We stayed at this Hotel for several days while visiting family in Plymouth Meeting. We had requested an early check-in and the front desk staff were more than accomodating. This is a very well maintained hotel with a very friendly staff. Free Wi-fi and continental breakfast was a plus! This hotel is also very close to all major highways in the area ( I476, I76, I276 ) I will defintely return for future trips and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn before, but this weekend was everything I needed. I was juggling 3 rooms of family for graduation weekend. The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating when we needed one of the rooms to be ready early. The lobby with complimentary coffee and fresh fruit all day and night and plenty of seating was wonderful for family get togethers to sit and talk. The complimentary breakfast had creative, hot and plentiful choices even 1/2 hour before they were... Read more

This is a great place if you are traveling by train to/from 30th St. station in Philadelphia. Less than a 20-minute drive by car. You can rent a car easily at the train station and pick it up downstairs in the station --- great convenience, especially if it is cold or rainy.

I reserved a 2 double bed room and received a confirmation email a few days prior to my arrival. Upon arrival, I was told I was in a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. I as told that there was a "computer glitch". I was told that the room sleeps the same number of people. I responded that a sofa bed is usually quite uncomfortable. My only option was a smoking room that had 2 double beds. The room was nice but none of us wanted to sleep on a sofa bed! I would not recommend this hotel - you mi... Read more

This hotel is right off the highway which is fantastic. It is also across the street from a shopping center and across the parking lot from a Ruby Tuesday, which is convenient. The price was outstanding for the area--very close to Valley Forge and also not far from Philadelphia--and we felt very safe staying here. The room was clean and we had a complimentary breakfast. No complaints other than the spotty wifi (which, in our case, was very, very minor).

The hotel itself is lovely, breakfast outstanding. But they messed up our over the phone reservation and could not fix it when we arrived, so a family of 5 spent three days in a smoking room, with only one king bed. They were unable to fix the mistake.

The Hampton Inn at Plymouth Meeting is a great location with a superb staff. The proximity to Villanova University was the main reason we selected the property. The visit exceeded expectations.Very clean with great service. We were made to feel welcome .

Friendly staff, comfy beds and good location. Great for the quick trip for business. There's a Ruby Tuesday's attached for a quick bite or a shopping mall across the street in case you forgot something. Manayunk is also closeby.

Recently stayed here for a 5 night business trip. My initial impression of the hotel was not good. I arrived to PHL on a late flight so I did not get to the hotel until around 11:00PM. Upon entering, there is no one manning the front desk. I look around, walk outside, no one in sight. Finally, after several minutes, someone that literally pulled up and walked in the door as I was standing there and just came on shift ended up helping me. I found this strange as it didn't seem anyone was work... Read more

We have stayed at Hampton Inns several times over the last couple years, and have always been very happy with the accommodations. However, this time was awful. My wife made the reservation, and was lead to believe we were getting a suite, we ALWAYS get a suite. However, when we arrived, we were given a small dingy room that removed one of the beds and replaced it with a couch. WE PAID $170 FOR A ROOM THAT WOULD HAVE COST US $90 AT HOLIDAY INN! We get to the pool and they are out of towels. I g... Read more

This hotel was very clean, staff professional and helpful, amenities were great. This is a very convenient location right outside of Philly, where you can drive into Philly via smaller road and miss the horrible traffic on I 76 and I 476.

First time we were here the teenagers decided to "soap" the hallways throughout the night. Despite calls down to the desk, not much was done. Second time we had "Vicky" and her wedding guest friends would not stay quiet until after 4am. Again we called the desk. Again, nothing was done. We were compensated one of our nights, but I would hesitate staying here again.

Excellent location, access to Interstate & diverse eating establishments. Room was well maintained, comparable to most other Hampton Inn's we have used. Excellent service, average breakfast fare. Did not use the fitness center but it was available if I chose to do so. The pool appeared to be well maintained also.

The hotel is very clean and neat. The staff is great! The bedding was really nice and comfortable. Great location. Shopping and entertainment for everyone locally and in nearly Philadelphia and New Jersey. Ruby Tuesday's is next door with great food and drinks. Cracker Barrell across the street offer additional breakfast options or lunch. I look forward to staying at this hotel again.

The Hampton Inn is located right next door to Ruby Tuesday so no need to drive anywhere to eat a good meal. The hotel was very welcoming when every I came or went. The room was quiet (5th floor) and very clean and comfortable. I stayed in a King Suite and had plenty of room. The internet was fast and I used the complimentary internet only. The continental breakfast was good and different choices each day. One day had waffles, eggs, hash browns and sausage. The next day had omelets, potato... Read more

The staff was not as efficient as I had hoped. They kept telling me to go find another attendant when I asked for towels instead of just getting them for my room. Prime location across the street from the mall. An average stay overall.

We had a descent stay at the hotel. There were a few things that I was disappointed in but overall it was a good stay. It had most of what we needed which was a pool for my son, breakfast every morning, which saved us $$$ & a nice clean room to sleep in with no bugs crawling around.

Front desk was horrible and there was a brown spot on my comforter. Checking out was awful and even the format to book my room with help from the front desk was awful. Customer service need to be enforced because they do not have any of it.

We were VERY disappointed when we arrived home and found rooms at your hotel for $98/$109 when we had just paid $141.55 and $122.55. We like your hotel but feel we may have to find another place to stay that is a little more reasonable with their prices.

My daughter and I traveled to PA to attend a figure skating clinic at Wissahickon. This hotel hit all of our must haves: convenience, restaurant, free parking, and a bonus complimentary breakfast. Easy check in, rooms were clean and quiet, and location it close to major highways.

I stayed here while attending a teacher training at nearby AIM Academy. I was completely unfamiliar with the area, but AIM recommended this hotel to me and gave me a code for a special room rate. They mentioned that this hotel is where they send all of their presenters, instructors, students, etc. I took them at their word, and was not disappointed at all. From the minute I walked up to the front desk, I had a good feeling about the staff, the hotel, and the surrounding area. I was treated so ki... Read more

right off 476 and 276, this hotel is easy to find and has a restaurant (Ruby Tuesday) right next to it. Stayed for a couple of nights and the staff was friendly - even had a bottle open for when I forgot to have one with my beer. I didn't see much i liked for the morning breakfast, but the had a good selection for people that want it. I had a king bed and it was comfortable and clean (even had a smoking room!!). I will return when in the area.
