The actual hotel is showing its age, patched walls, worn carpet. The beds are comfortable and things are clean. The staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile to accommodate large groups. The breakfast is fair, dinner was very good. Noise level on 2nd floor is very high.

Slept great in a very comfortable bed with four big soft pillows on it. The bath towels were unusually soft, and felt great. Nice staff. Only gripe would be they charged 3.50 for a cup of milk, and only filled it halfway. Most places just tell you not to worry about it when you offer to pay. At least fill the cup if you're going to charge what you could buy a quart for in the store.

My phone died after flying across the continent so there was no calling them. Waited at door 2 (courtesy van area) from 12:20am until 1:45 am for a van to show up. They had my flight information and arrival times at the hotel. Still, no van showed. Had to take a $25 cab ride back to the hotel. Thanks Sheraton, but I won't be utilizing your "services" any longer.

The bed was comfortable. Staff was so helpful and friendly. I didn't eat the breakfast since it is a Buffett and my meetings started at 7. I wish I could have ordered single items. The conference room was soooo cold. I needed the shuttle on a few occasions. First, to pick me up from the airport, they told me 12 minutes. It arrived 40 minutes later. I was nervous somehow I had missed it and even called back to check but they just took longer than promised. Never was there an apology or explan... Read more

We were going on vacation and had an early morning flight. The hotel was very nice and located within 15 minutes of the airport. The shuttle service was timely and we were able to park our car for the duration of our 10 day vacation. Not having to pay for airport parking cut the cost of the hotel in half. I would definitely stay here again.

Just spent one night before heading down to Florida. Hotel easy to find, good free car park, excellent room, bed and bathroom with good free Wi-Fi too. The bar and food were also excellent so our short stay was well enjoyed.

We stayed at this hotel during the 2016 U.S. Open Championship at Oakmont near Pittsburgh. It is a well run hotel that is near the airport. It is fairly modern and has been kept up to date. The hotel has a restaurant on premises, although we did not eat there because we were constantly on the go. But it looked like a place I would eat at and it had a good menu. The rooms were modernized and had very comfortable beds. The bathroom was great, it had been updated and the shower had good water... Read more

Myself and a coworker stayed at this hotel in May of 2016 while shooting a wedding. We stayed on the 9th floor (club floor). I would HIGHLY recommend requesting the club floor. The price difference is very small and the club lounge is very nice. They have an excellent free breakfast daily and the club lounge is open for for free beer, soda/juice/wine and snacks in the late afternoon/early evening. The hotel itself was very clean. The bathroom showed a little age but nothing that would hind... Read more

We stayed 5 nights in late June 2016. The hotel was close to the airport with a free shuttle that picked us up within fifteen minutes of our call. Driver was friendly. Front desk was efficient and friendly even though they were busy and appeared to be training someone new. The hotel was large but comfortable. Best Part was the bed and pillows. AWESOME! Basic toiletries and hair dryer were appreciated. We used the swimming pool and the workout room. Both were excellent. The gate for the... Read more

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Pittsburgh. Had a room on the club level and it did not disappoint. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. The bed was easily one of the most comfortable I've ever slept it. Service in the club lounge was superb.

When I called to get a reservation the number I dialed was the number of the hotel at this location. However, unknown to me, I was switched to an off site centralized reservation location. When I gave them my name I had to correct the spelling for them, or so I thought. Then, when I showed up at the hotel they had no record of me. Apparently it takes 45 minutes between the time you are confirmed over the phone, and the time the front desk gets the message. Of course, the girl at the front desk... Read more

Stayed here for 4 days on a business trip. The room was very dark and the pillows were not that great. The restaurant was probably the best part for me. The shuttle was pretty inconsistent. If you need a place to stay close to the airport for a night its ok.

The restaurant/bar downstairs has good food and drinks. The service was awesome. Nancy and Kailin are great!!! The gym is functional with multiple treadmills and full set of dumbbells/weights. Haven't been to the pool but maybe the next trip. This is by far the best place to stay in Pittsburgh.

Customer centric service from the time I entered the hotel after a late arrival due to weather to the time I left on Monday morning. Club level executive service was impeccable - from the morning breakfast to the daily happy hours. Always kept you wanting more. This hotel team never misses a beat. Impeccable rooms kept by one of the best housekeeping staffs I've witnessed. Pool and exercise facilities -- something for any type of traveler business or pleasure. Look forward to my return trip.

The hotel was nice. It was par for the course mid-priced airport hotel. My first experience with this hotel. I have stayed at Sheraton Cranberry which is now a Hilton doubletree. For the most part the staff was lovely. I was displeased with the restaurant the mostly because the servers disappeared and didn't come back. I had to actually get up address the bartender about getting my check so I could pay and go. There was a panel I almost missed because of the non-return server. I had two me... Read more

This hotel is okay, but we had a bit of a mixed experience. We came back to our room after being gone from early in the morning until the evening and the cleaning staff had left the door of our room propped open with a washcloth - all day! They had made our beds, but not cleaned the bathroom. Fortunately, our possessions were all still there. However, when I complained, the manager seemed genuinely shocked and was very responsive. She comped our room for the night and sent up a housekeeper to fi... Read more

My husband and I shared a room with our daughter for one night at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel last weekend. She spent four nights there for a convention, so we shared her room for one of those nights. The hotel gave her the "convention rate". The room itself was neat and clean and generally attractive, but we were sorely disappointed that for $115 per night the beds were only double beds instead of queen-sized ones. The stuffed chair in the room was too close to the bed by the wind... Read more

We have stayed at this property over the last 7 years visiting family ( our deceased sons children ) and our only living son. On each visit, with just few exceptions , we have had just a few glitches. The measure of any hotel property is the service provided by the hotel management and employee's. We have once more enjoyed our stay the service level was great. Our room was always cleaned on time, never had to request any additional item. We stayed on the Club Floor which is worth the extra money... Read more

My Fiance and were in the Pittsburgh area around The 4th of July for a concert at Station Square and for the most part, I was impressed with the Hotel, Friendly Staff, and the room. The Restaurant was OK, a little pricey though. My only complaint was that we requested a room on the 9th floor where the club lounge is which cost a little extra which I didn't mind except that the club lounge was not very well stocked everyday during our stay, The club lounge lounge was a nice feature but should have... This Sheraton Hotel has a Club Floor which provides very nice services like breakfast and snacks. The rooms are very nice and clean. Didn't interact much with the hotel staff but they were very nice and professional. The location is great, 20 minutes from downtown and close to the airport. And lastly, price per night was much better than the Sheraton by the river and the Westin downtown.

We stayed at the hotel for a City Trip to Pittsburgh. The rooms on the Club Floor are amazing, complimentary Breakfast and evening Snacks. Front Desk was friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant is not to expensive and the quality of the food is great. If you don't mind short trips from the Hotel to Downtown this would be your Hotel.

Hotel was nice, with modern-styled rooms. If you go, take note of the use of texture, including a funky sculptured carpet. Bed was very comfy. Shower was splendid-- I did not want to get out! But the bathroom mirror was a little disconcerting: the square light around it makes a matching square of light around your pupils... a little freaky looking. But that little magnifying mirror on the side? Yeah, I need one of those at home. Don't look unless you have your tweezers handy.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Sheraton, great staff, comfortable, well appointed room (however, lacking a refrigerator), convenient to the airport. If you have access to the Club Lounge, good breakfast with eggs and breakfast meat, pastries and such. Not a whole lot in walking distance for food options, the restaurant was good.

Check in was good friendly. Room was dark and not great . Shower and tub needs a good cleaning a lot of mold . Club lounge free beer and wine not a great selection but again free . Snacks looked and tasted like they had been cook and recoiled a few times . TV did not have great reception. Carpet was very worn and dirty looking. Probably will not stay here again with all the other hotels in the area.

I will start by saying I'm a perfectionist My room had cobwebs in the bathroom light fixtures and toothpaste splatter on the walls around the sink. The tub and sink were plugged up and did not drain. As I reached for the disposable cup near the sink, I found the first one was not wrapped in plastic as all the others were. The iron was half full of water and the air filters in the AC were dirty. I stayed here with a group of 40 people for a one night stay with parking included as a park and fly package. The hotel was excellent and so was the staff. They put on extra drivers to get us to the airport in the morning so everyone was there in time for the flight no problem. If you are a travel agent the group department was excellent to work with. Do not hesitate to book this hotel if you are needing a one night stay with parking while you are gone on your trip.

The only good thing is that hotel provides shuttle services to airport and to other nearby areas within 5 miles. Well they have to because all other hotels in that area provide shuttle services and there is no public transport available in Moon area. The breakfast is okay; at times feels like they give same thing next day as well. No proper lights in the room; they are all too dim. The swimming pool is just for show; you cant swim as it is never clean and also its too deep. Some of the staff i... Read more

Stayed here for the weekend, but it is out of the way if you plan to be out and about in the City. The restaurant serves great breakfast buffet. The room I stayed in smelled of smoke even though it was smoke free. The carpet needed to be replaced because I started wheezing, my breathing was affected. The bathroom was clean.

The room was comfortable for 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) but the bathroom lacked details in its cleanliness. I'm sure it would be fine to the average person, but beware if you're a neat freak or borderline OCD. Staff was friendly, although I had to ask twice for an extra set of towels because the first request went unanswered. Staff was also very apologetic to my concerns.
