There is construction outside the hotel right now, which might be an issue if you wanted to sleep in. Love Park down the block is also under construction, which has displaced a number of homeless people, some of whom are sleeping outside the building next door. Other than that, the location is terrific -- it's near various types of public transport. Cabs and tour buses also come by the hotel very often, but you can walk to many locations, like Rittenhouse Square and Reading Terminal Market. The ... Read more

Loved the idea the kitchen and separate bedroom. Walk in closets is a super plus. Service and staff were excellent. The only problem I encountered was that the pullout bed in the living room got stuck after being pulled out and I had to call for help to return to couch position. So my daughter just slept on the couch without pulling it out. All staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Would return again.

Love the hotel. Great service at check-in and departure. Hotel lobby was chic, loved the stairwell. Room service was fast and delicious. Room was clean, spacious and work efficient. Great location. Thank you Yao!

Stayed here last week during my work trip to Philadelphia. The lobby is nice and clean, but the front desk seems to be using some old technology for check-in. Got to my room which was huge with a king bed in the bedroom and another entire room with a couch, chair, dining table, and full mini kitchen. Not sure if this hotel is used for long term stays, but it would appear that way. 3 Giant walk-in closets? However, the bathroom was quite small. The bathroom is where the housekeeping issues were. ... Read more

Being from philly, my friends and I have never really stayed in a hotel before. We chose the winter season to have a quick college reunion in the city and chose the Windsor! Jared gave us an awesome upgrade and we had a great time in the city! Location is stellar as it is blocks away from love park, city hall, The Art Museum off of BenFranklin Parkway! Suburban station is literally very easy to access and the closest subway stop. Great to have stayed at the Windsor while visiting my hometown! Th... Read more

I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Philadelphia. The location is walking distance to museums, restaurants and historical sights. There were three of us, so we upgraded to a suite and the room was spacious and had everything we needed.

My daughter's wedding was in Philadelphia and family and friends from across the country stayed here. We loved the large, clean well maintained rooms and the hotel itself is well located near historic sights, restaurants, and museums. Parking is expensive but that's often the case in cities. Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.

I spent the weekend at The Windsor Suites as part of a staycation in Philly for my 30th birthday. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to be accommodating. They even sent up a cupcake and a handwritten note to wish me a happy birthday. The suite was roomy and so comfortable we were sad to leave. I would highly recommend the Windsor Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay in Philadelphia!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was excellent - always willing to help with whatever we needed. We stayed during a college visit with Penn, and took advantage of the Windsor / Penn relationship. I can't say enough positive things about the hotel and staff. The balcony was a bonus! I will definitely stay at this location in the future.

The hotel was very nice with great rooms that were spacious and comfortable. The customer service provided by Traci at the front desk was welcoming and she was very informative about getting around in the area. She was also a delight to chat with. When we identified two things missing in the room she took care of the inconvenience. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Our room was very quiet and did not hear any noises from the hallway or outside when the sliding doors were closed.

This hotel is fantastic - it truly lives up to the reviews here. The staff - especially Brian - was really amazing and made us feel completely welcome. The location can't be beat. The rooms were great. We traveled with our 3 year old son and it was awesome to have space for him to spread out and play, and to give us a place to hang out after he went to bed. Having the full kitchen (and it truly was full - dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc.) was surprisingly convenient, especially traveling with a l... Read more

The hotel was a great place to stay when visiting the Philadelphia area. It wasn't too far from the convention center, but you do have to walk several blocks. The front entry is under construction, but the place and people are very nice.

My wife and I stayed here on a stop over weekend travelling between New York and Washington. The location of the Hotel is right on Benjamin Franklin Avenue 5 mins walk from City Hall. Check-in was swift and we were in our one bedroom apartment in minutes. The room is huge with a lounge, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and 2 walk in closets. I booked the Windsor Suites as I all other hotels were booked for the week. I was really surprised at the quality of this hotel. This was also less than a block from the office. The front desk agents were very nice and helpful. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. I had low expectation of the place so was pleasantly surprised. I've stayed at many a hotel and have never experienced this level of authentic service. Our room was nice, a little updating couldn't hurt. We stayed for just one night and this hotel was one of the better places we've stayed in. This one will be at the top of our list the next time we visit Philadelphia. First, service is attentive. What few needs we had were quickly met without any fuss. Second, the rooms our simply huge....and we had one of the smaller rooms. Walk-in closet, kitchen (it had a dishwasher, for crying out loud) and we still had plenty of room to move around. Amenities are very nice, even though you can tell it... Read more

The bed was comfortable. The view was decent. The bathroom was broken and we had to call in a technician. And the second thing is partially my fault. I tried to check in a couple hours earlier and they wouldn't let me. I came an hour away and I had to have my luggage with me at the restaurant until they let me check in. Otherwise it was a good experience.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was quite large and very comfortable for travel with a 2.5 year old. Our daughter slept in a crib in a walk-in closet. She slept great the entire trip! The full kitchen was nice for breakfasts and quick lunches. The bed was really comfortable. The living area was big and looked just as the pictures showed it. It had a porch with a great view of the area around Drexel and the Library. Roof top pool was very cool and our daughter loved it.

Yes, we are dummies/hicks who should have known better. But when you add 1/4 the price of the room for someone to move your car a couple floors up( there is no where to park on street), it needs to be made clearer for the consumer, on the bill, in hotel emails and on tripadvisor. This was the end of our 2-week trip, and every other place we stopped had free parking ( if you were staying there), valet or no. Yes, I know 'everybody' in the big cities does this now, still doesn't make it right. R... Read more

We stayed there over July 4th in a king studio with a balcony overlooking the museum area. Room was large enough for a crib, a rollaway bed and the king bed. Location is excellent, rooms were clean but the best part was the staff. Extremely friendly, helpful and remembered your name. Would definitely come back. We got the breakfast/museum/parking package and the breakfast at the Irish pub was great. Good selection and great hours. Can't say enough good things. They do things right.

I booked this hotel totally based on the tripadvisor rating. I am a starwoord gold member, but couldn't find a reasonably priced starwood hotel with good ratings. The Hotel was great and exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchen which is great. Location is walking distance to all the hot spots in the city. The design is quite standard, but good enough, but the important things like beds and ventilation are great. Would stay there again anytime.

What a pleasant surprise to find a large room with a balcony, large closets and city views plus a full kitchen that while not totally updated is more than adequate; centrally located near interesting landmarks all within walking distance.
