Well, Little did I know I was going to have a great time in Phoenixville, with a stay at The Hampton Inn by Hilton on Cresol Blvd !!!! When I had initially booked this hotel I thought, "oh my, a hotel in the boonies of PA." First it was a quaint HIP town. I went to see The Zombies and Bruce Sudano opened for them at The Colonial theatre. But, Upon my arrival at The Hampton I was greeted as if they were awaiting my arrival !! The place is very very clean. Staff is wonderful. And the best ... Read more

The one thing I love about Hampton Inns is that you know what your room and the hotel will be like before you get there. They keep up a high. welcoming standard. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. They are an asset to the company. I encourage the CEO to be sure his/her staff is paid a liveable wage.

My overall stay was pleasant. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and well maintained. Lobby was well decorated. Breakfast the next morning was above average from comparable hotels. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The Hotel is very small, the lobby and common area are within s few feet of each other. Parking is very limited and we had to park in the restaurant parking next door. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Even though check in was at 3 (and I called in the morning to confirm), upon my arrival, I was told to wait 45 more minutes for the rooms to be cleaned. The only excuse I was given was that they were busy, and they offered no compensation in the slightest. The rooms were okay, it was clean and simple. Their "kitchen" equipment for the suite was just a small and a large pot, no pans and 2 pairs of each silverware.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Oaks, PA. Was there for the night before taking an exam at a location down the street from the hotel. Service was good and room was clean, would recommend the hotel if you are in the area and need a place to stay.

Hampton Inn Oaks/Valley Forge is a good location and clean. Snoop Dogg is throwing it back for a very special occasion. The rapper and his wife, Shante Broadus, marked their 19-year wedding anniversary on Tuesday, and Snoop commemorated how far they've come with an adorable snap of their early days together. "19. Years today @bosslady_ent Happy anniversary been a1 from day 1," Snoop wrote on Instagram, captioning a sweet photo of the pair dressed up and posing for what appears to be a high sc... Read more

Hotel is nice - was only there one night so hard to really judge. Found it clean and the staff helpful and friendly. There was a pool which looked fine and clean. The breakfast was fine - what you'd expect. Only issue was the pillows in the room were not very comfortable. Too soft.

Came into town to view the Copa America. Fantastic staff provided outstanding recommendations on driving, traffic, sundries and dining in the local area and in downtown Philadelphia. As expected of the Hampton Inn, the rooms were very clean and quiet, the decor was restful and the beds were comfortable. I slept better here than I do at home.

Room and facility were average for brand, only minor issue didn't start on time. All information listed one time and it was almost 30 minutes until most food was available. It was annoying when we really wanted to get back on the road for trek West. I understand it may have been a sudden staffing issue, hopefully this is not a trend at this otherwise fine facility.

We only had an overnight stay here, but the hotel was easy to find, and not far from shopping and other services. The staff was always warm and friendly. We always felt like we were special guests, whether it was at check in, or during the free and plentiful breakfast. I'd definitely return to this hotel if I came back to the area.

We stayed for a business trip in January 2016. We had a king suite. The room was very nice and clean. It has a kitchen, separate living area and bedroom. The room was huge. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful on where to go on our off time from business. We traveled to the Historical area of Valley Forge and looked at many monuments and old churches. It was amazing. Had a few issues with the fridge breaking and ceiling fan not working, but the staff did their best to help despite these issues. The room was large and cleanly (having enough room for a relatively large group of guests to stay and film in for our online show), the breakfast was incredible for a moderately priced hotel, and the staff was warm and welcoming. While the pool is very small and only an outdoor one, it's a decent enough option if you're dying for a quick dip. If you're looking for eco... Read more

As with nearly every Hampton Inn I have stayed in, my stay here was wonderful. Room was clean with an air conditioning unit that kept it quite comfortable on the warm, humid night. I heard no sounds while in my room other than the air conditioner. Rooms, at least those with king beds, have a microwave and refrigerator. No ethernet connection at the desk, but wifi was reasonably fast. I did not use the fitness center or outdoor pool, as I arrived late and left early, but the hotel is very easy to... Read more

Previous stays at this hotel were fine, but the new owner is really cutting costs and maximizing profits. ALERT: there are no vending machines, so better bring your own soft drinks as the "pantry" at the front desk charges $2.50 for soft drinks.

We were in town for a graduation and we usually stay at Hampton Inns. This was a very convenient location for our trip. The hotel seemed a little old and needs some updating, but was still clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and found the staff to be helpful and accommodating . Breakfast was the usual Hampton fare and always better than most places. Still haven't been to a bad Hampton Inn. We will use this location again when visiting friends.

I found this hotel to be clean, convenient and full of helpful staff. The decor is a little dated but well maintained. The breakfast is typical for a Hampton. Parking is good and proximity to restaurants is nice. The front desk and cleaning staff are exemplary and were very helpful.

Do not stay at this hotel. My AC did not work and it was miserable. There were no other rooms or hotels with vacancies. They sent maintenance to replace the unit and it was with no success. The replaced unit did not produce cold air. I also had no shower curtain in the bathroom. My wifi did not work as well. This was the worst experience ever.

The staff is welcoming and accommodating, the property is always clean from the lobby to the rooms. Breakfast is always pleasant and the staff works hard to be sure dietary restrictions can be met. My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights. The first issue we had was when my wife went to take a shower and the drain was not draining. After calling down to the front desk we waited over an hour for someone to come up. The maintenance guy that came up was very nice and unscrewed the drain plug in the tub/shower and it was clogged with a very large amount of hair (IT WAS REALLY GROSS). We also had an issue with the ceiling fan not working in the bedroom. They never fixed it during our stay. ... Read more

The rooms are decent size rooms however I felt they were outdated. The sleeper sofa mattress was terrible, the furniture needs to be steamed cleaned and the appliances definitely need updating. Parking lot needs better lighting when you have to park away from the building.

I ended up staying in 2 different "nonsmoking" rooms on different floors. Both reeked of cigarettes. The smell agitated my allergies causing me to wake up each day with a headache. Dealing with managerial staff was mixed. My advice is to arrive earlier and inspect the room.

Went to the Expo for a Quilt Expo. The staff was fabulous. Les at the front desk was charming and helpful. We broke our wine bottle during check in. John appeared with mop in hand and cleaned up. He is quick with a smile and a great human being. When we can back with a new bottle of wine, he magically appeared with a bottle opener. Breakfast was free. Eve made sure everything was well stocked. I had a waffle. My only complaint was there was no refrigerator in the room.
