My quoted rate was high because of being a graduation weekend. When I arrived I asked about the available rooms at $80.00 less per night. Could not get rate changed. If I had not had family staying there I would have changed hotels. Desk staff were not helpful. Room was nice, clean and quiet.

The staff was great and the hotel was convenient to PNC and right next to Market Square. This was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel again. One problem: lack of outlets in bathroom. Nice property.

Brand new hotel near market square. You can walk to the major attractions (MLB, NHL, NFL, museums, theatres), or take the free transit from the nearby subway stop, or use the free shuttle provided by the hotel. Right outside your door are many very good restaurants including the restaurant in the hotel. The rooms are modern with a fridge and microwave. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. There is free wifi as well as a business center with computers and free in... Read more

Stayed here last weekend for a pirates game. Awesome hotel great location next to market Square. Well decorated nice staff. A little surprised that nothing was open nearby for breakfast on sunday even though theres 2 restaurants on the same block. Do yourself a favor amd go to il pizzaiolo for brunch. Its amazing.

The hotel is new and very nice. Rather than full carpeting in the room, hardwood flooring is used with the exception of immediately between the two beds. I felt the flooring was much cleaner than it would be with carpeting. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet in the room We did not hear any noise from adjoining rooms. Location is terrific if you wish to be downtown Pittsburgh and plan to attend any events. If arriving by car, Forbes Avenue one block north of the hotel is close... Read more

We booked this room on a holiday weekend at the last minute due to a different hotel not accommodating our needs. We got the room we needed, were welcomed with pleasant service, and our room was very clean. I especially liked that the room was not carpeted, which made the room feel cleaner.

The hotel is very nice and it is new but if you get a corner room be aware that the one beds is inches away from the heating - A/C unit . The air will blow right in your face if you are in that bed especially if you are on that side. The room is a bit crowded by the foot of the beds and the desk unit. Other than that the hotel is nice, the staff were great.

We just spent two nights at this hotel. I was told it changed over to a Hilton Garden Inn back in March 2016. The entire hotel has been renovated and felt brand new. Extremely clean with well appointed rooms. Ideal location right at the heart of Market Square. No car required as every restaurant & bar is within walking distance. They offer a courtesy shuttle which we used twice. You can take it at any time you want & they will drive you wherever you want to go (with reason, no airport run... Read more

The front desk staff was super friendly. The only down fall of this hotel is the location. There was lots of road work in the area, made getting in to and out of town difficult. Other than that it was exactly what my family needed.

Too expensive for what you get. Not your typical HGI. Poor wait staff in the bar. Not knowledgeable . Very loud. Hilton properties are very good. Just not this one. I spend 200 plus nights a year in a hotel. I am extremely disappointed in this property. Parking is $30/ night. There are plenty of other hotels in close vicinity that are much better. Including cheaper parking. Or if you like valet .

Great location, I could see market square from my hotel room. Room was brand new and so clean. Easy parking at the garage that was attached. People there were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We walked to Consol Energy Center from this hotel and it was only about a 15 minute walk.

Great property. Everything new and clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rates were way up for the US Open but we were using a free night certificate. Convenient parking. Be sure to use your validated ticket every time you depart or re-enter. Breakfast in the very attractive and well staffed restaurant was very enjoyable. As someone who enjoys trying new places, the new Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Pittsburgh made me want to come back and try it again - and I surely will. This unique property, located overlooking Market Square, is part of the Tower Two Sixty development. My room wasn't the biggest I've slept in, but it was more than adequate, with a view of the bustling Market Square with a wide range of restaurants offering something for every palate. Nice new hotel. Friendly staff. New trendy restaurant next door with great menu. Cooling system is a little noisy. I prefer the rooms at the Double Tree a few blocks away, but you can't beat this location. If staying on weekends, find a $5 per night lot nearby, rather than pay $30 to self park at hotel garage.

We chose this hotel due to location, and we were not disappointed! It was only a few blocks away from most downtown attractions including PNC Park and Heinz Field. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is with breakfast. There is no complimentary breakfast and the only option is their restaurant. They do not offer a continental breakfast or even room service. The price is high in their restaurant and the service takes too long. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Friends and I were in town for the weekend and this hotel is in a perfect location. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The one downfall is that the parking is not correct on their website- parking ended up being 30 dollars a day which was disappointing to find out when we arrived. They also advertised valet parking and didn't have that - disappointed though mostly about paying 60 dollars to park for the weekend.
