Service and breakfast was consistant with all other Hyatt places I have stayed. The other Hyatt Place hotels I have stayed at in the past all looked the same but this one was a little different. It may be because space in the are is limited so the rooms were smaller than we are used to for Hyatt places. We had three women in the same room and it was a bit cramped but for one night it was fine. What we liked about other Hyatt places is the sink and LARGE mirror outside the bathroom. Some can ... I was driving to Washington DC (10+ hours) and decided to split the trip and stay at a hotel for the night midway. I found this one, and hyatt is always my favorite hotel brand. This Hyatt Place is conveniently located off I-70 highway. The hotel is modern and room is spacious. They also offer complimentary breakfast buffet which is a plus. Parking is free. Internet is free. Will come back in July!

This has to be the most relaxing hotel experience ever. The front desk was efficient and courteous. The room clean, comfortable and quiet. The room keys easy to use. More hotels should learn from this specific hotel on how to treat their guests. If every hotel was like this one, I would never stay home!

We are not regular gamblers, but were in town for another event. However, it was nice to be able to take the ramp over to the casino to get food or just walk around a bit. We walked a couple of horse races too. The room was very comfortable and clean. Most beds and pillows are little more than worn out sleeping bags, but this was not like that. This is a very nice hotel. The room was not luxurious, but very attractive and clean. It was also pretty quiet and I had a good night's sleep. The check in staff was very friendly and welcoming. I have just a couple of negative comments. The free breakfast was nicer than most and included some freshly made hot breakfast sandwiches, however it was only served until 9AM. This hotel was perfectly fine and I don't have anything particularly negative to report, but it has nothing above and beyond the two hotels at the bottom of the hill. Yes, this one is connected to the casino by a (relatively long) walking bridge but the drinks at the casino were so weak that we've decided to just keep one of us sober and valet at the casino and drive down the hill in the future. This was my 3rd stay at this Hyatt Place. I love the convenience of this hotel. It is close to shopping, golfing, and of course gambling. They have a long walkway and bridge connecting to the casino. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist. They have a free shuttle to the casino if your don't want to walk, a free shuttle to the outlet stores or anywhere within a couple miles. Two out of three times my bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, this stay is was an extremely firm mat... Read more

If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, do not hesitate to stay at the Hyatt Place. It is a 5 star hotel. The contemporary décor is outstanding. An extensive continental buffet was also provided. Everything was beyond our expectations from cleanliness to the wonderful customer service.

The friendliest, most accommodating, and cleanest hotel in the area. From JT at the desk to the incredible housekeeping duo of Rachel and Angela (aka: Rangela) all of the staff are very courteous and professional. We will not settle for less, there's just no better place.

Very Friendly Staff Very Clean Rooms and Spacious Nice shuttle to the Casino or a covered walk way that is connected to the Casino however it would be a long walk for someone who has limited mobility Also love the close access to the Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall the hotel also offers free shuttle service to shopping center.

We just needed to get away and the Hyatt at the Meadows is the best place to do this. Friendly, kind, considerate, and always available. Great walkway to connect to the Casino and lighted well at night.

We were attending a wedding at the Meadows Casino and stayed at the Hyatt. The hotel was very clean and the people we dealt with were very friendly. My husband and I stopped at the Parley bar which was very nice, My husband had a burger and said it was very good. To get to the casino from our room we did not have to go outside which was very convenient. I would highly recommend the Hyatt.

We stayed here for a wedding. The rooms were nice and tastefully decorated. Not very handy to the casino. Had to drive up the hill to it. But overall, a good place to stay! The breakfast buffet was good. We would stay here again!

Bathroom door was broken. Felt room at 200.00 per night was way to much for quality of room. It was convenient to casino. No microwave. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were nice. Staff was fantastic and eager to serve.
