The rooms were immaculate and the view from the top floor was striking. What set this place far apart from the other downtown hotels, was the exceptional quality of service we received - especially from Brad, the front desk clerk. He personally went out of his way to accomodate me for my wedding anniversary, and he made sure my multiple requests were addressed. Good on you, young man.

This hotel is new, clean and conveniently located. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver went out of his way to make for a great visit to this city. He not only drove us to different hot spots, but gave a brief history of the places, offered advice on e cellent local dining opportunities. He really made it his business for us to have an enjoyable experience while in Pittsburgh. He made sure that Pittsburgh was a place we wanted to visit.

I stayed here for just a brief overnight, arriving in town late in the evening and leaving in the morning. That being the case, I was looking for a bargain and a nice, clean room. I got both. The room was very nice and comfortable. The desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Also, this hotel honors special rates (AAA, AARP, etc,) while one other area hotel advertises special rates and offers, but then charges their regular rate anyway. I will definitely stay in the Hilton Garden Inn again.

This is a stream of consciousness on an iThingy so please excuse the direction of thought. Hotel staff very informative and helpful with all questions. Very hefty parking fee for a small city, almost as much as NYC. If Hilton could convince the city to move the derelict element out of the neighboring square, which has a very desirable melange of restaurants, this hotel would go up a good $50 a night. Having just been underwhelmed at the Hilton inn in DC this was much nicer. Great location next to the market square. Price was still expensive as I booked late but overall a nice room and good comfort level. Only downside was that the 3rd floor overlooks all the outdoor ac units which are also quite loud. Not great for a 300 dollar nights sleep.

Stayed there to attend a concert at the Consol Energy Center in town with a friend and only stayed for one night. Hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was friendly. I'm used to hotels with complimentary breakfasts and pools, which they did not have. Was a little pricey, but, of course, that varies. Did not care much about having to pay $30 for parking. Complimentary shuttle to concert was a bonus. Very convenient to several restaurants.

Convince to everything Pittsburgh has to offer . Staff is the best I've encountered in my travels. I will be staying there as much as i can on my next trip. I would recommend anyone who is going to Pittsburgh to enjoy the sights to stay here. It's minutes from everywhere.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The shuttle was a nice touch as my conference was at a different hotel in town. The quality of the bar and restaurant were another pleasant surprise. Great food and drinks!

My truck hit a steel post trying to park in your garage. I met the 10 foot height requirements but the garage lanes are too small for a full sized truck. $3000.00 in damages, it is impossible to park in that garage.

Close to Point Park and downtown Pittsburgh. Self Parking is also very convenient. Starbucks around the corner in Market Square is an added perk. Walking distance to many nice restaurants. Refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker in room was a nice plus.

Lovely washroom/shower and frankly a very nice sized room. I was only at the hotel for 12 hours but it was a great location for access to PPG place office towers and will... Read more

This the first time I've stayed at this Downtown Pittsburgh hotel. I loved the location and proximity to my office. The parking is self service connected to the hotel. I liked the freedom of being able to access my car whenever I needed.
