We had a single night stay since we had an event to attend in the city the following day. Parking was not close to the entrance and it was pouring down raining so we ended up valet parking. I get that there are other events going on, but you shouldn't be forced to valet park just to stay and there really was no room at the entrance to drop off and self park. The parking is $10 and the lot is far behind the building. The room was clean, but was missing both the hotel amenities book and the r... Read more

The Hilton staff was friendly and accommodating, we were able to upgrade to a king room with ease which put us in room 421 facing the reservoir. We found the room to be perfect, it was away from the elevator, so minimal foot traffic and near exit stairs #2 which leads right to the pool and gym. Despite all the events going on in the hotel we found parking right in front of the building, if one is not so lucky there is valet and self parking available. I spent four nights here on a business trip and was very pleased with the accommodations. My room was modern in design and very clean with a lot of space and an extra large shower with a waterfall head (my favorite feature). There was also a mini fridge, flat screen HD television, and lots of stbelongings clothes and belongings. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept remarkably well.

Unfortunately I was traveling for the sad occasion of bereavement. The experience started well with a helpful reservation representative that booked multiple rooms for us. The online check-in however did not support multiple bookings. Awesome check in rep then it went down hill with mice in the bar and restaurant and rude staff. Their solution was free breakfast coupons. Huh?

From the (lack of) check-in process to the parking (mis-)information, customer service was way below-average all-around. I was expecting more from this well-known hotel chain and usually have no issues with Hilton properties. Booked as part of a wedding room block, upon arrival less than 30 minutes before official 4pm check-in time, I was told that the room was not ready. The hotel is grimy and the quality is far from what you'd expect in a Hilton hotel. To be fair, the rooms are recently renovated, the bathroom and the bedding are clean. However, the mirrors and windows had smudges on them and surfaces had not been wiped clean- the desk, the mini-fridge door, the tv remote. Reserved 2 rooms with 2 double beds in both rooms. Received 1 room with 2 double beds and 1 smaller room with 1 queen bed. This forced us to use a rollaway bed since the hotel was "booked" and they couldn't give us the room we reserved. No apologies, no discount. Rollaway forced us to move the easy chair next to the queen where my 80 year old father had to crawl over it to get out of bed. This is an ageing hotel that has been renovated. My room on the ninth floor was large, light, and both bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The room was immaculate, and the heating/cooling system worked well and was quiet. By all means try out the shower, one of the nicest rain showers I have seen, with a handheld option as well. Staff were universally pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. Location is central ‚?? quick trip to downtown, although I don‚??t recommend trying it during... Read more

This location was perfect if you are visiting SJU. It is a quick UBER $12 to downtown. The hotel is very clean/updated and upscale. We had a free breakfast voucher (maybe because we booked through SJU). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I stayed there today and I couldn't wait to write a review. This is one of the most fantastic hotels I have ever stayed in ever. The customer service is impeccable. From the minute you pull up there are people waiting to help you. The maid service is fantastic the front desk is great. We were able to check in so early and our room was amazing. The shower was great, the amenities were great and the beds were amazing. Everything was so clean and the towels were the best. It is diff... Read more

Close enough to downtown without having to pay downtown prices. Every single staff member we interacted with has been exceptionally friendly! From the amazing doormen outside to the front desk, to the restaurant servers - everyone was outgoing and welcoming. Happy to have us stay here. Thank you! The room is clean, comfortable and well-appointed, including a coffee maker and mini-fridge. The bathroom is large and has plenty of counter space. Great water pressure. King room was spacious and updated throughout. Attended a wedding and stayed over after; the ballrooms were nice. The small, circular drive was constantly congested which caused the street to become congested too; the valet's were efficient, however the number of cars and layout did not accommodate for the traffic at the times I was there.

Not what I have come to expect from a hilton branded hotel. Hotel itself was nice , rooms lovely and spacious but the staff at reception just are not up to hilton standard and seem disinterested in their jobs.

As a traveling nurse and small businesses owner, I often travel for business and frequently stay at Hilton Hotel's. This particular location is one of my favorites for business travelers because the entire penthouse floor is for business and adults only, therefore allowing for some much needed peace and quiet! In addition to that, they have an executive lounge for VIP guests which hosts a cocktail hour every evening, as well as a hit breakfast in the morning. The tastefully decorated rooms are... Read more

Before even coming called many times to confirm my two connecting rooms. Put on hold, transferred back and forth, not very professional nor did I get a good feeling. Upon arrival the two people at front desk were on the phones and waited a while to be helped. No connecting rooms, unhelpful staff could careless how upset I was, especially David Richardson, Assistant Front Office Manager. Have never experienced this level of apathy at a Hilton hotel. He asked if he should cancel my rooms altogethe... Read more

spent a beautiful October weekend 2016, for our son and his brides wedding. From the minute you pull up everything was beyond our expectations. staff, event co-ordinate, food, and room, excellent. I would rate this a 10 plus, with Philadelphia and suburbs within a 10 mile radius.

We stayed there for our daughter's wedding. The rooms were great as well as the service. The food was fantastic. There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel. I only live about 20 miles away, but if I lived further away, I would definitely recommend staying there.

The hotel was fine, no real complaints just would have expected more for the price. Bathrooms were very modern. Better for a business trip not family vacation. No breakfast and the bar prices were ridiculous. Staff was pleasant. Stay at Homewood Suites next door in past and preferred that. Don't let the parking disappoint you. Easy walk for $5 parking.

We were here for one night for a concert. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Close to downtown and Tower Theatre. Several options for food in the immediate area. My only complaint was at breakfast, there seemed to be a communication problem with the wait staff. Every drink order we placed either was returned to us as something else or we never got it. This happened four times. Other than that, breakfast was good and we would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt in Philadelphia! It was our first time in the city. The Hyatt is very centrally located so we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to see. Accommodations were great and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!

The location here is definitely strange: it's built directly across from 2 city reservoirs (one under construction) & it's not a pretty site. The hotel itself was under construction & my window was covered & sealed with plastic & tape on the outside so the painters (I assume) could spray. I couldn't believe that they would give a guest such a room. At night, the wind whipped about the plastic and actually woke me up a couple of times. The room itself was curiously dated - in fact the whole h... Read more

This hotel has recently been renovated and is very well done. The bathroom in the room was done very nicely and was a pleasure to shower in with both a rain and body spray shower head. The only things we had issues with were sound related. When we arrived at our room a loud noise was coming from inside the room so we hesitated to even enter. After no one answered the lock we decided to try to enter and see what the sound was. We quickly discovered it was the alarm clock (it was 12:30am when we c... Read more

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room also very nice. Bathroom could use more shelf/table space. Shower drain was slow and water pooled in room 315. Parking on street is difficult and construction at site across the street is on going. My car's front end got bumped into...not much damage, but certainly scuffed on a 2016 Corvette. Now I recommend using the parking lot...if that's any safer??

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice. Bathrooms have walk-in showers which i prefer over tubs. Shower heads are very good. Room is clean and roomy enough with plenty of outlets and set up for technology. Staff is friendly but not great - more just doing their job versus going above and beyond.

My husband and I were in Philly for a family celebration. The party was at this hotel, so many out-of-town guests were staying here. The room was very nice and clean, and the bathroom was great. However, the hotel has many party rooms, and functions seem to be going on at all times. There is only a small street, driveway and carport serving the entrance, and not many valets. With literally hundreds of people coming and going to all the parties and events, it can take a very long time to get in a... Read more

Hotel had some work taking place on the outside facade, no resulting noise problems were noticed. Inside is nice and clean. Most staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable (I had a king size bed room). I was able to get the room at a slight discount through my visit making the price a bit more reasonable, but I would be less inclined to pay the full price, especially since there is no included breakfast and no free wifi access. Large family group stayed at the hotel for a family wedding. The rooms were all as requested, early check-ins were accommodated. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Valet and Bell service were outstanding. We hosted a post-wedding brunch and were very happy with the room and service. we expected 35-40 guests. We ended up having 56. The staff was able to quickly accommodate us and did not miss a beat.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had several problems because the hotel was busy with special events, however, we rate our experience by how well the problems are handled and the staff went well above what we expected to make things right. The only negative was that the parking lot for the valet service is very far from the hotel, which delayed getting your car.

We stayed 5 nights. Long enough to get a feel for the service one can expect here. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The restaurant and bar were very comfortable and provided excellent food and drink. Our room was spacious, clean, sufficiently luxurious. The only thing I would fault them on is that due to the distance between the hotel and parking, we were pretty much forced to use valet parking. Coming and going frequently made that a tad expensive.

I don't know really where to start but WOW! This hotel was amazing. Sucks I was only able to stay for 1 day. The hotel staff was so friendly and the rooms where the cleanest I seen. Everything was so modern. The beds where so comfortable it made me realize I needed a new bed for home and loved the modern bathroom with the shower rain fall. There two reasons why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5. 1 the shower head was to low. I'm a tall guy and it didn't move so to get my whole body under it I had ... Read more
