Free parking, shuttle service runs hourly - a little inconvenient but will stay here again. Rooms were clean, restaurant had good food and cold drinks. Overall we will stay here again. Booked though priceline so only paid $75

We had a few issues. On arival the first room we were assigned to smelled of cigarettes and we were switched to another room. This room smelled a little musty but this property is a little older and we dealt with it. The bathroom tub drain stop was not operational at all, you had to remove it completely out of the drain so that the tub would drain while showering. First, I do not blame particular employees for my low rating. This place has problems far beyond the people working there. The hotel is in a bad, hard to find location and does not make a good first impression. The lot desperately needs redone and the entrance is not inviting at all. The restaurant/bar is rarely open and is understaffed when busy. My flight was cancelled, so I had to book a hotel, so I choose the Wyndham by Pittsburgh Airport. The room was huge, but it was outdated. The carpet was horrible, the bathroom had cracks in the wall and floor, but the bed was comfortable.

I travel on a budget using the major hotel bidding / pricing programs. This place always unfortunately seems to take the bid, and they make you feel like a second rate customer for doing so. got the sleep flight and park deal ,, not bad for a small fee.. free parking and a shuttle ride to the airport..clean room ,, quite, and the shuttle was 5 minutes.. with a phone call from the airport.. i'd stay again.. better then paying to park at the airport.. or getting up way early to drive down pgh and park somewhere to pay high prices.. much better.. of course it needs remodeling.. but hey your there for a night

Stayed here before a 6 am flight out of PIT. Used the "park n fly" option. Getting to the airport was excellent, however on the return trip had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to get back to the hotel. After 4 phone calls the driver finally arrived with no explanation at all on the delay. would consider staying at the hotel again, but will park at the airport or Charlie Brown's parking lot, never will use "park n fly" option again

We stayed here unexpectedly due to mechanical issues with a departing flight at Pittsburgh International. Check-in was very slow and we were apparently not credited hotel points for the stay although my member number was presented. Rooms were comfortable, but interiors were dated. The highlight of our stay was two of the best hamburgers and onion rings ever eaten at the restaurant/bar.

The Wyndham Gardens was very clean and inviting. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My 88 yr. old. Mother and I were traveling to Florida the next morning and I picked the Wyndham so we could 'park & fly' without worry. The shuttle took us to the airport in a timely fashion. The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, when we were returning from traveling and called the hotel for the shuttle, we waited almost an hour (and had to call the hotel 3 times) for someone to come and get us. That's pretty frustrating when you are tired from your flight and just want to get home.

We wanted to try a new hotel in the area so we booked the Wyndham by the airport. It is all the way in the back of an industrial park. Check in was quick and we got a room on the 3rd floor. After returning from dinner we had a hard time finding a place to park. It seems other quests leave their cars here while flying out of Pittsburgh airport. Rooting for this property to improve. I've been using this property for a couple years because it's location is perfect. It's the little things that can lift it's ratings. It's always a hit or miss if, the TV works, coffee in the lobby, room keys not working, reliable shuttle service, pool out of service for couple years now. My last trip I checked in at 4pm and no room was ready. Tighten up the little things and move to the next level.

The hotel is off the beaten path with very limited phone reception. There is no laundry room on site. The printer did not work. Another customer was issued a key to my room and tried to get in at 1am. For that we were told that the computer system was down. The restaurant only serve burgers/fast food which is good when watching a game on TV.

If the people is your gauge, then this is a great hotel. The staff if accommodating and friendly. I left a small bag in the frig when I flew to San Antonio. I called and the staff retrieved and saved it for me till I got back. Away for 6 days, I was able to leave my car for free (up to 2 weeks), which is soooo convenient. We stayed here last year about this time to catch an early flight out of Pittsburgh. You can tell that the hotel is in the process of being renovated. Our room was done and looked great. The outside of the hotel was also being painted. The shuttle driver told us that the hotel was recently under new management and a lot of items that were left by the former management is now getting done.

Easy shuttle experience from the airport. However, I made sure to request a rollaway bed for my son when I made the reservation, again when I checked in, and again when it didn't show up. I ended up sleeping on the floor, as it became late and without any communication from the front desk.

Beautiful room but I just cannot understand why microwave and fridge are not standard amenities. If I had not inquired at front desk, no one would have mentioned it. 2-Star motels/hotels have these appliances in all rooms. Otherwise, I loved the room; cleaning staff; all other employees encountered; and, of course, the splendid-looking hotel inside and out. Just give me all my appliances!

Hotel was not in a good location. Room toilet constantly ran. Ice maker on floor was broken. No refrigerator in room. Had to plead to get pool open. Guest book advertised free breakfast for members but it was not free. Restaurant/Lounge was hardly open.

Although my stay was very short so I can't review on the whole hotel but there was a bad odor when we entered our room. We didn't arrive until 3:00am and I was very tired so I didn't make a complaint that night but upon check out I did and was just told "sorry". I didn't really feel that was good customer service.

I have travelled the world and hands down worst hotel experience of my life. Waited over a hour at 3pm to be told no rooms available due to slow housekeeping. Never offered a drink or snack while waiting. Staff joking around being unprofessional. Manager finally came out a hour later to offer to store my bags while I went out and came back. I asked repeatedly if I leave will a room be ready later - no answer. Finally went to a different hotel. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Hotel was undergoing some remodeling and construction during our stay, they didn't have the temporary entrance well marked so it was a bit confusing figuring out how to get in. The room was just average but clean. Restaurant was good but bartender's girlfriend was hanging out there the entire time, waiting tables and going behind the bar which seemed strange and kind of unprofessional. Pros: pretty decor and spacious feel of the room. The bathroom is pretty cramped, but it's no worse than most hotels, and it was definitely kept clean for our three night stay. We stayed one night at this hotel with a park and fly package. We didn't get there till 7:00 and our room was not ready,really check in at 3:00 and our room wasn't ready 4 hours later. We finally got a room at 9:00,It Stunk so bad. Thank God we only had to be there a few hours it was terrible!!! We stayed here before a flight from Pittsburgh airport. The location is great since it has Park and Fly options (leave your car here while you are gone) and the offer a shuttle service to the airport. The ride is about 10 minutes to airport. The rooms are decently quality and cleanliness given the price point (similar to a standard Fairfield Inn or Hampton Inn). Would return to this hotel when using Pitt Airport in the future

The given address didn't GPS-just do y/self a favor & call & get directions. The room was really big w/ one of the most comfortable mattress/pillow combos Evaa. Very modern decor & SUPER clean. Did an overnight here after a game at PNC Park. Its an average hotel at best, but thats just fine. Room (King) was a good size, clean, and comfortable. Everything worked fine. A/C unit was a little noisy, but quite efficient. Furnishings were ok. Desk people were friendly. Everyone was friendly. Room was clean but common ares were not. Older hotel that has not been well maintained. Could hear noise from rooms next door and above you. Parking lot and front of hotel dirty and unattractive. Front desk staff was nice, but they were not able to provide any information on nearby attractions. Would not stay here again.

Services were fairly standard. The building itself was isolated at the bottom of a hill, but not too far away from everything. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had one negative incident regarding the shuttle service that was offered by the hotel. It basically came down to miscommunication on the staffs part however when asked to speak with a manager he was little to no help. Other than this incident it was an average stay.

The staff is relatively friendly, the room is pretty comfortable, but not the beds. They were pretty rough. The location is awkward- and the transportation is sketchy. Rent a car. I've been in worse hotels, but I just didn't like this place. Like the title says- if it's only for a couple of days, this hotel is alright. Any longer than that and I suggest you look elsewhere.

I have read some negative reviews about the Wyndham Garden, but I decided to give it a shot. Everything was great, the value for the price paid was good, the hotel is off the beaten path, in an industrial park. Not hard to find if you follow the signs, and it's worth it. First time here everything seemed fine, good transport to and from airport, parking while gone, second stay place seemed to lack cleaning, convenient location, weren't there for breakfast so not sure if complimentary or not, go visit JO JO's place for breakfast, mapquest shows it on wrong side of Enlon rd.

Not majorly exciting due to parking lot, but we were close to the pool, handicap parking, and on lower level! Never been to thrilled with "hotels" due to top floors. I like lower levels. Just my opinion! With that being said, Wyndham did for me what I asked! keep me close to parking, and lower level. Demands that can't always be met, but they did it for a 2 night 3 days stay! Loved it, it was a needed break, and a beautiful room!

Got a great deal at $85/night on a steelers game weekend. About 20 minutes from stadium. A little hard to find. It would be helpful if hotel posted on website to use 1 industry lane, corapolis, PA in GPS. We put in Pittsburgh, PA and GPS put us in the middle of no where. Renovated, clean hotel. We would return. Lots of stores and restaurants in area about one exit away.

We booked this via price line and got a room with 2 double beds for $80.00. We had a very early flight and wanted to be close to the Airport. Staff was friendly and our room was clean. Nice bar are, the bartender was friendly and provided good service, sorry forgot her name. All in all our experience was great.

Greetings..make sure that your room door close before and when departing your room..All doors are not completely secure when you depart ..there are a small percentage of the doors that must be double check for proper closure.

This stay was a terrible experience. If I had arrived earlier than I did, I would have gone to another hotel. I should have been suspicious while waiting to check in, because a young woman was at the desk complaining about dirty sheets on the bed in her room. It appeared to me that the desk clerk was trying to put her off. Anyway, my son and I checked in, went to the room. I order 3 rooms, 2 were deluxe double bed rooms with a pull out couch through Wyndham.com and they did not have those rooms. We got three single bed rooms and one was free! Ordered 6 beds but got 3. Very disappointed should have gotten breakfasts free.

our stay was great. very attentive and prompt with service. With the exception of when our flight returned from Vegas. I called the hotel as directed upon our arrival. it was 12:10 am and the shuttle driver informed me that he would be there with in 20 minutes to pick us up. He didn't arrive until 1: 00 am. Upon asking him why was he was so late, his response was to shrug his shoulders and never responded to me. he also didn't get a tip for his ride home either. very upsetting.

The hotel is a little off the beaten path but the personnel were very friendly. Our nonsmoking room was clean but did smell of stale cigarette smoke. The breakfast buffet was the normal spread, nothing spectacular.

What a great night's sleep we had. The pillows and bed were very comfy. The trip to the airport was spot-on. Wonderful job, Wyndham Garden!

While a recognized brand, the bargain price should have topped me off. No services (bars, shopping, restaurants) within walking distance. This was particularly problematic as the hotel restaurant and bar was closed most of my stay (without ecplanation, not undergoing renovation). The staff is neither professional or cordial. Recent trip to Pittsburgh, we stayed close to the airport because we were getting in very late. After calling twice, waiting in the cold and rain, it was over an hour for their van to pick us up,from 6 miles away! so now its 1:20 AM!! Stayed here for 1 night before a trip to Mexico, this had to be the worst place ever. The first room they gave me was not cleaned, the beds weren't made and towels all over the bathroom floor. Back to the front desk, the second room was worse, it wasn't cleaned, and there were empty (I think, I did not check) pizza boxes all over the beds. Back to the front desk again. I have mixed reviews of this hotel. The hotel is clean and not too bad overall for a nights stay. But the first room we were given the king bed was broken across the whole width of the bed. So our feet were elevated and head was elevated, our butts were about a foot lower. Went to front desk and were given room number 2. Bed was good room clean but toilet would not flush! Arrrghh. We went to the Wydham to stay for an early flight out of Pittsburgh. We had a blast in the lounge with other guests that we met from all over. The food was good the bar was great service was the best. the room clean and very comfortable . took the airport bus at 03:00 and took about 10 minuets to get to the airport. apon return they picked us up fast. we will stay here again.

Great price and service for a park and fly. Reserved room through a website that mistakenly offered a standard room (one bed) for family groups. Front desk lady was nice enough to change to double queen room. There is room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication though.

Our room was average. It was clean. The only problem was the pickup from the airport. We had to wait over 45 minutes and called 3 times to get someone from the hotel to pick us up. It was late at night and we had a 2 hour drive home!

To start, had issues with one of our party of three between hotel.ca and this hotel they list the booking details and the day before we were to arrive they didn't have a room for them. Even though they had a confirmation number from hotel.ca. Both companies refused to accept responsibilities or refund monies. Eventually they were put up at another hotel. Upon arrival to our room, we noticed a horrible smell. It was late and we had an early flight so we were just going to deal with it. I went to use the bathroom and lifted the lis of the toilet to reveal feces( the horrible smell). The toilet was also broken so we couldn't even flush it. The Staff Was Very friendly Specially William He helped us get a room showed us were to go eat. The rooms were clean but one of the Dallas Guests really smelled up the hallway on the third floor. They did what they could do accommodate the matter. Our Group was very satisfied.

Worst experience ever. Dusty, bathtub had black mechanics grease still stuck to the tub, and gouges out of the walls and wood work, paint on the door handles. Staying here on a business trip was the worst choice ever. Was slow so the restaurant closed at 8pm. I arrived at 9 and they wouldn't even serve me a drink. The specific reason I booked was for the hotel restaurant.

Nice size room, very quiet and comfy bed! Helpful staff. Coffee pot in room but ours was not working. I let them know. Clean room and nice towels. Close to the airport but did not hear plane traffic! The shuttle service to the airport was great! I would stay here again! We were in town for the Steeler vs Cowboy game.

When we arrived to our room, the smoke alarm was beeping like the battery needed to be changed. We called the front desk, and they sent someone who merely removed the dead battery and left the unit hanging from the ceiling. Fortunately, it stayed quiet all night. It then started beeping again. We again asked the desk to address this that morning. When we returned that evening, the smoke alarm was still beeping. We asked for (and got) a different room. Not what I call good service.
