Check in my room at 6fl.. Late night... Shower ready to sleep... When I look up the celling.. Saw some mold? Or dust? Too tired to change room since already unpack... Beside just for one night... Wake up get ready to leave... Then saw the door lock crack... And the air conditioner filter full of dust? How the housekeeping do their jobs? May be is time for some serious cleaning or remodeling??

I held a small event at this location and the hotel was adequate. It wasn't thread worn by any means but it was starting to look like a refresh was due. But, for the price and proximity to the airport it was functional. The problem I had am an continuing to have is the relentless marketing and follow ups. Each time I attempt to explain that this was a one time only event and there was no need for the numerous follow up calls and emails. I've even talked to the director of marketing there, J... I decided to stay here for a day as a brief personal getaway. I cannot remember who I spoke to but I was given a great deal package with parking fee waived and a free gift when I arrived. Well, I never got the gift or whatever it was supposed to be. When I got to my room, I was surprised at how big it was! Nice size beds and huge tv! There were some unsightly stains on the walls, and the blue suede shade had a layer of dust and hair on it. I bought some lysol and glade and took it upon myself to... Read more

This hotel was beautiful, the desk people were awesome they gave us our parking pass in the beginning so we didn't have to worry about getting it validated at the end of our trip. Our room was huge, it had a living room, hallway with a coffee station and fridge and the bedroom. The bed was super comfortable, the hotel was clean, and looked to be recently updated. We ate and had drinks in the bar area where the food was awesome. I ordered a ceasar salad and my bf had some chicken sandwich whic... Read more

We stayed at the Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport hotel on Saturday night. We were in town for a Copa America tournament game at the Linc. Check in/check out was fast, and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was clean, but there were no USB outlets for phone charging. The only USBs were on the TV, and it had to be on to charge your phone. My biggest complaint is with the staff at the hotel bar/restaurant. My experience had a surprising combination of good and bad elements. Building in general: The hotel building seemed to have been constructed quite nicely. Front desk: Staff was courteous and attentive. Restaurant: Wait staff was polite but inattentive. I had the impression of my table, and the menus on it, being a little sticky and perhaps a little greasy. My guest room: Clean, but furniture was dinged / scratched without repair; a light switch wasn't seated properly, and an access panel fo... Read more

We stayed here the night before our flight to Jamaica. Check in was easy and quick. The room was very spacious. It had a double bed in the front room with TV and king bed in the back with its own tv. We are a family of four and It was nice being able to spread out. Early the next morning we caught the shuttle to the airport. The ride was very quick and we were there in no time.

I stayed here 2 nights with my husband while he was in town on business. The furniture, carpets, well everything, are very worn and not particularly well maintained or clean. Our room was comfortable enough and it is nice to have the extra space a suite provides. The complimentary breakfast (or at least it was included in the reservation we had) was ordinary but did include hot oatmeal which was nice. Reservation, check-in and out, all went very well. Amenities and service were satisfactory beyond expectations; courteous and efficient staff, impeccable cleanliness, spacious room, and even though it has a courtyard, it was quiet. Unfortunately, the furniture in the room was very old. The food was exactly to the level of what can be expected in this hotel category. The parking was very convenient.

Hillman provided a superb check-in experience and every staff encounter on the main floor was friendly and helpful. The room, however, didn't appear to have been viewed by anyone in management/ownership for a long-long time. Life lesson folks: When leadership doesn't care, the care doesn't happen. The vents were caked with dust, carpets ripped and rolled (not flat), mirror chipped for want of a bedroom door jam adjustment, crayon on the walls (plural), peeling paint on the entry door, and severa... We stayed only one night and ate in the Relish Burger restaurant. The burgers were around $14, so not cheap eats, but not crazy either. There is a kids menu, too. The fitness room was being refurbed and we couldn't use it, but as this was the end of a long week of sight seeing, it didn't bother us too much. The airport shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. It runs, I believe, every 20-30 minutes. It came exactly on time and got us there in minutes.

I stayed at the Sheraton Suites last night. It was ok given that my trip was for one night, but not worth staying for longer. One experience I had was having to change the sheets and comforter that was stained. While the staff was attentive, it was also somewhat short handed. Also, dining options at the hotel were average at best. I would suggest that even a budget conscious business traveler look for other hotels when staying at the Philadelphia airport.

Average. New furnishings but otherwise outdated. Putting LIPSTICK on a pig. Old hallways with lot's of paint. New lobby decor gives the illusion of something beter. Rooms below average. Tiny bathroom with outside sink separate so there isn't any privacy. Old bath tub which Sheraton tried to resurface. Looks like the bathroom tile is original from.the 1970's.

My wife and I were heading out of the country and wanted to start the vacation a day earlier. We decided to stay at the Sheraton Suites and we are glad we did. The facility is very close to the airport with a free shuttle as well as onsite parking during our time away. The facility was beautiful and out room was fantastic. Sitting area and a private bedroom. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel was great to the airport with 24 hour shuttle service. They also run deals on parking which was very awesome. The front desk was excellent and the entire quick stay served its purpose. shuttle was on time for pickup and drop off. The rooms are dated , but clean. My room had a large screen tv's and a large sitting area. I would use this again If I had an early flight from Philly.

This hotel doesn't entitle to bear the name of Sheraton. The rooms are dirty. Tapet are pilling from the wall. The sofa torn The pool dirty. The maintenance is below minimum. Nothing works. I strongly warn everyone not to come to this hotel.
