We had a single night stay since we had an event to attend in the city the following day. Parking was not close to the entrance and it was pouring down raining so we ended up valet parking. I get that there are other events going on, but you shouldn't be forced to valet park just to stay and there really was no room at the entrance to drop off and self park. The parking is $10 and the lot is far behind the building. The room was clean, but was missing both the hotel amenities book and the r... Read more

Good location. In the middle of shopping such as target and eating that we found to be really good was TGIF and Chili's, also Starbucks all a short walking distance. Bus stop around the corner. Very friendly hotel concierge, Alice. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place. Room very good. Breakfast had everything you could want. The service offered was very good. I have no complaints and am a Hilton Diamond member who stays at hotels often. Priced reasonably when a major convention was downtown.

The Hilton staff was friendly and accommodating, we were able to upgrade to a king room with ease which put us in room 421 facing the reservoir. We found the room to be perfect, it was away from the elevator, so minimal foot traffic and near exit stairs #2 which leads right to the pool and gym. Despite all the events going on in the hotel we found parking right in front of the building, if one is not so lucky there is valet and self parking available. The Polo lounge is a great place to rela... Read more

Clean and efficient. Parking situation at hotel is a bit of a mess, but fine stay otherwise. Good bar, nice atmosphere. Delmonico Restaurant offers good, if pricey, dining fare. Would stay again. Good location in OK part of city. Nice pool.

The Hotel was conveniently located to Lakenau Medical Center were I had heart surgery. I felt very comfortable leaving my family while I was in the hospital. We will stay there again when travel plans call for us to visit Philadelphia.

I spent four nights here on a business trip and was very pleased with the accommodations. My room was modern in design and very clean with a lot of space and an extra large shower with a waterfall head (my favorite feature). There was also a mini fridge, flat screen HD television, and lots of stbelongings clothes and belongings. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept remarkably well.

Unfortunately I was traveling for the sad occasion of bereavement. The experience started well with a helpful reservation representative that booked multiple rooms for us. The online check-in however did not support multiple bookings. Awesome check in rep then it went down hill with mice in the bar and restaurant and rude staff. Their solution was free breakfast coupons. Huh?

Convenient Valet Parking, beautiful lobby with Delmonico Steakhouse on premises. Modern room with glass enclosed Rainforest shower and one of the most comfortable King sized beds I've ever slept on. Would I stay here again........you bet!! I love the place.

From the (lack of) check-in process to the parking (mis-)information, customer service was way below-average all-around. I was expecting more from this well-known hotel chain and usually have no issues with Hilton properties. Booked as part of a wedding room block, upon arrival less than 30 minutes before official 4pm check-in time, I was told that the room was not ready. The wedding shuttle had left at 3pm for the church (10-15 minutes away) and the wedding was starting at 4pm. I would have tho... Read more

I had a $50 bill stolen from my purse during a room cleaning. Not once did the staff apologize. The most they did was write my name a number on a piece of scrap paper! Never was refunded for A MEMBER OF THEIR STAFF TAKING MY MONEY FROM MY PERSONAL BAG. I never even got a follow up call. This was handled very poorly and I will never be back!

Pros- valet and luggage carrier were superb, Guest room was beautiful with a bathroom that was wonderfully updated and the air conditioner worked very well. When we were ready to check out, and called guest services for a luggage rack, the gentleman arrived promptly and refused to let us load our bags, insisting that he himself do it. Complimentary WiFi worked well. Cons- no 24 hr room service, OUTRAGEOUSLY priced in room breakfast (2 omelets and a side of bacon and sausage cost nearly $50), the... Read more

The hotel was fully booked the weekend we were there recently with a wedding, a prom, a convention, a reunion and the Stokesbury Regatta which meant several high school crew teams were staying in the hotel. Alice the concierge was amazingly helpful amidst the chaos. A blind elderly woman was left at the hotel along with a child; event organizers left without her. Alice went out of her way to make sure the woman and child got home safely. She is a major asset to your organization! The lobby w... Read more

Great job start to finish, friendly staff, quick simple check in/out and they even let me check in early because I needed to get to the venue for my sisters wedding! I'd definitely recommend in the future! Got receipt emailed the second I checked out.

The hotel is grimy and the quality is far from what you'd expect in a Hilton hotel. To be fair, the rooms are recently renovated, the bathroom and the bedding are clean. However, the mirrors and windows had smudges on them and surfaces had not been wiped clean- the desk, the mini-fridge door, the tv remote. I ordered room service on Thursday night and I had to ask the front desk staff on Sunday morning to please remove my tray which had been sitting outside my door for two days. My husband wa...
