This hotel had some great features but also some short comings. The room was large and comfortable and the bed was excellent. Great sleep. Internet worked well. Parking is an issue. There is no street parking. You have a choice of self parking for $5 per exit (not per day) or valet at $10 per night. Breakfast buffet is not worth it if it's not included. They are very skimpy on towels. Even once we finally got an extra set, they were removed the next time the room was cleaned and not replaced. St... Read more

I'm a Hilton Honors Gold almost Diamond member. I travel on business a lot. Last week was the first time I stayed at this property. Check in went well, the valet staff were great. Issue can around breakfast. At every other Hilton property I take my breakfast to go, so I can finish up some work in my room while I eat. Here, take away breakfast is not allowed. The daytime restaurant manager treated me with disdain, and then said I could have some bread and some fruit. Not wanting to face t... Read more

I stayed at this Hilton property for a business trip. The room was clean, and had been upgraded in the fairly recent past, but the front desk and dining staff were very rude. One evening as I was leaving to head to the client site, I saw an elderly gentleman with a walker attempting to climb the steep staircase to the hotel entrance. There were several bellman and other hotel employees standing around outside, but none of them bothered to assist him. Nor did they inform him of a ramp that wa... Read more

the room was small but clean and modern. the lobby staff was luke warm to cold. I did not feel welcomed by them and the parking is horrible unless you want to use valet, even that on a weekend when they have a function is horrible

Parking is costly if you are going to ride around Philly especially if you are using the valet service. Because you have to pay every time you want to go someplace. $5 park it yourself and walk up a hill for about 2 or 3 blocks. Valet parking $10 every time.
