street and a WaWa close by, and the hotel i... Read more

I really like Hampton Hotels and this was no exception. I was here with my family, my sister's family, and my parents for my niece's graduation from Lehigh. Everything was wonderful - my parents' handicapped-accessible room, and my room adjoining with my sister's room. Loved the breakfast - it was a notch above most other good hotel breakfasts.

A Hampton by Hilton usually guarantees a level of acceptable accommodations & this one is no exception. Delivers the standard typical for a Hampton Inn. Excellent location near the PA turnpike NE extension- for easy access to Philadelphia to the South or Route 80 to the North.

I loved that I was able to enjoy the quality and cleanliness of a Hampton Inn while traveling with my two dogs. This hotel allows pets in some of their first floor rooms for $10 per pet per night. The rooms were very clean and you would never know that pets had been in the room. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast and coffee was delicious. I also liked that the hotel was easily accessible from the Turnpike, only 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants, and about 20 minutes ... Read more

When traveling I always try to find a Hampton Inn in the area to stay in. The staff is always courteous, the rooms are always clean and well maintained and the breakfast is to my liking. When the subject of hotels comes up while talking with my friends i do not hesitate to tell them that my favorite hotel is the Hampton Inn.

I stayed at this location for 3 nights and 4 days. The hotel maid service was dependable and met my needs. The "fake" eggs at breakfast didn't look appetizing. Looking forward to a swim in the pool, the temp. was a little cool. All in all, my stay was enjoyable.

Notes to front desk staff: (1) Try standing upright when greeting guests. The one male staffer, in the evening, leaned all over the counters 100% of the time checking me in, answering phones, etc. I saw him later, with other guests... still leaning. (2) In the morning, when you ask a guest how their stay was, be prepared for a response when the answer isn't "fine." I responded saying, "well the walls were paper thin, there was a strong mildew smell in room & you have bugs." She jus... Read more

I arrived at the hotel when several others were checking in so I was waiting in line and do what I always do when standing around a hotel and that was to observe. At first, there was only one young lady on the desk and she gave the feeling that there were many other things she would rather be doing. She came across as lazy and I can see my review taking a nose dive. An older lady ahead of me thought that she had a Hilton Honors number but it could not be found (by now a gentleman had come to ... The exterior and lobby of this property were recently remodeled and nice. Unfortunately the room was a let down. The carpet was dirty, wrinkled, worn out and poorly patched. We found the staff to be efficient but the property may need a facelift soon. We had stayed in a brand new Hampton Inn in another state the night before. A very clean, comfortable hotel with helpful and kind staff. We accidentally locked ourselves out of an adjoining room (our family of 5 needed 2 rooms - even though no family suites, the 2 rooms were connected with a door) and they quickly responded. As a Hilton Honors member, there is a certain level of expectations you come to know from Hilton and its affiliates. The Hampton in Quakertown was nothing short of that. Clean room, fresh sheets and towels, nice layout with friendly and helpful staff. The decor was a little dated, but still nice and tastefully done.
