Check in my room at 6fl.. Late night... Shower ready to sleep... When I look up the celling.. Saw some mold? Or dust? Too tired to change room since already unpack... Beside just for one night... Wake up get ready to leave... Then saw the door lock crack... And the air conditioner filter full of dust? How the housekeeping do their jobs? May be is time for some serious cleaning or remodeling??

I held a small event at this location and the hotel was adequate. It wasn't thread worn by any means but it was starting to look like a refresh was due. But, for the price and proximity to the airport it was functional. The problem I had am an continuing to have is the relentless marketing and follow ups. Each time I attempt to explain that this was a one time only event and there was no need for the numerous follow up calls and emails. I've even talked to the director of marketing there, J... I decided to stay here for a day as a brief personal getaway. I cannot remember who I spoke to but I was given a great deal package with parking fee waived and a free gift when I arrived. Well, I never got the gift or whatever it was supposed to be. When I got to my room, I was surprised at how big it was! Nice size beds and huge tv! There were some unsightly stains on the walls, and the blue suede shade had a layer of dust and hair on it. I bought some lysol and glade and took it upon myself to... Read more

The room was clean, bed and bathroom very clean. Decor in the sitting area a bit bare bones and utilitarian but okay. Food good in hotel cafe. Would go back again. I liked the fact that there was a TV in the bedroom and a second one in the sitting area.

This hotel was beautiful, the desk people were awesome they gave us our parking pass in the beginning so we didn't have to worry about getting it validated at the end of our trip. Our room was huge, it had a living room, hallway with a coffee station and fridge and the bedroom. The bed was super comfortable, the hotel was clean, and looked to be recently updated. We ate and had drinks in the bar area where the food was awesome. I ordered a ceasar salad and my bf had some chicken sandwich whic... Read more

We stayed at the Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport hotel on Saturday night. We were in town for a Copa America tournament game at the Linc. Check in/check out was fast, and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was clean, but there were no USB outlets for phone charging. The only USBs were on the TV, and it had to be on to charge your phone. My biggest complaint is with the staff at the hotel bar/restaurant. There was a large contingent of Spanish-speaking guests, and the waitress ... Read more

My experience had a surprising combination of good and bad elements. Building in general: The hotel building seemed to have been constructed quite nicely. Front desk: Staff was courteous and attentive. Restaurant: Wait staff was polite but inattentive. I had the impression of my table, and the menus on it, being a little sticky and perhaps a little greasy. My guest room: Clean, but furniture was dinged / scratched without repair; a light switch wasn't seated properly, and an access panel fo... Read more

We stayed here the night before our flight to Jamaica. Check in was easy and quick. The room was very spacious. It had a double bed in the front room with TV and king bed in the back with its own tv. We are a family of four and It was nice being able to spread out. Early the next morning we caught the shuttle to the airport. The ride was very quick and we were there in no time.

I stayed here 2 nights with my husband while he was in town on business. The furniture, carpets, well everything, are very worn and not particularly well maintained or clean. Our room was comfortable enough and it is nice to have the extra space a suite provides. The complimentary breakfast (or at least it was included in the reservation we had) was ordinary but did include hot oatmeal which was nice. The front desk staff helped me with several questions and were always friendly and responsive a... Read more

Reservation, check-in and out, all went very well. Amenities and service were satisfactory beyond expectations; courteous and efficient staff, impeccable cleanliness, spacious room, and even though it has a courtyard, it was quiet. Unfortunately, the furniture in the room was very old. The food was exactly to the level of what can be expected in this hotel category. The parking was very convenient.

Hillman provided a superb check-in experience and every staff encounter on the main floor was friendly and helpful. The room, however, didn't appear to have been viewed by anyone in management/ownership for a long-long time. Life lesson folks: When leadership doesn't care, the care doesn't happen. The vents were caked with dust, carpets ripped and rolled (not flat), mirror chipped for want of a bedroom door jam adjustment, crayon on the walls (plural), peeling paint on the entry door, and severa... Just checked out and I have both good and bad things to say about my stay. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. I like that I can control the temperature in the room I like it warmer than normal. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak the sink as well as a shower. The show pipes were not attached to the wall Correctly. The toilet paper roll is very difficult to get people off without it tearing as each pull it tore the paper. The toilets seat wa... Read more

We stayed only one night and ate in the Relish Burger restaurant. The burgers were around $14, so not cheap eats, but not crazy either. There is a kids menu, too. The fitness room was being refurbed and we couldn't use it, but as this was the end of a long week of sight seeing, it didn't bother us too much. The airport shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. It runs, I believe, every 20-30 minutes. It came exactly on time and got us there in minutes.

I recently stayed for a business trip at the Sheraton Suites in PHL, the hotel is beautiful, clean, I got upgraded which was absolutely exquisite since include passes to the "club level" offering breakfast and snacks, it was perfect. As per rooms goes you have a suite with a frigobar and kitchenette, the only missing thing on the kitchenette was a dish soap but doesn't even matter. The beds are Sheraton Standars, meaning very comfortable. Unfortunately the day I decided to use the pool it was cl... Read more

We stayed here for one night before an early morning flight. The parking for the week was included. Hotel is not fancy, but clean and modern with a good sized room. The service was spot on. The hotel restaurant is not high cuisine but good wholesome food reasonably priced. Most importantly, the shuttle to the airport was on time and only a few minute ride. The wait on the return was only a few minutes. You can park anyplace on the property including Handicapped parking is you have the right plac... Read more

We have used this facility in the past and it has its warts but were always served by a competent staff. This last visit, will be our last. The wait-staff, maids, bar-tender (Chris) are great. The hotel is hosting visitors to the Democratic National Convention (DNC). I informed the front desk and management (four times)that U.S. Flag banners posted on the entry to the hotel were hanging backwards with the Blue Star field to the right rather than to the left as is proscribed. I was nice stay in Sheraton suites which is very close to the airport. It's a beautiful hotel with nice suite rooms. This hotel is equipped with all kind of amenities along with free wifi. If u wants to stay near airport for a night for your connecting flight then this hotel is best for you as they provide free shuttle to airport. And also they have nice arrangements for meetings and conference .

This is a nice hotel, comfortable and big rooms, with cable tv, airconditioning, comfortables beds. The restaurant is nice, the plates are tasty and has a bar too. But the personnel is not quite nice as the hotel is, solving issues for the visitors.

We had a room for Stay and Fly book with them. Their advice was to try Hotels.com or another site. Real nice! We showed them the confirmation number and all. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We will not be back. At over $200/night you expect a lot better out of a hotel! Should have left when we saw the parking situation. The hotel parking lot is shared between 3 hotels and they offer free shuttle to the airport if you park in their lots. There were so many cars that they were parked along the streets, in the grass, all over the place. As an SPG50 member, I've stayed in my fair share of Starwood properties over the years. In all my travel, no Starwood property has ever been in more dire need to update than this one. While the room layout is dated (but forgivable) compared to newer Sheraton Suites properties, the physical condition of the room is absolutely atrocious. Whether it's the water stains on the ceiling, the countless marks on the walls or the less than modern bathroom, this hotel is in dire need of update. For example... Read more

Only con was that some websites/booking aps say they offer free breakfast which we couldn't seem to find information about at the actual hotel
