Our room was very clean, nicely appointed and you can't beat the hotel location to downtown attractions. The only thing I found a bit lacking was the breakfast buffet - needs another staffer or two during the peak times to pick up after the guests, especially around the self-serve food areas. I will be returning here for my next trip to Pittsburgh.

This is right by PNC Park and also convenient to several restaurants. You can walk to Heinz Field from here too. Room was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet which is pretty amazing because the interstate is right beside the hotel.

We went to a Pirates game and this hotel is right beside the park but wasn't too expensive either. Onsite parking is $21 per day which wasn't too bad considering the other options around. Quiet room which is amazing since the interstate is right beside the hotel. Very clean and comfortable room.

I had a free night with Hyatt that was about to expire so we decided to stay local and used it for a quick overnight for our anniversary. We arrived at the property a little before 3pm and were greeted with long lines at check-in. By long lines I mean, the line was nearly out the door. Only one staff member was working the front desk initially, so the lines moved at a snailâ??s pace. About 10 minutes into my wait a second staff member appeared and the line started to move a little faster, bu... Read more

We went to Pittsburgh for a quick get-away, casino trip. I was able to find this hotel at the last minute. It is in a great location - close to everything we wanted to see and do. There was initially a misunderstanding about the type of room I had requested, and the staff resolved it immediately to my satisfaction. The room was clean and spacious. This is a very nice, clean and modern hotel right in the middle of Heinz Field and PNC Park. It's within walking distance to a lot of bars, restaurants and attractions on the North Shore, and is just a quick walk or subway ride to downtown. The subway entrance is located only a couple hundred feet behind the building.

The facility really upholds the Hyatt reputation of a quality brand. The check in process was easy and efficient. The staff seemed eager to create a great stay as well. And the location, my gosh...walking distance to restaurants, bars and the Steelers' Heinz field. I had a perfect room on the 6th floor that faced the stadium. Was my wife impressed; made for a very exciting experience. Again, just perfect.

A great location to watch the Steelers or Pirates. The hotel sits between PNC park and Heinz Field. Hyde steak house across the street. A short walk to either and lot's of new bars and restaurants, the river and even downtown. The free breakfast bar has a great selection of prepared hot breakfast and a bar on site for cocktails as well. The only way to enjoy Pittsburgh. Great friendly staff!

This must be an older hotel, with it's body shaped mattresses (and I know, having been there twice) where people don't care much about a glass of wine at the end of the evening.. because if they did, they'd offer better wine or at least comp the crap bottle they sold at $40.
