Arrived via rental car and parking fees were immediately explained by doorman. Self-park is $5 per entry and valet is $10/day with unlimited entry/exit. Room check-in was courteous and efficient. Room overlooked the reservoir which was under construction. Interesting but not particularly attractive. We had problems with housekeeping. Our request for an extra set of towels was ignored. The next day housekeeping forgot all the towels when they made up the room. After two calls they brought them wit... Read more

Swim meet with the kids. Chain restaurants and coffee in walking distance. Hotel was busy but it was nice. The food on site was also good. The lobby lobby seating ares was large with plenty of seating for the many swimmers ranging for 8 yrs old to 18. Pleasant stay would stay there again.

I made a reservation at this hotel for Dec 25th when it became clear that the in-laws didn't have room for us. We didn't check in until almost midnight but it wasn't an issue. The valet attendant was still there and we were easily checked in. We had a room on the 12th floor away from the elevator so it was very quiet! The room was perfect - comfy bed, clean linens, clean bathrooms. I instantly fell asleep. In the morning I did notice there was some construction across the street but it wasn't a ... Read more

The beds was too small for me and my husband so we slept in separate beds, the stopper in the tub was broke so we stood in our own dirt. No white to hang your wash cloth and towels. You had to pay for parking. The room wasn't worth $163.00 for one night.

There is a great view to be had of the Philadelphia skyline from City Ave, but from what I can tell, the rooms of the Hilton all seem to overlook the empty reservoir. That's a shame. Other than that, the room was quite comfortable and well-equipped. TOURISTS SHOULD BE AWARE: THIS HOTEL IS QUITE FAR FROM THE CITY CENTRE!

I don't know really where to start but WOW! This hotel was amazing. Sucks I was only able to stay for 1 day. The hotel staff was so friendly and the rooms where the cleanest I seen. Everything was so modern. The beds where so comfortable it made me realize I needed a new bed for home and loved the modern bathroom with the shower rain fall. There two reasons why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5. 1 the shower head was to low. I'm a tall guy and it didn't move so to get my whole body under it I had ... Read more

We stayed 5 nights. Long enough to get a feel for the service one can expect here. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The restaurant and bar were very comfortable and provided excellent food and drink. Our room was spacious, clean, sufficiently luxurious. The only thing I would fault them on is that due to the distance between the hotel and parking, we were pretty much forced to use valet parking. Coming and going frequently made that a tad expensive.

We enjoyed our stay due to the warm reception at the front desk, the lovely, spacious, well appointed room with super bath amenities, rainhead shower, very large TV , with a great view as well. We will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had several problems because the hotel was busy with special events, however, we rate our experience by how well the problems are handled and the staff went well above what we expected to make things right. The only negative was that the parking lot for the valet service is very far from the hotel, which delayed getting your car.

This is not the Hotels problem. While I was there a construction site next door started work early in the morning. Again not the hotels fault. Room 501 is next to the elevators, so if your a lite sleeper not the room for you.
